I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. The house looks very clean and visibly pleasing to look upon. Only downside was the effects of the power wash inside our home due to old windows. The water with the dirt/grime did seep in due to the high water pressure and almost caused real damage where the water leaked near electric outlets and leaked in from our sunroof onto our computer. We wished they could've warned us to cover essentials or made us aware of this potential issue beforehand, but we weren't and thankfully damage was minimal but could've been worse. He gave me an appointment for the next day, Wednesday 7/30/25. He said the arrival window was from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m. He apologized for the long waiting time. I got up at 7 a.m. & cleared the area & driveway. At 3:20 they had not arrived & I had not received a call saying they were delayed. I called the office & Judy/Judith said they were still at another job & might be coming after that, if not she would reschedule my appointment. I told her NOT to reschedule, if I wanted to try again I would call back myself to do so. On Friday, 8/1/25 (today) at 8:30 a.m. Spotless Gutter showed up unsolicited & without me rescheduling an appointment with them. Needless to say my son sent them away. What kind of business is this?
