We moved into an apartment that had been vacant for 9 months and was quite dusty. We got a quote from Deep Clean and thought it seemed high. WE WERE WRONG. We hired a cheaper service and it turns out you get what you pay for! How do I know? Well 3 months later after our contractor made a whole new mess of dirt and dust doing some minor renovations we brought in the Deep Clean team. Lena and her crew turned this place upside down, scrubbed it all, and put it back together in even better condition. Every surface sparkles. Not a speck of dust or dirt to be found. They brought the mops, the rags, THREE ladders to get our extra high windows, the cleaners, and perhaps most important of all, a crew that showed up to WORK and did it all with a smile. So friendly. So professional. So effective. Couldn't possibly give them a better rating. Worth. Every. Penny. read more

Deep Clean NYC - They brought their own mega ladder for the windows! - Home Cleaning Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I requested an estimate two weeks ago, sent two follow-ups, and they never responded.

Fabulous! Lena and team were great to work with, from the initial walkthrough to the detailed proposal, to the ease of scheduling and payment. The end result was fantastic - exactly what my post-renovation apartment needed. Super grateful! read more

We signed up for the "Deeper" cleaning and I think it was really worth it. We keep our place fairly tidy, but hadn't cleaned the tub walls, the high corners in the living room that were slowly growing cobwebs, the top of the range hood, and just hadn't gotten around to mopping the floors. Stuff like that. So we emailed and booked Lena. She came, was really nice, was friendly to our cat. I was in the apartment for the first hour and then felt comfortable leaving while she was working. I came home later, the tub was clean, the walls were clean, the floor was clean, the microwave even felt clean to the touch (I can't remember the last time it felt clean). I'd totally recommend them. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Lena and her company, Deep Clean Maid Service. Most people don't know what 'clean' is, when they hire a cleaning service, because most cleaning companies do quick 'surface' cleaning, which only looks good on the surface. I have used this company exclusively for my two homes since 2007. I am a real estate broker and I use them to clean houses I am selling and recommend them to developers and contractors for 'post construction' cleaning. Basically, I refer them to all my clients and friends. I even recommended them to my mother (a difficult person) and she was in 7th heaven after they waxed her floors! read more

Deep Clean has been cleaning our apartment for 6 years and it has been a seamless experience from the start. They have always done a fantastic job and the communication has always been clear and prompt. I came to trust Deep Clean with our keys and looked forward to coming home to a spotless apartment. Cristina especially did a wonderful job. Now we are moving too far away to continue our cleanings and I felt sad saying goodbye to her! read more

Deep Clean made our apartment livable after a year of construction and dislocation. Every tiny nook and cranny were scrubbed free of fine dust. The stove, oven and the rest of the kitchen gleamed. Closets were not only clean, but more neat. They are professionals from start to finish, agreeing with us on precisely what is needed, the price in advance, and then delivering as promised. You cannot go wrong with Deep Clean. We recommend them without reservation. read more

I have been using Deep Clean for over a year now for my home, office and rental properties. Maggie and Lena have been nothing but thoughtful and attentive, working with the sometimes complicated details of managing rental properties and scheduling, and always with a friendly disposition. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care, not just with the cleaning but with the extras like keeping track of supplies and letting us know if we are running low on things. I recommend them highly for the toughest cleaning jobs! read more

What a great company-it was worth every penny! Lovely people-they cleaned above and beyond-areas I had long forgotten or chosen to ignore. It feels like we just moved in. I would use them again! read more

The Deep Clean team was professional and wonderfully attentive to detail. We had a gut renovation that left our house in need of a solid, professional clean. The communication was clear and efficient. We had a walk-through with Lena, who took pictures and notes of every detail I requested. Despite our contractor's moving end date, we were easily able to secure a date the day after completion. The house was left in a better state than it's ever been, we highly recommend them! read more

I booked a deep clean of my two bedroom apartment - and Deep Clean completely exceeded my expectations. Our place has never been this clean. It shines like the top of the Chrysler building! Candace was amazing and didn't even seem to break a sweat. All the tiny little details were covered - from spots on the cupboard to stains on my white hardwood floors. read more

Our family has used Deep Clean, for over five years, to the care of our two penthouse apartments in the E50s. What distinguishes this company, from all the others, is the passionate and personalized care and attention given by its founder, Lena, who is like family to us. While she is very busy, and juggling a lot of balls always, when we need her she responds quickly, and always with a smile. Long ago, I suggested they expand into the commercial realm, as they would do well there too. A company you can depend on and trust. A+++ provider. read more

