Long story short, they bait and switched pricing and made it an absolute nightmare. I canceled. I contacted Skyway and everything was incredibly easy and straightforward. Ophelia was very communicative and upfront about all pricing. We ended up getting window cleaning for 2 units in the building and she sent someone out beforehand to give a firm quote with no strings attached. Got the quote and had them clean the windows the same day. Very happy with their service and would recommend this company to anyone. My windows were so dirty beforehand, it's like night and day. Thanks Skyway!

Our condominium hired Skyway in an effort to save money, and the results reflected it. The problems…read morebegan immediately: the crew arrived arguing loudly enough for the entire building to hear. The quality of the work itself was equally disappointing. Windows were left with visible smears and streaking, particularly around the edges, while handprints and residue were left on the building's exterior metal panels without being cleaned. The crew also ignored management's instructions regarding which private terraces they were permitted to access. More seriously, several coping caps around the property were dented during the job, and part of a brise-soleil was damaged after workers attempted to suspend ropes from it. The company later sent someone to make repairs, but the workmanship was poor. Some of the original boards were simply wedged back into place and fell out again within two days. Replacing seven small boards took nearly a week, and the replacement wood did not match the existing material or finish. Overall, the experience suggested a company cutting corners at nearly every stage, from workmanship to supervision to repairs. There are many far more reputable and professional window-washing companies in New York City.

NYC. I love that…read morecity. I love it bunches. I love that I have friends there. And I reeeaaally love it when those friends live in Allen Ginsberg's old apartment and let me stay there while they are out of town!!! LOVE. During my last two visits, I was lucky enough to stay at my friend's place and I wanted to thank him. But how? Do I buy him a plant? Newp. A bottle of wine? Newp. Make him some Ambrosia salad? God no, what the hell year is this?! Oooh, I know! How about a rockstar cleaning experience? HELL YEAH! I did a bit of searching around the interwebs and Yelp and came across Breezy. Their site was beautiful, the prices very reasonable and after submitting my inquiry, I was contacted right away by the owner, Mark. He was super personable, fun and helpful and promised to send one of his best to clean my friend's apartment in great detail. I then let my friend know what was in store and needless to say, he was stoked! The cleaning went seamlessly, Mark followed up afterwards to make sure everything was up to snuff and the best news, my friend is definitely going to continue using Breezy. How great is that? I love it when local connects to local and awesome connections are made. Woohoo! And so, if you live in NYC and want a top notch cleaning experience, go with them. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I think gifting cleanings may be my new thing. You think your casserole is a baller housewarming gift, pssshh, BREEZY dat shiiiz yo! :) Highly recommend!
