Patrick and Alex have the kind of care, excellence, obsessiveness, and eye for detail that makes an OCD clean fanatic like myself feel truly seen!! I knew that New York apartments tend to accumulate prior tenants' lives, grime, grease, pet hair, and layers of dust, and that landlords don't deep clean the way I would my own home. I found Patrick through his rave reviews on Yelp, and after a quick call discussing the size of my apartment and its condition, Patrick was able to book me the next day on a busy Saturday. Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. They brought new cleaning supplies, fresh smelling non-toxic detergent, a powerful vaccum cleaner, and all the equipment needed to reach all those nooks and crannies. At the end of their job, I felt I could finally relax into my new home, and everything was sparkling and new. If you are looking for a regular weekly cleaning, that's what you should ask for and many cleaning companies offer that service -- but if you are looking for an apartment move-in or move-out DEEP clean that removes decades of grime, Elite Supreme Cleaning and Patrick are the best in the business.

My building had to tear into a large main wall to see where the water was coming from and if mold had grown within the wall. I was devastated. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. He was honest and told me those areas were in great shape; no need for him to add on extra work & extra cost. Not many people would be so honest. Patrick is a gem who knows his business. I will always recommend his services and would absolutely use him again (though I'm praying for no more surprises!).

So I didn't ... and surely enough, despite my efforts to try and tidy up here and there, the mess built up. At first, I didn't really notice it, but then little by little, the place became unmanageable. It got to a point where I hated going home because I felt like I was walking into pigsty and it depressed me. After trying to ignore the issue, I reached a point where I decided I needed to do something because ignoring the problem was not going to fix it; and if I wanted to change the way I felt about my messy home, I needed to either spend the time cleaning or spend some money hiring a professional to help me. I'd never hired a professional cleaning service before and practically speaking, I initially had three concerns: (1) where do I find one? (2) can I even afford it? and; (3) can I find a trustworthy company where I feel safe entrusting them with my keys to come in and clean my place while I'm not home. As for my first question, I literally didn't know where to start. Eventually, I managed to find my way to Yelp and looked up services that are near me. I'm in Edgewater and based on my location, it recommended 4 places, so I requested a quote from all 4. Express Cleaning Team was the last to respond to my query but I'm really glad they did because it solved my second concern: cost. I originally had an idea of how much I wanted to spend but after receiving quotes from the first 3 services, I was left feeling disappointed because it was WAY beyond what I wanted to budget for a weekly appointment. It turned out that ECT's rates are so reasonable and affordable, my only regret is not having looked into this much sooner. All I had to do was to fill out their booking form on their website. Once I completed their dozen or so questions, I was quoted less than $100 a week to clean my two bedroom/one bathroom apartment. Now that I knew there was a service near my home that fit my budget, the only thing I had left to determine was whether I could trust them enough to give them a copy of my keys to clean the apartment when I'm at work. I wanted to make sure, so once I got an email confirmation from Jimmy, I asked him if it were possible to meet someone from the company on a weekend when I was home. Despite being outside of their business hours, his wife Fary graciously agreed to come by on Saturday to meet me and personally clean my apartment. I mean, how amazing and awesome is that?! It was her day off, but she still nonetheless took the time to come to my home just to meet me, give me the peace of mind, and did a truly AMAZING job. I didn't stay the entire time she was there but when I came home later that night, I was left speechless. I was so stunned and grateful for the care and attention that was clearly spent because everything was perfect. Honestly, it was like every little thing was carefully put in its place and every surface was expertly cleaned. You could easily tell how much care and attention was spent making sure I came home happy. If you're reading this review, you may be interested in hiring a cleaning service but have similar concerns about actually hiring one like I did. If so, I hope this helps in your calculus for reaching a decision. I was very pleased in my decision to hire ECT and I'm certain that going forward, I will actually want to come home instead on being depressed whenever I walk through my door.

