They provided really great service and were quick with communicating to set things up.

Luana, this did not take place over 72 hours, but instead over a month. I asked for the key to my apartment back on July 6th according to our yelp messages. You said you would reach out to plan and you never did. You were silent July 6th until I reached out on August 1st. The screenshots of our messages do not represent "perfect communication", rather the opposite. You are correct that your employee did an amazing job, but you yourself did the opposite in regard to management. I asked for move out cleaning and asked for my key to be given to me before I scheduled anything (I will upload a photo if you've since forgotten). I sent you a message as soon as I landed to give you time to communicate and for us to plan! I reached out to you again after not hearing from you on August 1st a month later. I was no longer interested in move out cleaning after the lack of communication regarding the key to my home. I reached out again the next day, and continued to have to remind you to get in contact with me. I simply don't think that's safe when you have the key to someone's apartment and have multiple employees working for you. Communication and follow through are important when you are running a business that gives you access to people's personal property. It should not be a requirement to constantly message you and hunt you down for my key. If paying you in order to get the key to my apartment returned was a requirement, you only had to say that on July 6th when I first messaged you (or any time in the following 3 and a half weeks). I made it clear I did not want to speak anymore once you made it clear you wouldn't either bring my key back or reimburse me for it. I said this over message, I asked you not to contact me anymore. Even with this boundary made clear, you continued to find ways to privately message me multiple times. The employee who came to clean my apartment was wonderful, working with you absolutely soured that experience. Fortunately that can be fixed with growth and I hope you take the steps necessary to ensure this does not happen with another client. Having strangers hold onto my key (I have never met you!) and not communicate while I sleep in my apartment is not at all safe. I wish you all the best! read more

XP Clean Solution - Reached out to Luana asking for my key as soon as I landed. Did not hear back for a month! - Home Cleaning Near Me

I requested some quotes via Yelp project for a post renovation cleaning, and Luana was one of the first to respond even though it was after 9pm in the evening. Her quote was very reasonable. I liked the fact that she asked for more details and offered extra services. It was obvious that those items were very well thought out. And she was able to work on her schedule to accommodate my urgent need. Even though the guy who came didn't speak much English, he was smart enough to use his phone for translation; and Luana was really responsive when I texted her. The work was very well done and he didn't leave until I went through the unit and gave my approval. He did whatever I pointed out and was very polite and helpful. It's very good value and good quality. I highly recommend XP Clean Solution. read more

Fantastic service. One of the few cleaners you can FaceTime, show the scope of work and get an invoice for work vs an hourly rate. I was super worried that the cleaner would run of time but they stayed till all the items that I had discussed initially were completed. And it was a massive deep clean (post construction work) that was done very thoroughly. Honestly unbelievably good! read more

They had amazing availability and did such a wonderful job on my clean. I'm so happy with how it turned out, and they went above and beyond with the deep clean I had scheduled. (I loved the shapes with the towels, it definitely made me smile.) read more

We have been using XP for several months. The service is punctual and professional. They leave the home in great shape. I recommend!

Nobody expects to repair their home after a cleaning. The person that came was very nice but did not speak English which made it challenging to communicate, "Don't go in that room yet, my wife is still sleeping." Which of course they proceeded to go in that room. After the cleaning we noticed she scratched the inside of one of the toilets and chipped a tile in the master bath. The conversation with Luana, the owner, basically went like this (extreme paraphrasing): "She damaged our home." Luana - "The cleaner said she didn't do it." "Repair it or we want a refund." Luana - "Here's $80 and you can go to Home Depot for repair kits." read more

We live in Stamford, CT, and requested a very last minute deep cleaning of our apartment and they were able to schedule it for the following day. We submitted via a project request on Yelp. Luana was one of the first to reply and she was extremely communicative, prompt and on top of getting us scheduled, timing, etc. I sent pictures that were requested. We had to discuss parking which can be a bit of a pain around here but it all worked out. Overall, Luana made the booking and payment process entirely seamless. Tatianny and Fernanda, the ladies who came to clean, did not speak English, which definitely makes it more of a challenge when we can't directly communicate, especially when I'm sitting at my desk working from home. They were extremely friendly though. A few minor things I would have brought up on the spot, like the reason we keep a sheet on top of our down comforter in our bedroom so the cat doesn't ruin the comforter. I wouldn't take a star away for this because I was informed in advance by Luana and I know if I told her, she would have relayed the message like she did during the entire time. At the end of the day, they did a great job! There was definitely a lot of "stuff" that we didn't put away but they continued to move everything to clean under it and put it back much more organized than when they got here. We also paid extra for a fridge cleaning which turned out really nice. Overall, the base fee was a bit more expensive than the "deluxe" cleaning option that our apartment building offers but the results were much better with XP! We plan on using them again on a monthly basis! read more

