Wow! Definitely using this company again!!! Glen was wonderful! My couch looks amazing. It's a WHITE Natuzzi ( 3piece). And I have a dog! I have no regrets buying a white couch. Glen brought it back to its original beauty! Highly recommend this company on service, quality and value! read more

Mark steam-cleaned our carpets, area rug, and couch. Honest, thorough, and fairly priced. I look forward to bringing him back for the next deep clean. read more

Had a pleasant experience with the cleaner, but he was not able to get many of the small stains out of our couch, recliner and dining table chairs. These were not deep stains and thought the quality was better the first time we used this service to have our couch cleaned. The value was decent, but not sure we would use again. read more

My pup had an accident on my all white sectional. The fabric is on the nicer-end so it required professional cleaning. After reading reviews, I reached out to Clean Your Couch. It was super easy to schedule and I was able to get an appointment for the following day. The guy did a wonderful job. My couch is now in perfect condition! I will definitely use them in the future! read more

I genuinely wish I had read the other 1-star reviews before hiring this company. It's been a couple of months since their visit, and the new stains they created still make me sad every time I look at my couch. $170 down the drain. I've attached just a couple of photos of the damage (out of many). The technician who came was friendly but unfortunately, I was left with worse water stains that never went away. After two more visits by this company to solve the problem they created, the problem wasn't resolved, and the fabric now feels stiffer than before. The company stopped responding to my emails, and I never received a refund. For transparency, they offer Scotch Guard protection in exchange for a 5-star review (while the technician is still in your apartment), so the ratings here are not reliable. read more

Cleaner was on time ,answered all my questions and he did a amazing job on cleaning my couch...

They are friendly, courteous and did a great job. They have great communication as well.

Boris came right on time, and was able to do a thorough / deep clean for our couch and area rug in an hour. Very professional, respectful, and careful when moving our other furniture. Would highly recommend. read more

The experience was honestly very disappointing. The job was done poorly and didn't meet basic expectations. There were still visible stains and areas that looked untouched, which defeats the whole purpose of hiring a professional service. On top of that, the staff came off as rude and unprofessional, with little respect for the space or communication with me as a customer. I expected a much higher level of service for the price. Definitely would not recommend. read more

I needed someone to clean my couch for quite some time and was happy to find these guys! They were able to come the next day and the cleaner Dennis came right on time, and in an hour later my couch was thoroughly cleaned and dried by the next day. Good value for the buck and can book on short notice, would recommend to others. read more

tl;wr - All prep handled via text. Precisely at the scheduled time Dennis showed up, inspected and cleaned my 10'x13' rug. In and out in about 1 hour. I had just bought this semi-antique rug online but when I got it unwrapped and rolled out it did not smell very good. I did a carpet cleaning search on Yelp and Clean Your Couch was one of the companies that reached out. I went with them mainly because everything was happening over text and they had good follow-up. All the scheduling and such was handled over text as well. Precisely at the scheduled time Dennis showed up with his equipment, inspected the rug and declared it mostly just dust -- no pet or anything else. After that he got to work methodically cleaning the rug, smell-testing every few feet. Once he was done he showed me the now-nasty water coming out of the machine - that was all in my rug I paid via Zelle. They have slightly different pricing depending on how you pay, to account for fees. Asy wife put it, the rug went from "90% stank to "0% stank" once it finished drying. 100% worth the cost for me especially with how easy everything was and how punctual and timely the service was. read more

We asked for a rug cleaning at home, we greeted on arrival by a very polite gentleman (Glen) who was already prepared with all the equipment and shoe coveting on. Glen did such a great job on the two rugs that we asked him to clean the fabric sofa too.... a 15 year old sofa came up like new. great job and competitive price. We would most certainly use this service again. read more

Very fast response and same day availability, which is exceptional for a weekend. Our technician was on time, very nice and did a great job cleaning our vintage sofa and rug. I have not had a professional cleaning in a few years but for a 6x6 foot area rug and a vintage 3 person sofa I felt the price was fair. read more

Update 2 - after posting my update the business has responded to my yelp review and misrepresented the facts. Take that do what you will. Update - the company called and offered a partial refund so updating my review but keeping the historical comments as I think it will be helpful context. I had clean your couch come in to clean a leather couch back in June/july. The guys who came was nice enough but the cleaning makes the couch wet so you can't tell how clean it is. once it was dried the couch was worse than when they started. Tried to contact them to resolve it but they were slow to respond. Then they said they'd have to charge me to come out and fix it. Not paying them more money given they could't clean it in the first place. read more

Denis did a fantastic job on my matching furniture set, including a light grey upholstered bedframe, a sectional couch, and two high chairs. Bad stains - The furniture moving company badly stained all of these items. The bed frame was badly soiled, almost orange-brown, and stains were on the couch and high chairs. Same-day, fast, friendly, supportive services - I have had these items cleaned before, but those cleaners could have been better with their chemical solutions and fast same-day service from both Alexa office manager and Denis, who came on-site. Denis wore covers over his shoes and had everything packaged up on a moveable cleaning tools trolley. He was nice and helped me scope and offer the best pricing over competitors with aligned teamwork with Alexa. Thank you! I'll be a repeat customer as needed - 5 stars using Yelp projects! read more

