It's been a couple of months since their visit, and the new stains they created still make me sad every time I look at my couch. $170 down the drain. I've attached just a couple of photos of the damage (out of many). The technician who came was friendly but unfortunately, I was left with worse water stains that never went away. After two more visits by this company to solve the problem they created, the problem wasn't resolved, and the fabric now feels stiffer than before. I had just bought this semi-antique rug online but when I got it unwrapped and rolled out it did not smell very good. I did a carpet cleaning search on Yelp and Clean Your Couch was one of the companies that reached out. I went with them mainly because everything was happening over text and they had good follow-up. All the scheduling and such was handled over text as well. Precisely at the scheduled time Dennis showed up with his equipment, inspected the rug and declared it mostly just dust -- no pet or anything else. After that he got to work methodically cleaning the rug, smell-testing every few feet. Once he was done he showed me the now-nasty water coming out of the machine - that was all in my rug I paid via Zelle. They have slightly different pricing depending on how you pay, to account for fees. I had clean your couch come in to clean a leather couch back in June/july. The guys who came was nice enough but the cleaning makes the couch wet so you can't tell how clean it is. once it was dried the couch was worse than when they started. Tried to contact them to resolve it but they were slow to respond. Then they said they'd have to charge me to come out and fix it. After my review and everything dried and I was able to more closely inspect after everything dried, one of my couch cushions was clearly not touched. I contacted the team at CYC, and it was very difficult to rebook someone to come. I understand that it's "just" a couch cushion, but they clearly did not prioritize this in their workflow. They were going to have me wait several weeks, and barely considered my schedule at all (I don't work from home and I work full time). Of course they'd rather go to another client for a full job, but this would not have been necessary if they had done the job properly to begin with. The person that came this time did a great and thorough job, for which I was thankful. The rebooking was the only painful part.