The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

I get that many people have more than full schedule, but still... After getting the thorough cleaning from Maid First, I now understand the value of the cleaning service. I had 3 hours of cleaning scheduled, and I mainly wanted the bathroom and kitchen cleaned more than any other space. I didn't know what to expect, but I was excited about the cleaning service. The young female arrived about 15 minutes later than the 2-hour window of arrival due to subway delays, but she did stay and cleaned the entire 3 hours and plus. I didn't have a tight schedule on this day, so the delay was not that much of a big deal. But, I would've liked them to notify me of the delay. I was working in my home office during the cleaning, and I could hear her cleaning (quietly) the entire 3 hours, I didn't hear her taking any break at all. Before she finished up, she asked me to come and check the rooms and let her know if I wanted her to clean anything else. The apartment was very, VERY clean! Everything was shiny, you could see and touch the cleanliness of the room. Especially the dusting was phenomenal. I have a wine bar cabinet that was noticeably dusty against dark wood color. It had no dust after she was finished! She also cleaned inside and out of the microwave to sparkling clean. She even cleaned my kettle that was on the oven! She did great job cleaning bathroom and kitchen, and then moved onto the other rooms, dusting, wiping, mopping, etc., etc... She cleaned the whole apartment! I don't know how many times I said "wow" looking and touching all the sparking surfaces... She was lovely and polite, although English was not her first language, we didn't have much problem communicating. I provided with the Swiffer, duster, and toilet brush, and she brought everything else that she needs to clean with her. Whatever she needed, like a broom, she came and asked me. It was a very pleasant experience, and I totally enjoyed my super clean apartment! Thank you!

The service is so hit and miss, I would be careful booking with them. Some of the people are great…read morebut the ones that are not will make more work for you to clean up after them. I was using the service for about 2 years and it was good until the person that usually came left the service and said it's because they don't pay them well. Unfortunately everyone after that has been pretty bad. The most recent person (i) broke my oven door (she literally unscrewed it for no reason and didn't tell me she did and then couldn't get it back on so now I have to call someone to fix it and potentially buy a new door, (ii) went into my medicine cabinet to "organize" (there's nothing important in there thankfully but I never asked her to do it and no one has ever tried to do that), (iii) moved a dirty wet mop from under the sink (where she got it) into my clothing closet, and (iv) didn't actually clean the bathroom mirror, toilet, sweep the bathroom floor or vacuum the rug (yet had time to go into personal cabinets and drawers). After she broke the oven door I reached out to the Maid First and they didn't offer to help with anything. They only responded to me after I said they should still charge me the amount because I didn't want them to not pay her (given I've heard from other people who they have sent that they aren't being paid that well). I would suggest using another service that pays people well and provides more consistency.

I rarely write reviews but not in this case. Hiring NY Spotless was the smartest thing I have done…read morein ages. Rey Rodriguez and Ms Dharlynz who Rey selected, did an incredible job. Rather than have me send photos, he came here and we went over everything I wanted done. No other company I contacted during my search offered to do this, but Rey did when I first spoke to him. Rey and Dharlynz were courteous and totally focused on their job. Rey was the person on his knees in the kitchen scrubbing off years of old wax. They scoured and cleaned my kitchen from the ceiling to the floor. This included washing inside and outside (glass) of my cupboards and then relined them. All my shelves were washed. Old wax was removed from both kitchen and bathroom floors. They even washed the glass on the overhead lights. My kitchen hasn't been this clean in years!! I will never hire any other company. I highly recommend that you put them at the top of your list whenever you need a cleaning company which is dedicated to doing exactly what you want. You will not be disappointed.

