The quality of the work itself was equally disappointing. Windows were left with visible smears and streaking, particularly around the edges, while handprints and residue were left on the building's exterior metal panels without being cleaned. The crew also ignored management's instructions regarding which private terraces they were permitted to access. More seriously, several coping caps around the property were dented during the job, and part of a brise-soleil was damaged after workers attempted to suspend ropes from it. The company later sent someone to make repairs, but the workmanship was poor. Some of the original boards were simply wedged back into place and fell out again within two days. Replacing seven small boards took nearly a week, and the replacement wood did not match the existing material or finish. Overall, the experience suggested a company cutting corners at nearly every stage, from workmanship to supervision to repairs. There are many far more reputable and professional window-washing companies in New York City.

They were the only outfit that said they would do it, but when they showed up the first thing they said was they preferred not to do that, but would try; when they finished they said they could not. They did a fine job on the rest of the windows, but the dirtiest ones on my third floor are still dirty! They offered to come back and do them from the inside, but that is simply not possible for a few reasons that I made clear to them. I see this as bait and switch, in hindsight I should had told them to just leave and not do the job.

Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

Let me say he is thorough, he power washed my driveway multiple times until he was satisfied with how it looked. He then added sand, and sealed the pavers on the driveway, back yard and had already did the pointing. The price was very fair for the amount of work performed especially since I know the sealer is quite expensive. Not only do I recommend them but I have saved his info for next time. On top of all of this they are genuinely friendly and it's a pleasure to speak with them. I would recommend them to anyone!
