This is the best of the best upholstery cleaning I have ever experienced in my life . I have a very expensive sectional sofa that i spent a lot of money on . I had a a dinner party and my friend spilled some red wine on the couch . I was so devastated. I didn't know what to do. I called the sofa company and they said there was nothing they could do . Peter Temnikovskyi was a bully about setting up my appointment. He did not confirm whether he could provide a CIO as required by my building, yet insisted I go ahead and confirm my appointment. I also didn't know it was all cash only, so I asked whether it was possible to use a cc, and if not, if I can get a receipt. He wouldn't answer, my question, texted I was a "problem customer" he only wanted to deal with "serious customers." Really? Maybe they clean ok, but geez, they sure need lessons in basic manners. With potty training a new dog there has been more pee on my carpet than I'd like. With that being said, I called upholstery immediately and they were extremely professional with reasonable pricing! Great Experience! Quick and efficient. My husband asked around and received a direct referral thankfully. All the FB and CL posts seemed too sketchy!!! I spoke with Mike personally, who assured me he would give me a fair price and it would not change. In addition he assured me if I was not happy with the job there was no charge. Mike arrived on time with Anthony, inspected the carpet... a disaster from an accumulation of 3 years foot traffic and a messy 18 month old repeatedly squashing berries while playing in the living room. It had become so soiled and I had even further damaged the carpet using Oxi Clean to remove the berry stains!!! When we moved two months ago I folded it up and wouldn't look at it until it was cleaned. Mike made no promises of getting the creases out from my poor choice of folding the carpet or removing the almost burned/bleached Oxi Clean discolorations. An hour and a half later sofa and carpet were fully cleaned and already looked "less than half its age" lol, practically brand new. I will now place the carpet in my bedroom, away from my little berry eater! I am so relieved I didn't have to replace my lovely and overly pricey Safavieh carpet. Also nice to sit on the sofa now knowing 3 years or caked up dirt and odor has been washed out!!! Thanks again Mike and Anthony for being honest and saving me from buying new furniture!!! read more

Just moved in to Hell's Kitchen... the apartment carpet was disgusting when we moved in, I called upholstery cleaning and they not only cleaned the carpet back to new, the rugs I brought with me they got out the 3 year old stains!!!!!! I also have an ivory sofa with red koolaid stains in it from my 4 year old that they also got out- the sofa, rugs and carpet look better then new!!
