Just had them come give a quote for a large wool rug in our living room. I thought they could potentially clean on the spot as it's fairly new and only has a few spots, but they said they would need to bring it in. The quote was $485! Wow, too expensive for us. But we appreciate the quote. read more

Got a couple of estimates. And decided to go with Always Green. Fast service and good price.

I was doing some Decluttering and small room renovations when i decided that it was time to get carpets cleaned as well. I called another company who gave me a quote over the phone but also mentioned that the price may actually be higher when they arrived. The rep doubted the price would be lower. I didn't like the sound of that. So I called this company instead and I scheduled a consultation which was easy. The crew came by to view the areas and gave me a quote. I was not sure I would be using them but eventually I did. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, a hallway and a flight of steps. I had stains on my bedroom carpet that I was like "don't even worry about those..they won't come out".. Well out they came. My other carpets weren't stained but they hadn't been cleaned in over 5years...some if ever (after over 10 yrs). The price could have been cheaper but overall I was satisfied with the job. read more

I requested a price quote through Yelp and they were quick to respond, thorough in explaining to me the process (except they forgot to tell me it takes 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry) and after calling SEVERAL local carpet cleaning companies Always Green had one of the best prices. I also wanted a company that uses all-natural/chemical free cleaning solutions since I have a young toddler who loves to play on the carpet. Our technician (I think his name was Giovanni) came on time (even called me 25 minutes in advance to give us a heads up) and a little less than an hour later our wall-to-walk carpeting was clean, bright and felt extra clean. The one reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because our nursery had a pretty big spot our baby vomited on (which we did our best to clean but also asked them to concentrate on) and 10 hours later it still smells bad. Zero deodorizing was done in the only spot we needed it in. The rest of the house looks great. We had no stains, just wanted a cleaning. Overall I'm pretty happy with their work and will probably use them again - but if you need a snell removed from your carpet this wouldn't be your best bet. read more

I have a very expensive Dinning-room rug I bought aprox 7 years ago. Was under the table. Not much traffic on it. But needed a good shampoo and cleaning. I called Mr. Green Carpet Care, (as per the wonderful reviews on line, considering others....). First time ever. An appointment was made. The company was in contact every few days. Especially on the actual appointment day. Which was extremely comforting. Knowing they are in tune with considerations for customers. Carlos came aprox on time. He was thoughtful genuine respectful and kind. We spoke a few minutes, he got to work immediately. Shades and colors of the rug are majorly different pending the lighting of the room. I asked him to re-do a part which he gladly did. After all said and done I was extremely impressed and satisfied with a job well done. I congratulate this company for all from beginning to end. I would definitely consider another cleaning services. I would ask Carlos to come again. Thank you again for your amazing work. read more

I needed a couch cleaned after my dog got some stains on it and guests were coming over the next day. Requesting a quote and service from Always Green was extremely easy. Unlike other companies, they were able to come on extremely short notice. They did a great job with the couch, and I thought the price was fair for the service they provided. I'm really pleased and would definitely use them again. read more

Used them again, Prompt and very professional. Will keep using them as usual. No other better service in the city.

They did an amazing job on my couch. I have two dogs so it was smelly and full of hair. They were avale to get off all that fur my vacuum can't get to and left it smelling like a new baby. The crew was quick and professional. Thank you so much!! Will definitely use again!! read more

The entire experience was top notch and seamless from the beginning to the end. First, I get an immediate text confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I get a call from the company notifying me the company representative was enroute and the timing of his arrival. The company rep arrives promptly, surveys the work, provides detailed options, gives a very fair quote (within the realm of what one would expect), then, upon my acceptance, brings in the equipment and proceeds to clean the rug. The entire process, from beginning to end, took 30 minutes and I had a gleaming wool rug left behind. I could not more highly recommend this experience and plan to be a repeat customer. read more

Had my living room carpet cleaned by Giovanni and Walter yesterday. They did a fantastic job. My carpet has gotten stained from our newest puppy and my 5 year old helped a bit too. When Giovanni examined the carpet, he suggested the best solution and explained that there were certain stains that may not get out completely, which I already kind of guessed. He also explained the difference between a regular steam clean and the service he is suggesting, so I can make an informed decision. I appreciate the honesty. Once the began they were very efficient! They were done within 30 minutes and my carpet looked so much better. Strongly recommend! read more

I was pleased and surprised at how quickly Anna got back to me after asking for a quote. She was able to schedule me for the same day and Giovanni came within the 2 hour window I was promised. He was very friendly and advised that since it was my first time having this cleaned, I should go with the deeper cleaning. I'm glad I did. Even though there is still one spot that is a lost cause, the rug looks really fresh. I will use this service again when I am ready for my next cleaning. read more

I had a rug cleaned by another service and it came back still stained and in terrible shape. I was told there was nothing that could be done but I just didn't believe them. I called Always Green because I had heard they do a great job. I thought I would try them before giving up. Making an appointment was quick and easy. The service was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The price was great. The rug came back exactly on time. AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! It was literally like new. Fantastic job! read more

I had service from this carpet cleaning about year ago, they came on time , did job in a timely fashion and pricing was okay.