Shirlene is amazing. Even though it's just her, she is always very thorough and she is such a sweetheart. I've had them do both a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning and not only are the prices great but Shirlene had my 30+ year apartment looking like new. Would definitely recommend, while it takes a while it's completely worth it. read more

My apartment is so clean, and shiny! It has been so hard for me to find someone who does a meticulous job, so Im so happy that I finally found a service that does. For a deep clean, she spent three hours getting every nook and cranny. I am more than pleased. read more

The team that came to my home was very professional, thorough and worked quickly. They really got into some hard to reach places, and no shortcuts were taken. Will definitely use again. read more

Review for XP Clean Solution. Carlos and his team provided a solid cleaning service. They arrived on time and were professional throughout. They did a good job with the main areas of my home, leaving things neat and tidy. The cleaning met my expectations overall, they were responsive and willing to address feedback, which I appreciated. The booking process was straightforward, and their pricing felt reasonable for the quality of work. I'd recommend using their services and would using them again in the future. read more

Professional, great value, responsive, and accommodating. The cleaning lady did a great job. Could tell she had real experience. Definitely recommend. read more

In fairness to my past experiences, I will begin with a favorable review. The cleaners were prompt and efficient; I even requested a specific clearner and was accomodated based on her schedule as best they could. My recent experience was not favorable. The cleaner was later than the anticipated time; took 2.5 hours in a very small kitchen and did not leave enough time to complete a thorough job on the bedrooms, hall and upstairs bathroom. Photos indicating the dust were taken with great disappointment. When I notified the office staff, I received a message of apology explaining she had been there 6 hours which is true however the job was not done well. Unfortunately, I will need to pay again to have the job done and will not use this service again. It was too costly a price (300.00) to have to pay twice. read more

Wonderful service for deep cleaning! Prompt and complete. I definitely recommend XP.

After finding XP Clean Solution through Yelp and talking with Luana, I decided to book a "move-in" deep cleaning service for the house I'm moving into. We did a FaceTime walk around of the house so she could see what I needed done and she gave me a very fairly priced quote the next day. The house had clearly not been deeply cleaned for 10+ years and needed literally EVERYTHING cleaned. I'm talking floors, walls, ceilings, baseboards/moldings, doors, radiators, kitchen, basement, living room, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, garage, etc. I mean, this house was so dirty that years of dust and debris were caked in every corner, grime and dirt stuck and stained places, etc. and I was really worried that a cleaning team would not be able to get all of it. But boy, was I wrong. Cassia and Rodrigo showed up exactly on time, took a look around the house and got to work only a few minutes later. English was not their first language, but their sweet, young daughter came with them and translated everything we needed to communicate. They're a hardworking family who I knew was going to get the job done. After 11 hours, yes, I kid you not, ELEVEN hours, I got the call from Luana that they had finished up. When I tell you that the house was spotless, I mean it was absolutely SPOTLESS. They exceeded my expectations and did the job as good as anyone could have hoped for. They turned this dirty old house into a clean, sparkling home that's ready to be lived in. They paid close attention to detail and didn't miss a spot. I really couldn't believe it. My experience was 5/5 stars and I will be using XP Clean Solution again in the future for home cleanings, as necessary. Luana is personable, understanding, and quick to respond to texts and emails. Cassia and Rodrigo are amazing at what they do and I hope to have them back again in the future. read more

I loved working with XP Clean! The before, during and after the job were all ABSOLUTELY perfect. Luana was very supportive and attentive to my to-do list, she made sure I had no questions. During the job she did all the follow up, so I knew every single update of the cleaning service even though I wasn't there in person. And after the job, she sent all the pictures, which I couldn't see she made an incredible job. So, this is my review and thankfulness to Luana and the whole XP Clean team! read more

