Ode to Rapid Maid Specialists NYC the sun shines in through the clean windows a fresh start Hubby gave me an early Christmas gift. Every new shiny surface I encounter brings so much joy.... I can run my fingers across surfaces in the kitchen without encountering a sticky layer of grease... I never knew the corner tiles in our bathroom were the same color as the other tiles. You think you live in a relatively clean space, but then the pros come in and disabuse you of such fanciful notions. Best present ever! read more

Having a broken foot motivated me to secure the services of a house cleaning service until I am back on my feet again. I am very particular regarding cleaning, so I have high performance expectations. Erik was easy to work with prior to the work and a pleasure during the job. He came with a competent assistant. The job completed was thorough and exceeded my expectations. Places were cleaned, due to inconvenience, that were never previously addressed by me. The work was done in a timely fashion and in a way that was not disruptive to my wife or me. The price was competitive, and I look forward to my next appointment. I recommend this company without reservation. read more

It was our first time looking into having professional cleaning service done to the home and when researching, there were so many companies out there along with a few referrals from my friends. I ultimately decided to go with Rapid Maid because of the number of conversations I had with the owner, Erick. He was able to address all my questions and was able to give me a very reasonable quote based off the pictures I had uploaded and sent to him. He clearly laid out what would be included in the service and what would not (for example, no garage and no backyard). Making an appointment was extremely pain free as he was very accommodating toward our days. Yes, they offer their services both Sat and Sun. On the day of the service, he came with 2 other crew members and I was able to walk through the home with him to go through high level of what has to be done. It is nice to see the owner on the day of and his team's extreme careful attention to details is impeccable. I would definitely highly recommend and will use them in the future. read more

I hired Rapid Maid Specialists do a deep clean of my apartment. For $240, Alicia and Erick cleaned my entire apartment. The service itself is super quick to respond and very flexible on timing. The brought all their own equipment and offered to take their shoes off while cleaning which I really appreciated. They did a thorough job on moving things around to clean, and even lifted up rugs to vacuum and wash the floors underneath, as well as doing the top of the rugs as well. They were super friendly and helped me take garbage out, and got the air vents, and a bunch of nooks and crannies that I didn't think they would get to. They did the inside of my fridge and the stove. They did miss a few spots, like hairs on my sink (though the inside of the sink was spotless) and the windowsill and top of the heaters. that being said, I feel like they did a very thorough job otherwise. This was a great treat for me, and I would look into hiring again for just the bathroom / kitchen every so often! read more

Highly recommend. Very professional, thorough, and responsive. We found Rapid Maid specialists after reaching out to several vendors through Yelp. Erick responded quickly, and what stood out was his attention to detail. We were looking for a deep clean of our 3BR apartment, as well as interior and exterior window cleaning. Unlike other vendors, Erick asked specific questions, clarifying exactly what we were looking for before providing a quote. Erick and his colleague arrived on time, and as he estimated the job took between 5-6 hours. My wife and I were thrilled by the work and have no reservations recommending Rapid Maid Specialists to anyone looking for cleaning services. read more

So happy with Rapid Maid Specialists NYC's services. I needed a deep cleaning for a house I'm getting ready to sell in Queens, and since I'm not local and had no recommendations, I took a chance on this company I found online. Erick responded quickly and was able to accommodate my needs within days. He quoted me a fair price based on my description. He and his workers were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning the entire house. Highly recommend. Elissa M. read more

Erick and his team gave my apartment a deep cleaning when I moved out last month. They did an amazing job and the apartment never looked better. They also did some cleaning in my new place. For both jobs, Erick was very responsive and punctual. I was surprised at how reasonable their fee was. I had a great experience with Rapid Maid Specialists and I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I initially hired Rapid Maid Specialists for a one time cleaning, but I was so impressed with their service that I decided to engage them for monthly cleanings! It is super easy to contact Erick through Yelp and he is always responsive. The cleaners are thorough and true professionals! I have worked with a few other cleaning companies and individuals in the past, and always had issues (one time a cleaner did not show up for an appointment and left me in a bind!). However, I have not had any similar concerns with Rapid Maids. It is such a stress relief to know that I can trust them to get the job done! read more

These guys were great. It was super easy to set up an appointment; I had 3 people in to do a deep clean on an apartment that had been sitting vacant since a death and it looks 1000% better. I am so happy with the work and would definitely hire again. read more

Eric was great. Responded right away to give me a quote for a deep cleaning for a new apartment. I used the quote feature in the Yelp app. We discussed what areas I wanted him to focus on and we reviewed them when he arrived and walked through the apt. He and his crew arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I was surprised he was able to accommodate me since it was short notice and a holiday weekend. His pricing was fair and well worth the effort put in for our deep clean. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again if needed. read more

Erick was great, he was quick to respond with a quote. His team came and did a great job doing a deep cleaning of the apartment.

