I was moving from out of state and I also travel for work so getting my apartment cleaned and not being there to see how it was going had me a bit nervous but Mimi and her partner eased all of my concerns. They cleaned my walls, all of the windows in my apartment and made my bathroom look brand new in addition to the general cleaning. Before I moved in I had some cosmetic changes made by my father and he could not stop raving about how amazing and clean the apartment looked after Azymi did their magic; I was a bit jealous I didn't get to see it first lol. The work was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cost effective way to get professional cleaning done. As before, they did an excellent job for a fair price!

Do not hire this cleaning company. I got completely SCAMMED by them when I was 9 months pregnant. I…read morehired them to come and deep clean an apartment I was moving into. I usually would do it myself but I was extremely pregnant and it was not safe for me to handle chlorox etc. The apartment certainly needed a deep clean after being lived in for years but it was NOT filthy since it had been painted and the floors were re-done. The bathtub was being re-done as well and was not ready so I asked them to clean around it. The stove and fridge were also brand new. It is a two bedroom, one bath. Two women came to clean (one was almost 30 minutes late with no phone call indicating that she would be arriving late). Once they had changed they immediately started requesting supplies that were beyond what we had discussed over the phone. I provided them with everything even though each time they would send me back for something else. I left them in the apartment and when I came back an hour later, the door was chained. It was 3pm in Prospect Heights-- NO reason to chain the door shut when it could simply be locked. When I called later and asked if this was a standard practice of the company, I was told that it was not. After 3 hours of work, my husband came back to pay them and he was told not to enter the apartment because the "floors were wet." He paid them and tipped them without thinking much of it. They also demanded that he give them a 5 star review on the spot. He told them he would have to wait for me to see the place. When I came back the next day (moving day), i was SHOCKED that the only thing they did in 3 hours was mop the floor (with a dirty mop) and clean the windows. They did not open one kitchen cabinet and did not even appear to have entered the bathroom. I had to clean the entire apartment myself. When I called back, I will say that Claudette offered a "discount' on future cleaning services which is a joke. I would NEVER call them again. I think the positive reviews are either fake or maybe they have a huge disparity in staff. EIther way, BEWARE.

The clean itself was absolutely not worth the price. The photo is of dirt still on the wall of the shower, surfaces were left dirty, and there was just a lot of attention to detail overlooked. I loved that Kamilla did such a thorough job cleaning my bathroom and kitchen area that I specifically asked her to concentrate on. Had to provide her with my own mop and vacuum and actually glad I did. Because I'd rather have them use my own supplies rather than the one that was used in other places also. Another thing to mention is their rates. Compared to other cleaning services that I spoke to on the phone, Cleaning Master was pretty affordable. Glad I found them especially because it was my first time using cleaning services and still doubting if it's worth it. Thanks a lot from a happy customer! Good stuff: The women arrived punctually - were organized, active and careful - used my own vacuum cleaner. Bad stuff: It was booked for 3 hours but they were ready to leave in under 2.5 hours - their own products were for a light clean but not for robust heavy cleaning - my bathtub was not scrubbed, just wiped down - they used a Swiffer for floor cleaning - I found places that were not dusted at all. So, average for maintenance cleaning but not great for deep dive cleaning.

Team Clean NYC's lackluster work included basically the entire kitchen remaining dirty, the floors having debris, and the cleaner breaking a panel off of the cabinets. While that stuff itself is disappointing, the real cherry on top is the company not interested in doing anything but defending the work. EDIT DUE TO RESPONSE: 1. We came back at the time that he told us, if he wasn't done then, that is not on us, and we were glad to wait however long needed. It simply wasn't communicated. For example, if he didn't want us there while he was cleaning, he could have given us a time to come back when he was done, finished on time, or simply asked for more time before we came back. We're sorry if stopping by, tipping him, and saying good work caused an uncomfortable environment. 2. We knew about the cabinet and could have explicitly mentioned it in the email, however not only is it clearly not a cabinet that we managed to not break in 2 years, but the details mentioned in our emails were loosely paid attention to so I'm not sure it would have done any good. 3. "Set up to fail" is an odd way of defending this kind of cleaning work. At the end of the day, your company left the apartment in that state and the photos show the work that the company somehow is proud of.