After agreeing on a date they pulled out just four business days ahead of time, leaving me to scramble at the last minute. They didn't keep arranged appointments to inspect the job either. Not reliable. read more

This company is fantastic. Excellent communication via phone and via email. Easy to schedule. And my regular cleaner is brilliant. Highly recommend. read more

Not only did the ladies of Deep Clean perform miracles getting rid of decades of neglected grime in our apartment, they worked with us on our budget to make it affordable. Thank you! read more

Amazing company. Never received this high level of service -- the cleaning was so deep and thorough that I recommended them to everyone i know. They even did places i didn't expect them like windows. I feel they are also incredibly affordable for the level of service you get. read more

We booked a deep clean of our apartment. It was from 9am - 2pm and 2 women came. It cost $300 for the deep clean and $80 for the supplies. Yes, $380 to clean the apartment. I had asked they do the baseboards, and especially DEEP clean the kitchen. They did a pretty standard clean. The floors under the furniture was still dirty. Like they moved nothing. Also, they didn't vacuum under the beds or basically deep clean anything. You can say they did the baseboards and a regular clean, missing 20% of the apartment. A week later they charged my acct and emailed an invoice. $406 because of a $26 sales tax?!?! This place is a giant rip off. Get your regular cleaning lady and when she's done do your baseboards yourself and you'll be way more satisfied with service and price. This place is friendly, but a GIANT rip off. I do not recommend read more

I am in charge of multiple properties throughout NYC. I have been using Deep Clean for about three years and have NEVER been disappointed! Most of the properties they have cleaned for me, have been very high end apartments with some very difficult clients. The last project they worked on for me, was a beautiful historic lobby with a crystal chandelier from 1800's when they finished, it looked so amazing. The owner Lena is a fantastic person that always finds a way to work within my budgets. Trust me, this is the company to use no matter what type of project you need cleaned. It's such a pleasure to work with Lena and her staff. You'll never find a better company to work with. read more

I have never felt compelled to write a review till today. Lena and Latice came to my home this morning and with care and attention cleaned every last corner of it. You could tell that they cared. I hung aroundbandvhelped out and within two minutes felt beyond comfortable with them both. So happy I found them! read more

i highly recommend!!! They are great to clean houses and they specialize in Deep Clean they have excellent communication and they are affordable! read more

The lady that supervised the job was wonderful as were the team of cleaners. She also worked with me to be able afford the "post construction" job. Very good communication, and all were accommodating and thorough. One friendly suggestion is that the big job price include a quick stop back a week after the main job to do a final dusting to take care of the very fine dust that settled the day after the big cleaning. A competitor offers this for about the same total job price. I would definitely recommend Deep Clean to anyone. read more

I highly recommend Deep Cleaning. On a cold winter night I was late to meet the cleaner, so sorry she waited outside in the cold and was very patience with me. The young lady did a great job cleaning and organizing for me. I have never been disappointing since I started using Deep Clean. Love them! read more

I had them come in after a big renovations. They came in and did an assessment first and provided a proposal. On the day of the clean 5 people showed up with all the cleaning supplies including back vacs. Because of the construction they vacuumed the walls, opened all the new cabinet draws and cabinets, hand cleaned my chandelier and really did a thorough job. I was very pleased with the work they did and the cost was on par for the job. I recommend Deep Clean. read more

I recently used Deep Clean after the ceiling fell in my mother's apartment - Shelly, who coordinated the job with me, was great and the job they did was wonderful. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them. read more

I live in L.I.C. and due to all of the construction that is going on around me there was just no way I couldn't live with the amount of dust that was piling up in my home any longer. After searching on yelp for services in my area i came across Deep Clean. I was a little hesitant to call them because there was only 2 reviews on here, but i have to say that i am very glad I did. I had 2 people to come into my home yesterday for a 5 hour seasonal deep cleaning. I could not believe my eyes when I came home, I had to go back outside to look at the door to make sure I was in the right apartment. These two ladies cleaned everything from top to bottom. Monika even went the extra mile to organize my kitchen cupboards, as the door fronts are clear glass. If your schedule is as crazy as mine and you find that you just don't have the energy or time to maintain your home, I would recommend that you contact them, it is money well spent. read more
