Wow, these guys are good. We have a white shag rug and a little dog who loves to pee in a certain spot.. clearly those two don't mix well. I called around 10+ services, and this company was the most responsive and the fairest price. I was a little skeptical about in-home carpet cleaning vs offsite (especially for a rug with old dog pee), but the price was right and the wait time for offsite was too long. Our technician was named Vlad and he walked us through the entire process. There was NO pushy upselling (which happens a lot with carpet cleaners) and we enjoyed his approach so much that we also asked him to clean the couch. A couple of hours later, the stubborn pee smell was OUT and the sofa looked brand new. I rary write reviews unless the service was awesome. In this case it was. Vlad was the technician and was SO helpful, thorough, professional and did an awesome job. My mattress was gross, a few years of use, 4 moves and 2 cats so you can imagine and it looks/feels like new now. He was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable, really informed me in a way I didn't expect. The solution was natural but smelled great and was EFFECTIVE. He showed me how dirty the water was after the cleaning was done and WOW. There are no hidden price points, just a flat rate that is the cheapest I've found and yet they are no bullshit. He was right on time, gave really clear after care instructions, and even worked around our dogs newfound interest in his work. DO NOT USE! DAMAGED my West Elm Couch have been trying to contact them. sent them photos of the damage. Didn't apologize. trying to get me to book more cleanings. Original issue was a wine spill from the night prior, which has been successfully removed in the past. called them to come first thing in the morning. "Expert" just conditioned my couch. Did not even try to stain remove. ruined the leather and the quality of it. Didn't even condition correctly and caused uneven appearance in my leather. Tried to tell me that the stain was too old... reached out to another actual leather specialist and told me they didn't use the right chemicals. Was aware that it's not 100% guarantee they can't remove the spot but they did not disclose or explain how ow my couch has other inconsistent patches or darkened areas that didn't exhaust prior. Horrible horrible customer service. Seriously do not bother using. I've contacted them 6 times and have had 0 response. My couch looks soooooooo much worse. Make sure you do a lot of digging and understand how they actually treat and clean couches. Assumed because they say on site guaranteed satisfaction that they would honor that per a verbal contract.
