Fantastic experience! We purchased a couch on Facebook Marketplace that desperately needed a deep clean. Big Guys had an open appointment the same week, with a new client special (an awesome price). They came in and spent over three hours deep cleaning our couch, as well as another swivel chair. Both pieces look brand new; all of the stains are completely gone. Communication, responsiveness, and quality of work were all great. Overall, a great job. read more

Just yesterday I purchased a used couch on Facebook Marketplace. As I'm new to Hoboken, I knew I'd want it cleaned but had no idea who to ask. I googled and found Big Guys and within an hour I had a next-day appointment booked. They just left and did a quick & amazing job. My couch literally looks new. Would highly recommend this to anyone, especially because of their speedy responsiveness and quick booking based on my needs & schedule. Thank u! read more

Okay, I don't freely give 5 stars and I'm a cranky old lady, let's start with that. Wilson and Juan just left our property, cleaning a 3 story rowhouse staircase that was beyond hope. They scrubbed, cleaned, pretreated, the whole works. Communication, confirmation, payment was all a breeze. But let's get back to the 32 filthy stairs and landing... I can't type anymore as my eyes are filled with tears of joy and I'm choking up, that's how great their work is. There is no smell, no mess, nothing left undone. The price was was outstanding, they spent extra time, polite, respectful and professional. read more

The two gentlemen that provided the couch cleaning did a great job. The couch is still drying but I know just watching them work they put in a lot of effort. read more

Big Guys Carpet Cleaning - Couch cleaned!!! Well worth the money - considering four flights of stairs to carry the machine and products. Thx!! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

So their website says $120 for first room and $60 for next rooms . That's totally false and deceiving. Once they show up they than bid double that amount. Next they do the job and leave big stains/spots . Unfortunately we trusted them to do the job and left the house by themselves to finish up and leave . They left several spots with stains . So we called them and after much talking back and forth they gave us a date to come out again . And no surprise at the time of the appointment while I'm waiting past 2 hours . They decided to not show up and call and say they no more appointments available ! Save your money and don't use them . There are plenty cheaper and better carpet cleaning companies out there! read more

Big Guys Carpet Cleaning - Left carpet stains all over the house - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I have a 6'x9' white shag rug that had a lot of dirt and matting around a high-traffic path through it, and when my dog had an accident on it I finally started shopping around for rug cleaners. I have no prior experience with rug cleaners, but I'm very happy with my experience with these guys. They kept good communication with me, and my rug came back almost as good as new. They warned me that some stains might not fully come out, but they all DID come out. They sent 2 guys for pickup and delivery, and they did all the work moving furniture off and on it, I didn't have to do anything. read more

Highly recommend! Very easy to book and the team was highly professional. My roommate and I have had our couch cleaned in the past and found the odor from the cleaning products to be unbearable. With Big Guys, there was absolutely no scent or odor left behind after the cleaning. Our couch looks as good as new! read more

I wish I had a photo of the before and after of my carpet because I can barely believe it myself- my dog threw up a massive pile of dog food that had been mixed with pumpkin and then my father stepped in it with heavy shoes and walked a few steps before noticing... orange disgusting disaster on a light grey carpet. The team from Big Guys came in right on time, brought their own clean shoe covers, explained exactly what had to be done, moved all my furniture for me and took my 10x13 carpet away for a week. It was returned yesterday again right on time (plus all furniture restored to it's original place) in brand new condition, they even got out a much older spot on which I had given up. Clearly, I couldn't be happier. read more

Honest guys, hard-working, and punctual. I appreciate people who do what they say they are going to do, show up when they say they are going to show up, and are upfront and honest. Wilson did a great job on my carpets, was easy to schedule with, and his prices were in-line with or less than the several other cleaners I checked with. They were able to clean our 4 story walk up condo building and make the carpets look like new. He also clean my sofa and living room carpet which both came out great. I highly recommend Wilson and his team and will definitely being using his services in the future. read more

Just had Wilson and Mauricio come and clean my carpets. I'm really impressed with the job. Very professional service: they moved all the furniture, put protective pads under the chair legs to dry, wore shoe covers, and take credit card. Best of all there is no odour in their products. He even removed a stain from my sofa. Highly recommend. read more

Ever seen a brown couch? Like, the color of mud, brown? Well, that's how our *white* couch looked like before Wilson saved the day. Our couch is perfectly white again. The sweat stains are gone, the coffee spill is gone, it's like night and day (very literally). I am beyond satisfied with the work performed. They were on time, spent extra time cleaning our sectional, and were incredibly professional and clean. The only clue that they had been there was that the couch was clean - no mess, no chemical smells. Absolutely amazing work. We'll be booking them again just to make sure our couch stays properly clean. You can believe the reviews on here - BGCC and Wilson are really that amazing. read more

I hired this company to come and clean the carpet at Onieals Restaurant. I cannot believe what an amazing job they did! It looks brand new! Thank you so much Wilson and team. We will be using them again. read more