After my review and everything dried and I was able to more closely inspect after everything dried, one of my couch cushions was clearly not touched. I contacted the team at CYC, and it was very difficult to rebook someone to come. I understand that it's "just" a couch cushion, but they clearly did not prioritize this in their workflow. They were going to have me wait several weeks, and barely considered my schedule at all (I don't work from home and I work full time). Of course they'd rather go to another client for a full job, but this would not have been necessary if they had done the job properly to begin with. The person that came this time did a great and thorough job, for which I was thankful. The rebooking was the only painful part. I am overall satisfied; just make sure to inspect everything after it dries. read more

Great communication, great service, great value, great results! What I appreciated was how helpful and knowledgeable the woman answering the phone is. Before I could ask, she made sure to cover common issues like service restrictions on apartment buildings, what they require like the Certificate of Insurance and how long it would take to them to produce, proof of vaccination for all employees, etc. AKA things I might have forgotten/not known. When informed by building management that they could not come the day we set, she called me right away to reschedule. When the man arrived to clean he put on booties and went to work. Took about 40mins just like he said. He arrived within the window as promised and was professional, courteous and worked quickly. And, the price was right- competitive for sure. Text message reminder and confirmation of conversations had were also appreciated. Just a helpful tip: The machine is noisy so just don't plan on meetings or important phone conversations if you've got no escape. read more

Great work and great experience. Personal care and attention. Prompt and efficient. I highly recommend

I was a little skeptical selecting a furniture cleaner online without references because I had been burnt using that process before but, all that bad experience ended with Clean Your Couch. Yes it had good ratings and seemed to have good experience but that is not always reliable. The person they sent did an excellent job. He took his time, he didn't miss a spot, when he was finished he brushed the furniture and I can't imagine that he would do any better if it was his own furniture. Oh in addition to all of the above, they are crazy reasonable. read more

Highly highly recommend these guys for any couch or upholstery cleaning needs. My dog came home from surgery the same day as a thunderstorm, and out of fright and still under the influence of anesthesia, peed on the couch. My at-home Bissell just wasn't equipped for the job, and after reaching out for pricing and availability from multiple upholstery cleaning companies around Manhattan, Clean My Couch was able to come on short notice for a great price. They arrived within window, lugged their giant machine up my two flights of stairs, filled up with water from my kitchen sink, and dumped the dirty water in my toilet at the end. In under 30 minutes, I had a couch that was not only fixed of the terrible pet smells, but cleaner than it has been since I purchased it two years ago. I've already had them back for another service, and they were so incredibly kind, giving me a repeat customer discount. I will absolutely use them again if the need arises! read more

I had a really positive experience with Clean Your Couch. John was my technician and he came by and did a great job -- showing me the water that he used to clean my couch and it was disgusting afterwards. I unwittingly had so much dirt I didn't even know! When my couch dried I noticed there was still a slight stain so I called the company back and they rescheduled a second trip out to get the job done. I really appreciated the level of customer service. I feel much better sitting on a much cleaner couch! Great small business to support. I'm a happy patron! read more

We had a great experience with Alex. He arrived on time with advanced notice from dispatch. We had booked to have our rug and couch cleaned but Alex finished that quickly enough that he had time to do our bed frame, which was a great added bonus. I got the quote minutes after I requested it, was happy with the price and scheduled for 48 hours later. Oh - and my furniture and rug look great from the cleaning!! All around highly recommend! read more

They were great to communicate and follow up with my initial inquiry. The technician they sent, Denis, was almost an hour late past the two hour window they said he would arrive but it was during rush hour so It was understandable plus they were able to come same day. Thanks Denis! read more

Alex was phenomenal! Super nice guy and worked diligently to remove pills from my couch (there were a lot and it was a painful process - I would know because I worked with a razor the night before to no avail). He was able to get the massive stains out of my couch and it looks brand new now! Best result I could've hoped for! This service was definitely worth every penny - the pictures explain everything but the entire process from inquiring, to booking, to meeting the technician was well communicated and easy. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Don't try to get the stains out yourself - if you accidentally embed the wrong liquids into your sofa, it can potentially be more difficult to get out or cause stains from the cleaning chemicals you're trying to use. read more

They were fast to send a quote and answer my questions but the service was not what you would expect for the price. The cleaner left and my couch is still dirty and has plenty of cat fur (see pics). Not blaming him, blaming the whole company that advertises something and delivers poor service. read more

They offer same day service and can right away; however, the service was not acceptable. I hold repeatedly asked if my chair would be sanitized and deep cleaned and explained that there was urine on the seat that needed to be cleaned. The tech was in my apartment for 25 minutes and spent about 5 minutes cleaning the chair. It was clearly not deep cleaned or sanitized. Hassle free and efficient! I contacted CYC in the evening and got a response first thing in the morning. Booked a mattress cleaning for the next day; they even offered same day but we wouldn't have been home. When our technician, Denis, arrived, he was friendly, relaxed and courteous. Poor guy had to lug everything up to a 4th floor walk-up (sorry!). Everything went smoothly when he got to work, and honestly it was a great experience all around.
