I used the Yelp feature of getting bids from multiple companies. I wasn't sure it would work. It turned out better than expected. I conducted the entire transaction via text. Spotless was not the cheapest choice; I discarded that one. But it was priced reasonably. They showed up a bit later than expected, but it was fine. I assumed if I wasn't the first appointment, I should build in leeway. I wasn't in the unit. They sent before and after photos. I went back the next day. They did such a good job, I wanted to tip. I would certainly use the service again because they did excellent work, there was just a disconnect between what I would consider to be a normal cleaning and a deep clean.
