I used the Yelp feature of getting bids from multiple companies. I wasn't sure it would work. It turned out better than expected. I conducted the entire transaction via text. Spotless was not the cheapest choice; I discarded that one. But it was priced reasonably. They showed up a bit later than expected, but it was fine. I assumed if I wasn't the first appointment, I should build in leeway. I wasn't in the unit. They sent before and after photos. I went back the next day. They did such a good job, I wanted to tip. I would recommend them enthusiastically.

The women who cleaned my apartment were punctual (actually early!) and very friendly. They loved my cat! They worked for about 4 hours and did a very nice job. I didn't give a full 5 stars because although my apartment is very nice and clean, I specifically was looking for a deeper clean which I don't think I received. I would certainly use the service again because they did excellent work, there was just a disconnect between what I would consider to be a normal cleaning and a deep clean.

They came back a few days later but still didn't do it. Not even the glass on the cabinet doors. I've tried for weeks to work things out but now I've been ghosted. The cleaners were nice to my dogs so they get one star.

She offered to do a deep cleaning of my apartment and she even made an exception to come out to Queens to do it, even though she doesn't usually service Queens. The apartment was in very bad shape and she made it look fantastic. The tub was completely black with mold and it now looks brand new. She is so meticulous and on top of everything! I feel like she and her team really went above and beyond - they cleaned the AC unit, the windows, places where I did not expect her to clean, and she organized all of our clutter (but not in a bad way - I can still find everything!) And she's super communicative. For several days prior to the cleaning, she kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was ready for the cleaning (e.g., cleaning supplies and clearing clogged drains). During the cleaning itself she made sure to text me with any questions she had. She even put up with a little snafu we had when she arrived and the doorman had apparently lost the key to the apartment. She was very patient and understanding and she was so communicative the whole time! I'm really impressed with Sandy and her team. I am now so sorry that I wrote a poor review because clearly it was a miscommunication the first time around!

We hired a cheaper service and it turns out you get what you pay for! How do I know? Well 3 months later after our contractor made a whole new mess of dirt and dust doing some minor renovations we brought in the Deep Clean team. Lena and her crew turned this place upside down, scrubbed it all, and put it back together in even better condition. Every surface sparkles. Not a speck of dust or dirt to be found. They brought the mops, the rags, THREE ladders to get our extra high windows, the cleaners, and perhaps most important of all, a crew that showed up to WORK and did it all with a smile. So friendly. So professional. So effective. Couldn't possibly give them a better rating. Worth. Every. Penny.
