Just what I needed. I had a one time cleaning needed for a special occasion and wanted to make sure my space was presentable and didn't have time or energy to do it myself. I was able to be flexible with timing and we managed to configure a time that works for everyone. Cleaner was friendly, helpful and thorough. Would recommend and if my budget allows it would use them when I have events and need additional cleaning help. Overall took about 3.5 hours of cleaning because I don't own a vacuum so everything had to be manual. I have a small space - and only needed to focus on bathroom (toilet, sink, tub, floor) kitchen and living space (floor cleaning, outdoor closet wipe down, kitchen area and quick fridge wipe down). read more

This place quoted me $540 for a move in cleaning service for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. That's absolutely bonkers and the rest of you need to know. read more

I have used this company for a while, and feel completely amazed by having them every week that they come to clean my place. My home is always spotless and sparkling clean and feel very happy with the service. Their pricing is very reasonable, which makes it easy for me to recommend to anyone who's looking for a reliable cleaning service, and I would keep using them. read more

UPDATE: I never said the place looks great and the owner can share proof if so because she is very much lying. SHE OFFERED ME MONEY TO TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW, THAT'S WHY THE OTHER 1 STARS ARE NO LONGER HERE. NOW SHE'S SAYING I ASKED FOR A REFUND WHEN SHE OFFERED ME THE MONEY!! Notice how the other 1 star had a similar complaint and she claimed she couldn't get in contact with him in the reply. She couldn't get in contact to bribe him. ______________________________________________ THE OWNER IS A CON ARTIST!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Just moved into a new apartment and hired this service to clean a 1 bedroom apartment that I already did a basic mopping, vacuuming, and wiping on. I was quoted $40 an hour for 6 1/2 hours for a 1BR. Since this was supposed to be a "deep cleaning" I thought it was worth it to clean the details of the apartment. 1 cleaning lady came and took 6 1/2 hours to clean ONLY the kitchen & bathroom. The kitchen wasn't even cleaned properly at all and I found so many things such as dust on top of the refrigerator and window and stains on the wall and by the stove. I had to clean up after the cleaning lady... $260 to to clean and empty bathroom & kitchen. The owner was rude & sarcastic and said 6 1/2 hours was an estimate. The apartment barely had any stuff in it so there was nothing to move around. This should've been an easy clean. I could've done it myself if I had the time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service at all. I wanted to support a smaller business during the pandemic and it just wasnt worth it. Only doing flat-rate service cleaning services from here on out. read more

I highly recommend this cleaning service. They quickly put in a very reasonable bid and when I responded, their communication was always prompt. The young woman they sent to clean our apartment was outstanding. She was very thorough and exceeded our expectations. When it came time to pay, the process was very easy. Will definitely use Jireh Deep Cleaning again. read more

I was disappointed that I paid $140 ( including gratuity) for 2 and a half hour housekeeping service for a 1bed 1bath apartment. The housekeeper took more than an hour to clean the bathroom and another hour just to clean the stove. Yea that's the only two areas she cleaned in 2 1/2 hr. I will not recommend nor use this company again! read more

All I can say is amazing job. My kitchen hasn't been used for the past 7+ years. I recent got it cleared out but it needed a deep clean. I almost got rid of everything. But I figured I would just have it cleaned and see what happens. Well let me tell you. She came and cleaned EVERYTHING!!! Every corner and every edge. I'm so happy. I can finally cook in here!!! It looks so much brighter and the energy is restored. Thank you guys so much! read more

My home desperately needed a deep cleaning! I searched on Yelp and found this company. After looking at the reviews I felt confident to bite the bullet and schedule a cleaning with them. They did not disappoint! The ladies did an amazing job in my home. It looks brand new! I can't believe it. I'm so grateful they were able to clean my home. Pros: Amazing deep cleaning! My kitchen sink sparkles! I haven't seen my kitchen this clean in years. I feel so much more comfortable being at home and not having to worry about cleaning after a long day of work. They got areas I would have never thought to clean! Eimy also gave me some tips on how to fix certain areas of my home to prevent oil buildup, dirt buildup. Can't forget to mention, I had to reschedule last minute and they were very accommodating! Cons: There could be some work with communication. When I asked for a quote I was given an hourly rate, but wasn't told it was per cleaner. I had two cleaners at my home and paid double the price. Wish this would have been made more clear before booking! Also, I don't know if they used up all my paper towels but I noticed when they left that there was none left. They didn't mention anything to me about that and I wish they had. Also, one of my Swiffers is gone. I assume it either broke or was too messed up to clean, but I wish they would have mentioned that to me as well. All in all, they did an amazing job with my extremely dirty home and I'm so thankful they were so accommodating and thorough. If you're looking for someone to really clean your home, book them! read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Eimy and her team have done a beautiful job at keeping my apartment fresh clean and organized throughout this pandemic. I didn't know what to expect and was delighted with the results of a move-in deep cleaning! They clearly communicated the extensive list of what's included and answered all my questions. They arrived on time and worked nonstop until I could practically eat off the windowsills! I'm so impressed with their work that I'm thinking this may turn into an annual event! read more

