It is such a great filing to know that we can have this service when needed. In addition the workers are going above and beyond to make you comfortable about having stranger in the house. Love them, definitely recommended

She was done in 1.25 hours and I came back to basically the same apartment...my bathroom was dirty when I left and she did a great job cleaning the tub but otherwise the worst service I have ever experienced. The vacuum was not used...nothing was dusted. Everything on the counters and ledges (which was not a lot) were not moved (or wiped down), the cabinets were not open or touched and nothing was vacuumed. This was the worst cleaning I've ever gotten and most expensive. See pics. I texted Alexandra the pictures that clearly delivered and she said she couldn't see them. She gave me $50 back of the $150. The cleaning wasn't even worth $50. Very disappointed as I only treat myself to a "deep" cleaning once every 3 months and I myself could have done more.

I have used GGM many times to help clean up very unattractive and unsanitary issue in the apartment. The staff and owners are so compassionate and responsive that it is really a godsend. I just found out today that I need to get the apartment cleaned in 24 hours or the Board of Health would be called. The GGM team kindly and professionally jumped all over my problem and has put together a crack cleaning team. I am giving a big sigh of relief. They understand difficult situations like this - they've seen it all! If they are like this in a horrible situation I can't imagine how fabulous they must be cleaning up a normal apartment. If Green Cleaning is your thing they are for real. All the supplies they use are green and they take that policy seriously. Now in to the cleaning crew. I've met a slew of them and to a person they have been hard workers and really know what they are doing. I've never seen such hard workers! The icing on the cake is that they are very nice and kind people. I have enjoyer interacting with all the cleaners I have met. My recommendation is that you should feel your cleaning needs/jobs to Great Green Maids will be professionally handled.

Worst service ever. I cannot stress enough that the service provided was horrible…read more 1. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 8am. I get a call at 7:30 stating the cleaner called in sick. The woman said she would be 30 minutes later. The cleaner arrived at 8:46. Not acceptable for a first time cleaning. 2. I was told 2 cleaners would be coming. When I asked where the second cleaner was I was informed she was on the train on her way over. Well the second cleaner never showed up. 3. I specifically asked for my floors to be mopped not swiftered. Well my screams showed the cleaner spraying some non- eco friendly spray 4 feet from the floor then using a swifter dry pad. 4. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. As you can see by the photos this was far from a deep cleaning. I have no idea what the 1 cleaner was doing for 3 hours. See photos to document the shit service that was provided. The owner and her sidekick Jerry are a joke. The lack of professionalism and service was appalling. I had the same cleaning lady for 7yrs and never had an issue. My cleaning lady retired. I was searching for a new one and this is definitely not it! In response to the Legrandf reply. Who is flat out lying. 1. The cleaner was an hour late and didn't arrive until 8:46. The security cameras in my lobby and my apartment demonstrate the arrival time. Secondly my doorman and the superintendent were all in the lobby and called me when the cleaner arrived at 8:46am. The cleaner stated she had to drive around for parking for 20 minutes. So how do you explain security cameras and witnesses to the arrival time. 2. 'Unmentioned cats? Two cats is not unmentioned. If your cleaner was able to understand English she would have understood. Again another lie. 3. This one is laughable. I left the apartment once I instructed the cleaner in what to do. No one was harrassed and again security cameras in the apartment and my building demonstrate this lie. Keep it coming because as u told your 'manager' Jerry I contacted my attorney for false advertising and the lies. I also have pulled the phone calls from your cleaner that document they called to say they would be late. If your business was so good you wouldn't have to make up lies. My review is 100% truthful you are just mad. Pictures, video recordings from security cameras and witnesses don't lie.

The floor was dusty, shower was not properly cleaned, etc. -Jerry was quick to respond and promised better service going forward, but did not offer any rectification for the poor job. -Subsequent cleanings were great! My apartment was sparking clean, everything in place...really nice job! I was quite happy. After about a year of cleanings, I was asked to please book directly rather than through Amazon. Sure, I didn't mind, even though the price was the same per cleaning. Jerry did a nice job so I was happy to help out. -For the first directly booked appointment, I waited in my apartment for quite some time before work to let Jerry inside. Eventually he asked to reschedule to the next day due to traffic. No worries...I didn't mind. -The next day was a no-show! Jerry did not answer my texts, calls, voicemails, etc. Eventually I had to leave my apartment - I never heard back. I have mixed feelings writing this review - besides the first cleaning, CleanliYES did a great job! But there is no excuse for not showing up and not answering my calls when I was expecting a fulfilled appointment. I now use a different cleaning service.