John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

I scored couple of breathtaking CB2 upholstered chairs on Craigslist. They were a great deal, but required washing very critically. I'm allergic to cats, and the prior owner had two. After checking the Yelp reviews, I decided to try Eco Cleaning. I called in a bit before 9pm and got next day appointment, that was really lovely. Since they were doing chairs, I asked them to do the living room and hallway in addition to the chairs. It came out to $220 before tip. Sam was extremely punctual! I was impressed that they arrived in timely manner enough to score a metered spot for their van just outside my home. They came upstairs, scoped out the apartment, and got right to work. They worked rapidly and cautiously as they were antique chairs. I had cleared the apartment of smaller stuff before they arrived, and they were happy to move the sofa from one side of the room to the other to get to the carpet underneath. Also reliability, the other thing I really appreciated was John's initial survey of the space and pointing out what she could and couldn't fix. he has the "under-promise, over-deliver" thing down pat! Many of the spots that got a crumpled brow -- poof, gone. The upholstered chairs are now completely free of dander (no more sneezing!) nonetheless also of the soil and spills from the previous owner's kids. And the several mystery spots in the carpet -- also disappeared. It was a job well done, and accomplished ahead of schedule. We got a new puppy and our older dog got jealous and decided to pee on the sofa in a few places. I emailed Eco Cleaning on a Friday afternoon for a quote and received a reply within an hour. I was able to get a quote and schedule an appointment for the very next day. About the service - Alex called about 40 minutes prior to the appointment to confirm he was on the way. Which was appreciated. As soon as he arrived I was very courteously greeted and he went straight to work. About an hour later the work was completed and my sofa was looking like it was brand new. She answeeed all of my questions and worked to find an appointment time that worked for my schedule. Alex was my technician and arrived in the time window I chose this afternoon. He was extremely polite, professional, and a genuinely good guy. He explained what he was going to do and how to care for the furniture after he cleaned it. I'm so glad I discovered Eco Cleaning and I wish I had known about them sooner! Not only were they able to give me an appointment the day after I called, the prices are so affordable. Roman arrived on time, was a super efficient problem solver and the entire process was so quick! I had an area rug and my mattress cleaned and both only took less than 1.5 hours to do. I'm a bit crazed right now because I'm moving so I didn't take and before photos but my mattress had some stains on it and now they're totally gone! As for the rug, he showed me how much hair was pulled up after the cleaning; I was amazed at how much there was, pretty gross. Nick was was very professional and super friendly. He followed all Covid19 protocols which was comforting. I had a loveseat sofa and four chairs. Nick was quick and efficient and even explained everything so I was well informed about the process and what to expect. All looked like new following the cleaning. I needed to clean the old rugs I got from my friend and Eco Cleaning did a great job for me! I sent out a competitive bid to multiple service providers but Alina from Eco Cleaning was the most responsive with I believe the most economic price. I was informed well in advance about the arrival. Nick did a professional job in cleaning the rugs. The rugs finally recovered their original colors and smells refreshing. Nick also followed COVID-19 protocols with handwashing and wrapping shoes with protective fabric, answered my questions, and was very friendly. Sam from Eco Cleaning and his team did a great job steam cleaning/sanitizing my entire apartment (mattress, couches, carpets) that were marred by an unfortunate cat urination to incident on the short notice. What struck me, though, was Sam's commitment to (1) getting the job done thoroughly, and (2) ensuring customer satisfaction. He guarantees his work, so I had his team come back twice more to ensure all the smell was completely gotten rid of. I cannot recommend this company enough & specifically, Ivan who is a magician and made our sofa & area rug look BRAND NEW. Prior to hiring Eco Cleaning, I reached out to a few different companies to get quotes and Eco Cleaning was by far the most reasonably priced and for amazing service. Ivan was punctual, professional and quick - he cleaned both the sofa and the rug in about an hours time and I really could not be more impressed with the result. Leo came within an hour of us calling to set up an appointment! He was courteous, fast and thorough. This was our first time using a cleaning service and the results were amazing. Our dog had squished two grapes into our light grey couch and after Leo worked his magic our couch smelled and looked brand new. This is the second time I've used EcoCleaning to have my fabric couch cleaned, and the second time I've been really happy with the results. The technician was very punctual (with an update from the office letting me know when he was on his way), and the cleaning only took about half an hour. I didn't have any significant stains to get rid of, but the cleaning made a huge difference in its appearance -- from kinda dingy/dusty, to virtually new looking. I just moved into my new apartment and one night during dinner my wife managed to spill a bottle and drop some food onto the couch. Normal cleaning methods didn't work so i asked one of my friends and they instantly recommended me to eco cleaning. I called them and spoke to a man named Yulian. He assured me it could be done and within the hour helped us and left the couch spotless as if it was just bought. I had my couch cleaned and used the regular cleaning service as well for my kitchen and bathrooms. There were water stains I had been trying to get out in my kitchen for MONTHS and they got rid of them. I cannot stress enough how efficient, kind, and thorough Eco Cleaning is. They called me and texted me the day before and the day of to confirm and kept me posted on the ETA of the technicians. My couch looks and smells amazing. I was really lucky to have found an amazing company that is no bs and straight to the point. It was the easiest to make an appointment and all the way from Brooklyn they traveled to white plains and cleaned my couch. I needed my couch needed to be cleaned next day and I called Eco Clean after seeing good reviews. The woman on the phone was extremely professional, she walked me through a quote, took down my doorman's information to connect with them on the side about coming (which I didn't even think of!), and then was able to schedule me for the next day. The man who came was on time and and prepared. He asked me thoughtful questions about the couch and then made diligent work of cleaning it. In and out in 30 minutes and my couch is super clean. I purchased a second-hand couch that was over 3 years old. In less than 24 hours I was able to call Eco cleaning, get a quote and an appointment for the following day. Eco cleaning gave their prices upfront (best/lowest priced company) came in the time frame they said they would and they did a fantastic job. I am so happy with my experience with Eco Cleaning! We have a couch that's a few years old and needed a deep clean along with spot treatment. Our amazing technician, Ivan, was communicative, prompt, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. He did a fantastic job and our couch looks brand new! In my home i have a 9 month old puppy, 2 cats and a husband so my sofa was in dire need of a deep cleaning as you can imagine. Alex and John were polite, professional, and very thorough in the washing of my sofa. I can not give enough praise to the service they did. I found them on Google so I was skeptical, but they came within 48 hours. My couch was pretty dirty, I'm slightly ashamed actually, but Nick came on time and did an amazingly thorough job. I'm blown away by the results, the couch had stains and was overall discolored and dirty, it's back to its original color and feels great. It was clear this was a workout for Nick, who was always smiling. I'd highly recommend them; not only is my couch amazingly clean, but the team are nice, courteous, and really want you to be happy. 10/10 read more