Would NOT recommend. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Luana has been harassing me for $165 for at least a year now after I paid her for all of her services from 2023-2024 and ending our services with her. She can barely speak any English and has now sent the $165 to collections and tried to put it on my credit report which will be DISPUTED AND REMOVED. WHAT A PETTY THING TO DO AND A TRUE REFLECTION OF YOUR INTEGRITY. over $165? Anyone can create an invoice and say you owe something but I paid you for all of your services. One cleaning was really horrible that we said we weren't going to pay for after multiple questionable ones because it didn't even seem like someone cleaned. She's sent letters to my house, sent multiple emails and enlisted a collections agency to try and get $165 from me. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. ITS $165 that we are disputing, grow up. I am putting this on every website you have, word of mouth and reputation is everything and seriously how pressed you are over $165 IS SAD when you DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN AND IVE PAID YOU. WHAT DO YOU THINK PUTTING IT ON MY CREDIT IS GOING TO do? Disgusting human being. We have given you $4000 in the course of a year for cleanings and you sent me to collections over $165? IM NOT PAYING YOU FOR A CLEANING YOU DIDN'T COMPLETE AND YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING ANYMORE MONEY FROM ME. read more

It's pretty crazy to think I'm the first person to review this business. Though we keep a well maintained home, I honestly didn't think that the deep clean would make SUCH a difference. I was seriously wrong! I requested for a deep clean for three bedrooms, one bathroom as well as my windows being done. Susana came in with her amazing supplies and personality! I assumed that it would be a quick clean. NOPE. Susana took her amazing time and went into every nook and cranny. Our home is a fairly old frame so dust builds up within a day. After this deep clean, it looks like we've just moved in (mind you we've been at our residence for over 15 years) Thank you to XP Clean and their wonderful employees. You are amazing! read more

I found this company after placing a cleaning project request on Yelp. We needed a post-construction cleaning, and if you don't know, IT IS A LOT OF CLEANING. Luana responded very soon after listing the job. She was very receptive and was easy to communicate with. After receiving many quotes, we decided to go with XP Clean Solution because the price was fair and communication and booking was almost effortless. She was very accommodating and easy to work with. Cassia did an amazing job! She spent the entire day there and was meticulous with cleaning. I would definitely use them again for my future cleaning needs! read more

I do not recommend this company. We paid a deposit and immediately upon the arrival of the cleaning person, they started demanding full payment. Since we haven't used them before, we were not comfortable submitting full payment (they already had our deposit). Not only that they left, they also left our house unlocked (no one was home at that moment), creating a huge safety issue. In addition, they quoted us one price and last moment added sales tax (which we had no issues paying, even though we thought it was already included in the quoted and previously agreed price and felt that the owner failed to disclose this upfront). I haven't heard of a company demanding full payment prior to completing service (while deposit was already paid) and leaving costumer in such a bind. It's unfortunate, since we were looking for a company to do bi/weekly cleanings. They also refused to return the deposit, even though service was not provided. Very frustrating experience and extremely unprofessional. read more

Couldn't recommend this company enough. Needed a deep clean of our apartment before we put it on the market. Dieyne exceeded our expectations and is such a hard worker. We had an AC unit that was pretty much completely unusable because of the build up on it from not being used for many years. It now looks like we just brought it home from the store! I've never seen our home so sparkly clean. Luana was so easy to communicate with and had someone at our place within 48 hours of requesting my quote. SO reasonably priced for an outstanding job. BOOK THIS COMPANY! You won't regret it read more

Amazing service, great pricing and a VERY clean house. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Wow I was absolutely BLOWN away by their deep cleaning! After an injury, I haven't been able to clean the apartment like I've wanted to. Hired this company to do a post construction/ pre-move in deep clean for our new 5000sq ft house. They were so accommodating, understanding with great communication as they pivoted perfectly everytime we had to change plans because of delays with construction. The house went from nonlivable to immaculate. We were so thankful to be able to finally sleep in our new, clean home! The cleaning people were so sweet, patient, very hard working to make sure we were happy. Thank you Luana and staff! read more

The cleaning team would not work with me to help clean rooms that were ready during a move out while I cleared other areas. They left and did not communicate and Bruno now won't answer my calls. This is not only unprofessional but rude and on a moving day when a person is the most stressed and a 20' Uhaul is in the driveway filled to drive across the country, I'm about to cry from sadness and stress. This company has made a difficult day even harder. read more
