It changed without communication to one cleaner and four hours. The cleaner mixed all the trash, recycling, and composting (contamination), which could have caused a huge fine in New York City. The cleaner attempted to leave 40 minutes early.

I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

It had been a while since this place got a thorough cleaning, so it was time to bring in some professionals. It was easy enough to set up an appointment via their website. You can pay via Paypal. When I had used them previously, they did not charge extra for cleaning the refrigerator or for me having two pets in the house. Now, it is $10 extra for the refrigerator and $15 per dog. I just arranged it so that my dogs would be gone to their grooming appointments during the time the cleaning service would be in the apartment. I paid the extra $10 to have the refrigerator cleaned and oh, they also charge an extra $10 to do dishes which they did not charge extra for in the past. I have a dishwasher, so I just made sure the dishes were clean and that the sink was clear. Anyway, the ladies arrived on time. They did not bring any cleaning supplies (even though they do give you an option to have them bring their cleaning supplies on their website form). You must have a mop, broom and bucket for them to use. They did not bring gloves or any other cleaning supplies. Good thing, I do have my own stash as well as sponges and rags for them to use. We left them to their work. Oh and before I left, I had to sign some sort of time sheet and which had a spot where you rate the service...this has to either be filled out BEFORE they complete the cleaning or after but in front of the cleaning lady. No..I just left that part blank. Plus, since I was leaving the apartment and not going to be back before they were done, there is no way for me to know how long they were actually in the apartment. The agreed upon price for 4 hours of cleaning is $80 plus tax and then the extra $10 for cleaning the refrigerator out. That came out to approximately $97. I came back later on to an apartment that was definitely cleaner than the way I left it. They did an all right job, but the floor was not as shiny as I expected it, I still saw a couple of smudges that I had to get out myself on the wood floors. Also, they did a half ass job on the dusting as well. There's still quite a bit of dust left on the the entertainment center. The worst part was the refrigerator. How is it that the refrigerator had a putrid odor coming from it after it had supposedly been cleaned?? It did not smell at all before I left, how is it that it smelled after?? We investigated closely and found that some rotting food was left in there and they did not wipe down or clean the refrigerator thoroughly. I had to do that myself AND I paid extra for that! Not good. Overall, they did an all right job, the bathroom was cleaned well and so was the bedroom. I wasn't impressed though and will probably just try out the cleaning service my building recommends for the next time.

I paid for a spring cleaning and I certainly did not get that. Spring cleaning was to include the emptying of cabinets fridges etc... These ladies got around to only surface work (washing dishes, cleaning the tub and sink, mopping, folding clothes) that was pretty much it. I don't think they moved slow... I just dont think that 3 hrs was enough time alotted for a "Spring Cleaning". I truly wanted a meticulous team and they just weren't it. They didn't put things back in their place. The folding was like that of a 5yr old just learning to do chores and the dishwashing... Lawd... Might has well just left them dirty. Overall, my place "looked" neat but that's not what I paid for. I paid for a cleaning. won't be using them again.

She pretty much did everything I asked, except for inside of the fridge. Nothing was perfect, but a good job none-the-less. I even told her as a courtesy if you do not return my money which I gave for the third cleaning for a patio I will have to write this negative review because Im not one to write bad reviews as I understand the impact on a business. I definitely would recommend staying away from this business. They took my money for patio cleaning which they never did, kept saying they can't return it because it's the Fourth of July weekend, even though the payment was made via Venmo. For this patio cleaning I waited for one week and readjusted my time schedule 4 times. I have given them numerous chances and they said the delay is caused by my building asking for COI. I unfortunately had to move out which I had communicated that my lease is ending. Yeah I would give one star it's only because I feel bad for the workers who seem nice and pleasant natured that I am giving an extra star.