I cannot rate high enough! It was the first time I needed to clean my 'vintage velvet' furniture and I could not be happier with the result! Roman did a really great job. He was right on time for my appointment and extremely efficient, cleaning my couch and chair in a very short period of time. Wonderful experience! John cleaned our sofa thoroughly and it looks fantastic. He extracted a large amount of dirt that I could see in form of dark brown water in his cleaning machine after he was done. First he sprayed the sofa w some sort of cleaner and let it work in. Then he steam vacuumed the entire sofa (sides too) and even did the pillows. Before entering the house he slipped on shoe covers so his street shoes didn't touch the floor. Will use them again and can recommend without any reservations. read more

I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

Everything proceeded normally until I disclosed a fragrance-related accommodation need and offered to provide all cleaning products myself. After that, the job was repeatedly described as a "special need cleaning," concerns were raised about whether the cleaners would accept it, and I was told I might be better served by another company. I was asked to confirm the appointment by providing my address and cleaning information, which I did. Later, after the cleaner agreed to take the job, the appointment was given away because I did not respond quickly enough to an additional confirmation request that I had never been told to expect. When I objected to the way the situation had been handled, I was told that the company would not be cleaning my apartment. What concerns me is that the entire interaction changed after I disclosed a disability-related accommodation need. Before that disclosure, I was treated like any other customer. After that disclosure, additional barriers appeared, the job became a problem, and the service was ultimately denied. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone who may need accommodations, nor to anyone who believes that people with physical differences should be treated with the same respect and access to services as everyone else.
