The experience was honestly very disappointing. The job was done poorly and didn't meet basic expectations. There were still visible stains and areas that looked untouched, which defeats the whole purpose of hiring a professional service. On top of that, the staff came off as rude and unprofessional, with little respect for the space or communication with me as a customer. I expected a much higher level of service for the price. I genuinely wish I had read the other 1-star reviews before hiring this company. It's been a couple of months since their visit, and the new stains they created still make me sad every time I look at my couch. $170 down the drain. I've attached just a couple of photos of the damage (out of many). The technician who came was friendly but unfortunately, I was left with worse water stains that never went away. After two more visits by this company to solve the problem they created, the problem wasn't resolved, and the fabric now feels stiffer than before. The company stopped responding to my emails, and I never received a refund. For transparency, they offer Scotch Guard protection in exchange for a 5-star review (while the technician is still in your apartment), so the ratings here are not reliable. read more

tl;wr - All prep handled via text. Precisely at the scheduled time Dennis showed up, inspected and cleaned my 10'x13' rug. In and out in about 1 hour. I had just bought this semi-antique rug online but when I got it unwrapped and rolled out it did not smell very good. I did a carpet cleaning search on Yelp and Clean Your Couch was one of the companies that reached out. I went with them mainly because everything was happening over text and they had good follow-up. All the scheduling and such was handled over text as well. Precisely at the scheduled time Dennis showed up with his equipment, inspected the rug and declared it mostly just dust -- no pet or anything else. After that he got to work methodically cleaning the rug, smell-testing every few feet. Once he was done he showed me the now-nasty water coming out of the machine - that was all in my rug I paid via Zelle. They have slightly different pricing depending on how you pay, to account for fees. Asy wife put it, the rug went from "90% stank to "0% stank" once it finished drying. 100% worth the cost for me especially with how easy everything was and how punctual and timely the service was. read more

Update - the company called and offered a partial refund so updating my review but keeping the historical comments as I think it will be helpful context. I had clean your couch come in to clean a leather couch back in June/july. The guys who came was nice enough but the cleaning makes the couch wet so you can't tell how clean it is. once it was dried the couch was worse than when they started. Tried to contact them to resolve it but they were slow to respond. Then they said they'd have to charge me to come out and fix it. Bad stains - The furniture moving company badly stained all of these items. The bed frame was badly soiled, almost orange-brown, and stains were on the couch and high chairs. Same-day, fast, friendly, supportive services - I have had these items cleaned before, but those cleaners could have been better with their chemical solutions and fast same-day service from both Alexa office manager and Denis, who came on-site. After my review and everything dried and I was able to more closely inspect after everything dried, one of my couch cushions was clearly not touched. I contacted the team at CYC, and it was very difficult to rebook someone to come. I understand that it's "just" a couch cushion, but they clearly did not prioritize this in their workflow. They were going to have me wait several weeks, and barely considered my schedule at all (I don't work from home and I work full time). Of course they'd rather go to another client for a full job, but this would not have been necessary if they had done the job properly to begin with. The person that came this time did a great and thorough job, for which I was thankful. The rebooking was the only painful part. They offer same day service and can right away; however, the service was not acceptable. I hold repeatedly asked if my chair would be sanitized and deep cleaned and explained that there was urine on the seat that needed to be cleaned. The tech was in my apartment for 25 minutes and spent about 5 minutes cleaning the chair. It was clearly not deep cleaned or sanitized. Thery came back to clean the chair and did a much better job the 2nd time. read more

Super nice guy and worked diligently to remove pills from my couch (there were a lot and it was a painful process - I would know because I worked with a razor the night before to no avail). He was able to get the massive stains out of my couch and it looks brand new now! Best result I could've hoped for!
