I called around 10+ services, and this company was the most responsive and the fairest price. I was a little skeptical about in-home carpet cleaning vs offsite (especially for a rug with old dog pee), but the price was right and the wait time for offsite was too long. Our technician was named Vlad and he walked us through the entire process. There was NO pushy upselling (which happens a lot with carpet cleaners) and we enjoyed his approach so much that we also asked him to clean the couch.