I received a deep cleaning for my one bedroom apartment and it truly was a deep cleaning (large windows, inside the oven and refrigerator). They were responsive, answered all my questions immediately, provided proof of insurance for my building, and I was able to schedule the cleaning service right away. I live in Manhattan and felt the cost of the service was well worth it. I plan to use them again, and highly recommend! They also accept venmo for payment which is super convenient! read more

I recently got a deep clean. It wasn't the cheapest option, but they definitely made it worth the money. And the price was less expensive than some other Yelp cleaning services. They spent more than three hours here and cleaned everything from floors to walls to cabinets to garbage cans to my toilet brush holder! All the stains and dusty parts I couldn't get to are clean, including under the lid of my stove. They brought their own supplies and machines (some cleaning services make you supply cleaning supplies) - an operation that was reminiscent of a band loading and unloading its gear. One thing to note, when they show you your apartment after, double check that they got everything. My toaster-oven and my cabinets under my kitchen sink were missed, and I didn't look closely enough to point it out at the time. They would have totally taken care of it. I'm also mentioning this so you know it's a real review. That being said, there's not enough room to list all the items they cleaned phenomenally. I will definitely use them again. read more

Very impressed by Rapid Maid Specialists. Found them via Yelp and compared to several vendors in the area. Erick was very responsive and easy to work with. I was able to book a next-day service with them and have set up a reoccurring service that works with my schedule. One deep cleaning down, and our apartment has never looked better. I can't wait for the next one! Highly recommend. read more

Personal and great response time. I used their services for deep floor cleaning back in January & requested no swifter and they came in with a brand new mop to get it done. They went above and beyond. Update: Needed move out cleaning services, had a great experience 1st time around & decided to use them again. It went great! They came in with masks on (glad I didn't have to have that convo - Covid19). Will continue to use them in the near future. Also, for my stainless steal appliances I gave them my personal cleaning supply and they gave me no push back which was also one less thing I had to worry about. So yes I highly recommend them. read more

I recently had extensive construction that left my house full of dust and unlivable.Erick and his team spent several hours doing a post construction cleaning. They did an amazing job everywhere in the house- but I couldn't believe how beautiful my kitchen looked! Erick accommodated my schedule, the crew arrived on time and used very effective and great smelling products. Planning on booking regular cleanings! read more

Super communication between Erick and Juliana did a good job, missed a couple of spots, but nothing glaring. Will hire again.

Great deep cleaning job in my apartment. They paid attention to corners and details, and demonstrated awesome professionalism. We even had some nice chit chat. This business had perfect integrity when we had a small issue side came up. Not to mention they were super patient with my loud, rambunctious 80 lb pit bull. No complaints! read more

Because the property is in the rockaways a lot of cleaning services would not come .Not only did they do their job but they did beyond and we had a horrible experience with a COVID-19 tenant layover where they wrecked the property and they brought it back to life .Rapid Maids is professional, organized, pays attentive to detail. I could not ask for a better cleaning service read more

Called them yesterday and they came today!! My parents decided to come visit at the last minute and my guest studio had not been used for a month. It was filled with dead bugs and dust. It hadn't been properly cleaned since Christmas, I'm sure! I let my grown boys stay down there for a few months, so you could only imagine. I had just returned from an overseas trip and was jet lagged, so could barely see straight. Thank goodness for Delores and Erick coming to the rescue. It's now fit for picky old Asian people. Floors are spotless, fridge scrubbed, bathroom glistening, dust and dead bug free and even offered to make the bed! Couldn't recommend more!! read more

Great cleaners following safety protocols. Erick the owner is really nice. Just very hard to schedule with them.

These folks came to do a deep clean of my new apartment before I moved in with less than one week notice. They did a fantastic job, had excellent communication, and charged a very fair price - especially compared to what others were charging for the same job. The oven in my new place was covered in grease and there was mildew and grime on the bathroom tiles. I don't know how they did it but both were like new when I returned a few hours later. I highly recommend this cleaning service. read more
