I thought my white sofa was permanently stained--until today. It was super easy and quick to schedule an appointment online. The crew arrived on time and were friendly, careful, and efficient. Stains are completely gone. Thank you, Always Green. read more

Always Green was very professional. They were prompt and knowledgeable. The technician thoroughly explained the options for cleaning my moroccan rug. I had called them because another company came and did an on-site cleaning that left the rug with an overwhelming chemical fragrance. Always Green took my rug for a bath and it looks great and has no smell! read more

Giovanni & Joel showed up early and provided a quote for a deep cleaning of my couch. We agreed on the price and they cleaned it on the spot. I was very happy with the job and my couch came out looking like new. I highly recommend! Thank you! read more

Giovanni was outstanding ! Truly the best furniture cleaning we've experienced at our company and our clients agreed . He was meticulous, knew exactly what he was doing, didn't rush the project (we had QUITE a few pieces to be cleaned) and didn't leave until the job was done perfectly . When booking Always Green in the future I'll be requesting him specifically ! read more

They were very professional and did such a great job on my VERY set in stain. I had one concern on the carpet being a little lifted up from it being wet and they came back right away to take a look! I will definitely use them again and again!! :) Thank you! read more

Giovanni did a great job on my wool rug. He was quick and efficient, and guided me to the best option for my situation. He showed me the dirty water and it was shocking! I think I'll be calling them again soon for my other rugs. I used another company in the past (very popular, you probably know the commercial jingle), and was much happier with these guys. There was no chemical fragrance smell, and I didn't feel shamed into upgrading to a more expensive option. read more

I am SO happy with the service. They quoted me a better price than any other company I reached out to and did a fantastic job on an Indian wool light yellow/grey carpet that hadn't been cleaned for ever and that I thought I might have to throw. It now looks absolutely new which is quite the miracle. It was done fast, when I needed it and the right way. All in all a perfect experience. read more

Giovanni is excellent! He helped guide us in exactly the service we needed for our couch. He was friendly, knowledge and very detailed in his work. Thank you for the great service! read more

Highly recommend getting your couch or carpet cleaned by this company. My sofa from ikea was filthy and they made it look brand new! Beats buying a new one especially since it was only 3 years old! Definitely using them in the future again! They were professional and on time! Great communication as well! Once again.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Always Green Carpet Cleaner of Brooklyn - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

My dog had an upset stomach and vomited on our beige couch. A team of 2 came in and steam cleaned our couch. The last time we cleaned it was about a year ago and not only did they do a fantastic job getting the vomit stain out, they cleaned the rest of the couch and it came out looking like brand new (the couch is 11 yrs old). We asked them to come back a few days later because there was still a smell in the area where the dog vomited. They did and got the smell out, at no charge. Their service is top notch!! read more

Giovanni and Walter came by last week, and the experience with them was a breeze. Giovanni was very patient even as I met him about ten minutes late at my apartment, looked over our couch, and gave me a pretty reasonable quote (plus one to the tipster who said cash is preferred and gives you a better price). Then, Walter went to work, cleaning every bit of the couch til it was unbelievably clean. It smells nice now too! Very satisfied with this service and will likely use them again in the future. read more

Walter came to my home today to clean several rugs and pieces of furniture. He was absolutely outstanding; knowledgeable, professional and incredibly thorough. He walked me through all options very clearly and shared a lot of tips and information about the care of our pieces. My furnishings look like new despite being several years old; my husband and I are amazed that four years of accumulated food stains from our kids came out of an expensive glider that we thought was a 'lost cause'. The price was excellent for the high quality of the work. I would (and will) call them back in a heartbeat. read more

Great service! 100% recommended. After requesting a quote through yelp I received a response within seconds. It was very easy to coordinate the free evaluation as they had very flexible dates. Giovanni, the technician was on time, inspected my 2 rugs and provided me with different options with great suggestions. Very professional service. My rugs were perfectly cleaned, sanitized and with no smell. Will definitely use their services again. read more

Via Yelp, I asked for a quote and Always Green got back to me right away offering an in-person consultation that, if the price felt right, I could turn into an actual cleaning. The piece being cleaned was a large, boucle chair from CB2, that I was VERY nervous about getting cleaned. Always Green was right on time, gave a great quote, and then got to work right away. They were very efficient, very tidy, and the final product was excellent! I couldn't believe the difference and I'm really glad I picked them. read more

Giovanni was absolutely amazing!! Couches were covered in dog pee and he did such a thorough and deep clean!! He even helped me clean my bed frame which I never thought would be able to get cleaned! The best part was how quick they were in their response time. I just moved moved to nyc from sf and they were able to make it here same day! Definitely will be going back to them as I like to get my couches cleaned every few months! Super affordable and great service! read more

I have to say I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Giovanni and Nelson I believe was his assistants name. The only regret I have is that I did not tip enough for the incredible job both men put into their work! I only had 20 dollars in cash and don't like leaving tips on card due to previous bad experiences. I must try to see if there is a way I can send a tip, because the Guilt is killing me! The expert cleaners left every spot of our heavily soiled carpet spotless and I'm beyond thrilled with the results. We are potty training our toddler and accidents have been quite fun to run around cleaning on carpeted floors (insert crying face). We have previously used Stanley steamer in the past and nothing they have used has left our carpets as pristine as whatever magic and great spot cleaning potion Always Green uses. I hope my review makes up for my stinky tip. You were quick, efficient, and left us in awe! Thank you again so much! We hope to see you next year for our annual cleaning! We are hooked! (I promise for a better tip!) read more