Let me start by saying WOW! I called this company on Sunday June 11,2018. Spoke to Anna, who answered, who was very polite and kind. She assisted me and scheduled an appointment for the next day for me. She told me they will call before they arrive which they did. Giovanni came, was kind upon arrival and explained the different options for me. I have a California king bed, that was dirty from my baby puppies peeing and crapping on it. He assured me the stains and scent will be gone. He finished so fast, the stains were gone and he also got the scent out!! I am SO PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND GIOVANNIS WORK! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIOVANNI! read more

This company will come in and do the job and do it pretty well. However, not better than any of the other good companies. Yet, this company will charge you a premium higher than the other good companies. They are a good $150-$200 more over other quotes I got from high rated vendors I've used before. They do a good job, but just know they charge more for their service than comparable vendors. read more

So.... My apartment is empty, as we have not moved in yet. Literally empty. But the landlord has carpets, and they are mandatory. So I ordered these guys to do "shampoo deep cleaning" which, according to them - is the best thing you can do to the carpet. $345 later... 6 days have passed, we are still not living there. My wife came in to do one last vacuum run. You may see the pictures - that is how much crap she pulled out of the carpet. I called these guys to try and make it right. Their response - well, this is a standard amount of dust that is accumulated in a carpet over a period of a few days. If you had called us before, we'd say - perhaps it is our fault. But you are calling almost a week later - this is definitely your dust. Unless an empty apartment can accumulate this much dust in 6 days, in December, when there really ain't that much floating dust out there... THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. read more

I asked for a quote through Yelp, they got back to me immediately. I scheduled online, the customer service was very thorough and called to confirm morning of and when they were on there way. Technicians super professional, masks and shoe booties, kind, explained rates thoroughly and very professional. I originally booked a simple steam clean but after some explanation, I decided for the deep clean and then added my carpet to be steamed as well! My elderly cat has chronic allergies and sneezes a lot so there is tiny splatters of dried mucus all over my beautiful couch. They cleaned it so well, the couch looks brand new! We are so thrilled with the results, you don't know how badly you need your couch cleaned until it's done. They were done in an hour & I also appreciate the cleaning solutions did not smell. Our living area rug is bright and like new as well! Will definitely use this team again, highly recommend. read more

I've never had a rug cleaned before and didn't know what to expect. When I got my white rug back, it was clean but the color was still dingy and yellow looking compared to what it looked like when it was new. I learned I probably should have ordered a repair, where they re-dye the rug white again, rather than just a cleaning. Amir took the rug back anyway and whitened it for me. They really went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Thank you! read more

Like another customer, I was quoted for steam clean of my carpet after I offered to send them pics ( they were not asked for so they were never sent). Quoted $66 changed to $185 fo 30-40 minutes of work once they showed up. They also said the carpet would be wet for 6-8 hours. I have asked them to send me what product they would be using so I can research if it is safe for my wool carpet and so I can get other bids. read more

Arrived on time, gave reasonable quote, and did a great job on a delicate velvet couch. I know non-essential businesses are not functioning at the moment, but as soon as a that is lifted, hire this company to do some serious spring cleaning! read more

I guess they did an OK job, but the price they quoted me was WITHOUT a cleaning agent in the liquid - just a steam clean. When they arrived at my apartment, they gave me the REAL price - with a cleaning agent in the liquid, for about $100 more. So don't belive the quote, and don't believe the 20% off they "advertise" since they always offer that price. I'd feel a lot better about their service if they were honest and upfront about what their real charges are. read more

On Sunday Anna (manager) got back to me after requesting a quote , I was pleased with. I really needed the carpet to be cleaned before Tuesday since no one will be available and she was able to get me in on Monday. She ask if someone canceled would they be able to come today (Sunday) Lucky for me someone cancel I was able to get it done right away which was great since I just had a paint job and all the furniture was already removed. I was initial getting a steam clean but after Giovanni and Walter came and explained the price and services, I decided it will be best to get a full shampoo. The entire process for two rooms (living room & bedroom) took 30 mins. and the floors was not soaking wet and it smelled so good. Since I only had money for the steam I had to go out and get more money for the shampoo service, Giovanni was nice enough to wait until we get the extra funds. I will use them again! read more