I had my 9x11 off white/grey area rug cleaned by this company after my dog had urinated and vomited on it. The rug actually came back a day late and more discolored. Instead of light yellow spots, a large area on the rug now has a yellow discoloration. On top of that, my dog is allergic to the chemicals used and we had to throw the rug away. When I contacted the company about the yellow discoloration, they basically said since I signed the contract, I had to take it however it came back. What a waste of $260. I'm sure a bigger company has something in place for displeased customers besides an "oh well" kind of response. read more

I had two damaged handmade silk rugs from India that needed repairing and cleaning, and two cheaper wool/synthetic rugs that needed cleaning (years of cat hair, dirt and inadequate vacuums had put them in a sorry state). Wilson was very professional when he came to pick them up, clearly explaining the different options and costs (it wasn't cheap, but I wouldn't expect repairs to handmade silk rugs to be cheap anywhere!). He took half the payment up front and the other half on delivery (and he was able to take credit card payment with his smartphone, and sent a receipt by email immediately) The rugs were ready and delivered in less than a week (before the estimated date), and the repairs were done very well. And all four rugs are the cleanest I've ever seen them! read more

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Big Guys Carpet Cleaning - so much we have used them twice {so far}! Wilson and crew were courteous, professional and very easy to communicate with. They arrived promptly and were very respectful of our home (covered their shoes before coming in the door, etc.). We had our carpet and couch cleaned - both looked brand new once they were done. I would HIGHLY recommend this service! read more

Wilson promptly returned my call to schedule an inspection of the area rug. He showed up on time the next morning and inspected the rug and provided a reasonable quote. Wilson was an absolute lifesaver! I contacted Big Guys because I was worried that I might have bedbugs. Wilson showed up on time and contacted me when he arrived. My super was not available to let him in, so Wilson called me and patiently agreed to reschedule another appointment. When I called him back about an hour later, he agreed to come back on the same day to carry out the cleaning job. He showed up half an hour later as arranged. Wilson was a complete professional-He suggested additional products that could be used to sanitise my mattress for the complete removal of any bedbugs and bacteria. We had agreed on the cleaning of my mattress only, but he cleaned the box spring and headboard at no additional cost. When he completed the work, he contacted me to let me know that he was done and took payment over the phone. Despite the fact that he was unable to obtain access to my apartment the first time, Wilson remained calm and patient and waited until I could arrange a suitable time with my super. He's one of the best professionals I've been lucky enough to work with. You will be hard pressed to find a better contractor. I definitely recommend! read more

Amazing service - on time, fair price and great quality. They come to assess the carpets and give you a quote and deliver the cleaned goods back to your apartment within a week. Just move to Hoboken from the city and Wilson was extremely helpful w my 3 carpets. These guys are real professionals dedicated to their craft - not just a few people doing this as an interim job. That is refreshing to see. I will certainly be back! read more

Big Guys Carpet Cleaning is awesome! I worked primarily with Wilson, who answered my panicked call after I thought I had ruined a mattress attempting to clean an old stain myself. This was not a high-ticket job, and I was a bit out of the way in Jersey City, but Wilson graciously scheduled me last-minute on his very busy Friday. He explained the process and gave me a price quote ahead of time, and even called to let me know that he was on his way and exactly when to expect him. He did not require special parking or elevators for any of his equipment, which is helpful in my busy apartment complex. He and his assistant worked expertly and efficiently, very quickly restoring my mattress to good-as-new. I rarely write reviews but Wilson's service at Big Guys Carpet Cleaning was excellent. Highly recommended! read more

Big Guys is a winner for me! I have a beautiful light gold carpet that no professional carpet cleaners could restore to my satisfaction for 13 yrs. I bought a home style Rug Doctor and still could not clean it thoroughly. I finally saw Big Guys' reviews and couldn't believe the ratings. I sent an email asking if they came to the Bronx from NJ. I got a call the next day. Wilson came with his equipment, and what a difference! My carpet looked new again! He would clean an area and ask me to come and compare the difference. It was unbelievable. I highly recommend Big Guys. You can believe the ratings. They are that good. I will have my wall to wall drapes done next. read more

I contacted Wilson regarding the cleaning of my sectional couch (which had water stains) and my area rug. He was quick to respond, reviewed the pictures I sent to him and gave me a quote. Unlike other companies which I contacted, Wilson was professional and answered any questions I had. He and his colleague showed up right on time for our appointment, looked over what needed cleaning and confirmed the quote he gave me. Within the hour, my couch and carpet looked brand new!!! I fully recommend Big Guys Carpet Cleaning. I plan on getting my carpet and couch professionally cleaned every year and will, without a doubt, call Wilson to get the job done. Thank you again Wilson for taking care of me! It was a great pleasure working with you! read more

Absolutely SUPERIOR in every capacity. Upon checking existing reviews, we knew that Wilson was our guy and he proved such in his pristine work.