Amazing quality. I needed a deep clean for my apartment move out, and literally the place was spotless. I had grease stains in the kitchen, black marks on the white tiles, marks in my grout, etc. and literally everything was gone. The only thing that I would caution people is the time. Its a one person crew, and they get paid by the hour, so keep that in mind. My one bedroom apt took 5 hrs to deep clean. But I never had to ask her to clean it again because she made the place spotless the first time. So its worth the money to save yourself from headaches. read more

Amy and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! They did an incredible job and spent all day cleaning floor to ceiling, wall to wall, an apartment that an old tenant left in a disgusting state. They scrubbed clean every inch of the place from inside cupboards and appliances to the bathtubs and closets, walls, doors, floors, everything, and it is spotless and gleaming now. Amy was easy to book with, very accommodating and flexible when I needed to reschedule. I would definitely recommend. read more

I have a busy work life and some chronic health issues, so it's hard for me to keep my apt as clean as I'd like to. Eimy and her sister did a wonderful job on a move-in cleaning of my new apartment. The bathroom and kitchen now look spotless! The windows, sills, and floors are shining! Very sweet, hardworking people. And a very fair price. I highly recommend! read more

Amy and her team are great. I requested a quote from several companies and hired Amy based on other Yelp reviews and her responsiveness. Additionally, the price quoted from Amy was comparable to other companies in the area - although to echo another review the quote is hourly per person which I did not realize. Amy and her team come monthly and my 2 bed 2 ba apartment is clean and smells fresh after each visit. I wanted to hire a service to give the apartment, mostly floors and bathrooms, a deep clean monthly now that my husband and I work from home full time and the apartment is seeing much more wear and tear. They are very thorough - the microwave, sinks and showers are spotless after Amy's visits. It's so nice to look around and not be distracted by all the things I need to clean. Definitely worth the money for the piece of mind. I've had to reschedule two of my appointments and Amy was accommodating and quick to respond each time. read more

Absolutely delighted with this cleaning service! My apartment was so clean that i could literally eat off the floor (not that I would, of course). Very punctual and professional work of every square inch of my living room, bedroom and bathroom. Did I also mention that my microwave was basically brand new? I will be using this service regularly in the future. Many thanks once again read more

Eimy cleaned my apartment. I really enjoyed the experience. She was professional at the job, clear in her communication, listened to my feedback and accommodated my requests. She came with her own cleaning supplies; she asked me how I prefer things to be done whenever she wasn't sure. I could see that she really cares about getting the job done well. I will likely use her service again. Highly recommend! read more

Wow! I booked Jireh Deep Cleaning last night at 11pm and they accommodated my last minute request to come today at 8am. I have just come home to a completely spotless apartment! They are extremely covid friendly and wore masks and kept distance on entering my apartment which was very comforting. My apartment has never looked so good!! I have spent hours scrubbing my bathroom and floors and they have left it spotless. Communication was great, payment was easy, and I'll definitely be using Jireh as my go-to cleaning company going forward. read more

Changing my review to one star after Amy lied in her response. I have timestamps to prove these are after photos and not before, I really resent that she called me a liar. The trash pictures showing she didn't sort the recycling are clearly from after. The ones showing things weren't dusted are clearly from after. Also, if my pictures were from before, then my place wouldn't have been nearly as messy as she claims. You can see in my pictures that the place was PARTIALLY cleaned, which is what I've always claimed. And also, I took a VIDEO as proof of how bad the cleaning was, clearly from after. So you can lie all you want, Amy, but it's not good business. And yes I tipped the cleaner because she's a young woman and I am not a monster. Yes I did tell her she needed to stop focusing on organizing and wanted her to focus on cleaning. I did not lie once in my review but Amy did in her response. She's also sending me insulting messages in private chat, repeatedly calling me a liar despite me proving I am not. If you want to hire the services of a woman who lies and insult dissatisfied customers, do so at your own risk. read more

Not worth the 40$ an hour.. were at my 2 bedroom apartment for almost 6 hours--left many things dirty and untouched.. Again for the money it is not worth it.. Paid just shy of 300$ for someone to cut corners read more

Excellent quick communication, flexible and accommodating, outstanding service! I needed a move-out cleaning done and Jireh Cleaning was able to accommodate my last minute request. I can't imagine I was an easy client to work with, and yet, Eimey at Jireh showed great courtesy and adaptability (I asked her to pick up the key from the building office, which was around the corner in the basement -- not straight forward -- and then call the landlord after she was done...she graciously accommodated these extras! She also followed up with pictures for me to review--which was much appreciated as I was 3000 miles away). Amy and her team came in to clean our house yesterday and did an absolutely amazing job. They came on time, wore masks and were extremely thorough in cleaning our 3 bedroom and bathroom house. They bring their own supplies, and left our house sparkling. We have a regular housekeeper but it is a huge difference having a professional cleaning service come in. They are polite, worked around us and were very reasonably priced. We will absolutely be using them again and would highly recommend for your regular and deep cleaning needs. read more