I'm giving Always Green 4 stars. I thought they did a really good job on my carpet and couch. My carpet is in fantastic shape. However, they didn't lift all the stubborn pet hairs off of my couch, which i was surprised about, considering I went for the shampoo and conditioner package. And, speaking of, I felt that the estimate i was given was pretty low, which is a reason why I went with Always, but in reality I was upsold pretty hard and ended up paying almost triple my estimate. Granted, i could have held my ground, but still - felt like a lot of details were left out of my initial estimate. Now that i know what to expect I'd probably do it again. read more

I've used them twice, and excellent service both times. First time I initiated contact over Yelp and they were very responsive, second time booked over the phone. Second time there was a little bit of a booking mishap and they resolved the issue quickly (ask them for a booking number to quickly reference your request). First time two people were sent for two bedroom carpet cleanings and a couch, second time they sent three people and both times the service was friendly, thorough, and an overall great experience. Setting up the appointment involves agreeing on a two hour window for my job, and they called both times to confirm arrival during that window. Will be using them going forward for carpet and furniture shampooing: both looked fantastic, and if you want to be grossed out ask them to see the water tank when they're finished. read more

This was amazing. I had a water stain on my couch (type S fabric) which I tried to dry up with baking soda and made everything so much worse. I was worried my brand new couch was a goner. When I called, they were very reassuring on the phone. Booked me for later that week. The technicians arrived (Walter and Andres, my lifesavers) and respected my home more than even I do. Booties on their shoes and everything. They gave me the plan, explained what they were going to do and why, gave me a very reasonable estimate, did the work (removed the stain, steam cleaned the whole couch, and treated it against future spills), and left -- all told, from beginning to end was less than an hour, and my couch looks like new. I thought they must be confident in their services to offer a free home visit and estimate, but I see why they were confident. read more

Giovanni and Walter did an outstanding job on my two area rugs today. They showed up at 8am in the dot. I love when people show up on time!! He warned me that the animal stains most likely would not come up but after much detail oriented work they look MUCH much better. We had (2) urine stains and a poop stain that was about 6 feet long from our cats / dog lol. They were quick and efficient and they did an outstanding job. My whole house smells fresh. Here's a before / after picture and the dirty water as well! A+++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

These people were really good to work with. Mina was really patient with my endless questions, and with my particular circumstances (there were some logistical hurdles on my end). I had 8 rooms, 3 flights of stairs and 2 hallways "cleaned " and I'm extremely disappointed, to say the least. My carpet is not any cleaner and NONE of the stains came out. And I mean NONE. Also, my carpet took about 24 hours to dry, not 6-8 hours as they claimed. The long drying time is a breeding ground for mold! Furthermore, The smell that was left after the cleaning was pretty atrocious. They charged me a much higher price than other places but I was willing to pay for natural, nontoxic ingredients. But my carpet is not clean and it may have mold growing underneath it now. I will definitely not use them again and would not recommend them. read more

I highly recommend this company. They are super professional and so accommodating. I initially contacted them late summer 2018. They came out to review the job and provided me with a very competitive bid. I looked at other companies but for steam cleaning a mattress, sofa, bench, dining chairs and area rug I could not even come close to their service and price. Not only that but they stood by their estimate even months later when the job was completed. I had to reschedule a few times; they were super patient; great attitude always calling to confirm and/or reschedule. Giovanni was wonderful. He called me in advance, arrived on time and was finished well within the time frame. He provided excellent service and I have no hesitation at all about recommending him to anyone. read more

I called Always Green Carpet Cleaner for an estimate they came quickly, very responsive to my questions. The technician who came was very professional but over sold me it was like I was hustled. To clean a sectional, my basement staircase, my upstair staircase and half of my small basement carpet if they were there for an hour it was a lot. They charged me $1,200 and they said that is with 20% off coupon and the technician wanted cash to be paid! It was crap. Just to see what should cost I just got two estimates both below $600.00. So be very prepared get at least 3 estimates and know this company will hustle you. Do not allow that and then they reply with I could of went with another company how about not robbed people for double what the cost should be and do the right thing ? Doesn't that make sense? So you have to know that this company is unethical why bother! read more
