The work was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cost effective way to get professional cleaning done. As before, they did an excellent job for a fair price!

Do not hire this cleaning company. I got completely SCAMMED by them when I was 9 months pregnant. I…read morehired them to come and deep clean an apartment I was moving into. I usually would do it myself but I was extremely pregnant and it was not safe for me to handle chlorox etc. The apartment certainly needed a deep clean after being lived in for years but it was NOT filthy since it had been painted and the floors were re-done. The bathtub was being re-done as well and was not ready so I asked them to clean around it. The stove and fridge were also brand new. It is a two bedroom, one bath. Two women came to clean (one was almost 30 minutes late with no phone call indicating that she would be arriving late). Once they had changed they immediately started requesting supplies that were beyond what we had discussed over the phone. I provided them with everything even though each time they would send me back for something else. I left them in the apartment and when I came back an hour later, the door was chained. It was 3pm in Prospect Heights-- NO reason to chain the door shut when it could simply be locked. When I called later and asked if this was a standard practice of the company, I was told that it was not. After 3 hours of work, my husband came back to pay them and he was told not to enter the apartment because the "floors were wet." He paid them and tipped them without thinking much of it. They also demanded that he give them a 5 star review on the spot. He told them he would have to wait for me to see the place. When I came back the next day (moving day), i was SHOCKED that the only thing they did in 3 hours was mop the floor (with a dirty mop) and clean the windows. They did not open one kitchen cabinet and did not even appear to have entered the bathroom. I had to clean the entire apartment myself. When I called back, I will say that Claudette offered a "discount' on future cleaning services which is a joke. I would NEVER call them again. I think the positive reviews are either fake or maybe they have a huge disparity in staff. EIther way, BEWARE.

They cleaned my walls, all of the windows in my apartment and made my bathroom look brand new in addition to the general cleaning. This was made even worse due to a recent and persistent roach infestation that had only recently been eradicated. Your team cleaned all of her old wood kitchen cabinets (inside and out), the stove and oven, the walls, the countertops and the floor. It did not go unnoticed that they had carefully removed and replaced all of the dishes, cutlery, pots and food items stored in the cabinets in order to clean them properly. Your team also did a great job on cleaning all of the metal window frames and sills throughout the apartment. These had collected a lot of dust and grimey dirt over the years and needed some special attention. The difference was astonishing! Between the windows and the kitchen work, it actually feels like the air quality in the apartment has changed for the better. We look forward to having your team come back on a periodic basis to help keep the home in clean and healthy condition. Thank you.
