LIVunLtd connected us with Andrew Shogan, VP, Spotless Services, to discuss the scope of the work while [Liv] handled all of the administrative paperwork for our building's management team. Andrew's responses were friendly and prompt -- even on a Sunday -- and he scheduled his handyman, Derrick, to perform the requested tasks within several days of our introduction. Derrick was punctual (he buzzed our apartment at 10:01am for our 10:00am appointment), was thoughtful in his work (he offered excellent suggestions when I was undecided about the placement of certain items), troubleshot issues (like when we discovered that The Container Store -- or I -- had calculated the wrong length for the Elfa Easy Hang Standards), and maintained a genuinely friendly demeanor over the course of 7 solid hours of work (despite working straight through lunch). He took his time with meticulous tasks, but I never once got the sense that he was lingering.
