Andrei is just packing up now, and I'm super happy with the work. He did a great job making our windows sparkle after a move in, and explaining the condensation inside the frames that wouldn't be accessible. He was prompt and communicative the whole time and made the whole process really easy. Absolutely recommended.

I'd 100% recommend Empire! I rent in an apartment building that has older windows that don't easily pop open for cleaning, so while I usually clean my windows myself, i was over my head this time. I've never used a window cleaning company before but figured I'd reach out to at least get a quote. Andrei got back to me the very next morning and we were able to find a time that worked within the next week. Day of, he showed up right on time, had a mask on the whole time, and put covers over his shoes! I was taking an online class while he was here, but luckily he was incredibly self-sufficient and got right to work. An hour later I had the most sparkling clean windows ever, for a lot less money than I expected to pay for professional window cleaning. It makes such a huge difference (see before and after photos), and I'm so happy with the results! Thank you Empire!

I am SO happy with the cleaning. We couldn't even see out our windows before this. Andre was amazing! We live 5 floors up in NYC. I was so worried getting someone to come clean so high up but they quickly provided a COI and made it all look easy. He wore booties in the house without us even asking. He got even the window above the AC unit, which they didn't guarantee. Incredible value and experience. Will absolutely be hiring them again. read more

Andres and empire are INCREDIBLE! He said 9am on Saturday and showed up right on time this morning . The quality of the work is amazing!!! My windows look like new! Andres was also very sweet and easy to be with. My dog can be a little barky, but andres was kind and gentle. I'll be working with them ongoing. Dirty windows? These are your people! read more

I tried to clean my windows when i moved to my apartment 10 yrs ago but there is no way to clean it up, unless i have a tall ladder. I look for window cleaner near my area and Yelp send me some recommendations, i sent the info through automated questions and 5-6 responded, Empire window responded so quick and gave me the estimate pretty straight forward..He came on time and did a gr8 job. i am very happy with the outcome. I wish I had taken a before photo to show how sparkling clean my windows are now after a meticulous cleaning by Andrei. He also brushed the screens clean and cleaned the window sills too. Excellent service and very professional! Andrei was punctual and did a fantastic job with my windows and light fixtures. They look as good as new. He took great care with the light fixtures and didn't rush it. I got multiple quotes and this is one company that does both windows and light fixtures, which solves two problems with one visit.