Always Green Carpet Cleaner of Brooklyn - Always Green Magic Clean! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I've had my Crate & Barrel sofa for nearly four years and have spent more time on it than usual during 2020! It didn't have any stains, but needed some attention. I contacted 5 different companies for an overall cleaning quote. Always Green responded to me very quickly with great pricing and friendly service. They were able to come two days later. The manager called to notify me that the cleaning techs were on the way. Upon arrival, the techs clearly explained the pricing options and process. The team was professional and friendly; they wore masks and booties. Because my sofa was in good condition, I opted for the basic steam clean. The cleaning took about 30 minutes. The finished product was a brand new looking sofa that smelled fresh and even the fill of the cushions was revived. I'm so satisfied with the experience and will 100% use Always Green in the future! read more

I used Always Green Carpet cleaner twice for couch cleaning in the past years. We have a dog and the couch was pretty stained. They responded within minutes to my request through yelp, showed up next day and did a very thorough job. I think their pricing is very competitive and their staff extremely polite. We had Joel to whom I want to shout out a big thanks. He was very thorough and careful with our furniture and floor. Our couch looks like new, but we know with a dog its a matter of time. Thanks for these great cleaners I am not overly worried read more

I was very pleased with the service performed by my technician, Walter. He was arrived on time, did an excellent job cleaning my couch and was very professional. I especially appreciated that both him and the person who assisted him wore a mask and covered their shoes, something that's very important to me these days. I will certainly use them again for future jobs. read more

Had to do some post Ida clean up. Always Green responded right away when I reached out and they were able to come out quickly. They were very honest about what they could and could not do. Was needing my carpet cleaned in Giovanni and Milo came around 4pm. The window was 2-4. They gave me a consultation and the price was great. I just had to get it done. They helped me move some furniture and they did such a great job despite my dog barking at them from her crate. I will definitely call them in the future for carpet cleaning. read more

I liked that they gave a price online. They did respond quickly and called to let me know what time they would arrive the day I was scheduled. So often when I make appointments I have found people to be unreliable. I feel good knowing my carpeted stairs are alot cleaner now. read more

I am not so happy about Always Green Carpet Cleaner. We got a low quote for steam cleaning. I don't remember exactly but it was between the $60s and the $80s. When the man from Always Green arrived, he looked at our carpet, which isn't very big, and said that you have to have a different treatment. The treatment cost $280. I was at work, but my wife was home. I don't blame her for giving in, and agreeing to pay the much higher amount because we had been trying to finish a renovation of our apartment before family members were going to visit and stay for a week. She reasoned that with clock ticking, we did not need looking for another carpet cleaning firm, and with the expected one-week turnover. I found that what Always Green did was an example of the old bait-and-switch routine. I would have preferred that Always Green quote all the different types of carpet cleaning, and not just their least expensive, the steam cleaning. They cited one low price for one kind of carpet cleaning, then on arrival their representative said we need a different, more expensive shampoo type of carpet cleaning. BTW, the more expensive cleaning was okay, not great. I felt that we were taken advantage of. I won't do business with them ever again. read more

Always Green was incredibly responsive from the get go. I chatted online with the office and scheduled an estimate for my couch cleaning. They communicated via text to confirm and followed up the day of the appointment. Giovanni arrived on time was knowledgeable and got all the annoying documents my co-op needed to them right away in order to start work. Walter came to clean the couch as scheduled on time, spent a long time working on it and removed almost all the marks and significantly lightened where he couldn't. Highly recommend! Professional, timely, fair price and green. read more

They were very prompt in responding and scheduling. Arrived on time. Were polite, efficient, and professional. This is the first time to use an upholstery service and Giovanni and Leli were very courteous, friendly and did a wonderful job with our couch and Bird Chair! They had not been cleaned in over 5 years, there were oil stains from snacks on our couch and the Bird Chair looked faded. They both look almost good as new and we were shocked that our Bird Chair had it's rich orange color again. They gave us advice how to take care of everything and pricing seemed reasonable for all the work they had to do with our really dirty couches. I'll definitely use them again. read more

Easy transaction, easy booking process. It all resulted in a much cleaner sofa! Giovanni was prompt, nice, professional and efficient. The price ended up being double what I was quoted over email, which I wasn't thrilled about (and is why I'm giving Always Green four stars rather than five). When I went over the process with Giovanni when he showed up, the low price I was given didn't seem like it was going to cover what this filthy piece of furniture really needed. I think they could've given me a better price breakdown of options via email before sending him. That said, it seemed worth it in the end. I felt a little bad not giving Giovanni a tip, but I didn't only because it was so much more than I had budgeted. However, I'd definitely ask for him to be sent specifically if I use them again. read more

I have been looking for a place that provides this type of service and found these guys who have great reviews! I asked my husband to call and schedule an appt. The lady over the phone was very quick with scheduling one and told us we would get a quote the day of the appt. I have to say I am so glad to find these guys! Very professional service! My couches and rug have not been cleaned in a year (we purchased them a year ago) They were all deep cleaned in a little over an hour. It smells amazing and everything looks new and fresh again. This service is pricey but well worth it. I recommend them 100% They literally left my apartment just now and the process was smooth and quick. They even called me over to show me how dirty the water was after cleaning everything. I was grossed out and happy to see the transformation. Thank you!!!!!! read more
