Laura and her team are fantastic! I have used them numerous times and they have always been warm and friendly as well as punctual and professional. I appreciate the "in route" texts I get from this service when they are on their way to my house. We have three cats and one large dog, so pet hair is a really big challenge. Laura and her team somehow manage to clean so thoroughly, that when they're finished, it looks and smells like we are a pet-free home. It also doesn't hurt that Laura is a warm, caring, animal-loving human being. I have cleaned for hours and for some reason, it just never looks as clean as the job they do. They have also cleaned our oven and fridge in the past, and the results were beautiful. You won't find a more hard-working team. I've recommended them to all my family and friends. read more

I usually hire people who are recommended by friends, but was desperate. I looked carefully through the reviews and spoke with Laura. I found them gracious, hardworking and honest. They were very careful of our antiques and small items as well getting into all the nooks and crannies that most cleaners miss. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely hire them again. Laura did a very good job doing a moving out clean for me. She came in late because of traffic but seeing that i was busy, she suggested that after she does the job, she can handover the keys to my super and I can leave, if I want. Pros: - Laura was very easy to deal with. - Very respectful of not getting water on the floors (as I had just had my floors refinished). Cons: - 3 hours late to the appointment. I had asked my parents to wait and felt like they wasted their whole day. - Had the move in package. Was suppose to be 3-4 hours, but Laura and her employee only spent 2 hours there...but I still paid for 3-4 hours?? For 2 hours, the price wasn't worth it. - They completely skipped in front of my fireplace (which is marble) and did not even attempt to clean the windows - which is upsetting as the windows were the main focal part of my apartment. - There's still dirt in the grout in both of my bathrooms. Overall, I wasn't too happy with the service and next time will probably go with a larger company. read more

The window for the cleaner to arrive was between 3pm and 5pm, she came at exactly 5pm...not ideal as I was left home for two hours waiting for her but still within the window! Excellent service! She stayed at my house for 3hrs and really did everything I asked....paid extra attention to dusting and organized my sons whole room! Will definitely use again in the future !! read more

I did a lot of research before finally booking DLL. I like to have my apartment deep cleaned at least twice a year and it was hard to find a company that did actual deep cleanings. I requested their services to have the house look nice for Thanksgiving and honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! It is beyond ridiculous I paid exactly 300$ for a deep cleaning and when I got to my home it was as if nothing was done to begin with! The kitchen handles weren't degreased, the tiles were dirty and the kitchen counters were left dirty when they left and I specifically asked the ladies to please pay most attention to the kitchen. My aunt and I had to degrease the stove ourselves once they left!!!!! There were cobwebs still over my apartment, I feel robbed and completely disappointed especially since they had such good reviews. They didn't even bring their own supplies and asked my aunt for the broom, sponge etc. Extremely upset and I will be contacting this company with a lawyer for my money back! read more
