The reviews were great however my experience was not. It was disappointing the final product was no different than the deep cleaning I've done on my own. After $250 I expected better results. First they changed the pickup time then they did not call me to tell me the carpet was ready I had to call them. Then once again they changed the drop off time. Needless to say I will not be using their services again. read more

Ana scheduled my appointment, she was very professional. Giovanni & Emiliano came to my apartment, they were fast and polite. My carpet is really old and most likely never steam-cleaned before (I am renting it so I don't know if the previous tenants ever cleaned the carpet). The result is really good. read more

I spent some time researching quotes for sofa/rug cleaning, and Always Green came in very competitively and also Anna was super helpful with all of my questions. I booked a rug cleaning and a possible sofa cleaning and Giovanni arrived early (which is a great thing in NY). After discussing the options, he determined that a deep cleaning was necessary for my woven wool rug since a regular steam cleaning could potentially shrink the rug. Also I decided to go ahead with the cleaning of the sofa since he gave me a great price for cleaning both items. He was super fast and efficient and a really nice guy as well. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent customer service and quality of carpet cleaning. Knowledgeable staff. I had a large Oriental carpet that desperately needed a cleaning as well as a smaller carpet that had water damage from basement storage. They did an excellent job cleaning both. I'll use this service again. read more

I have used several cleaning services in the past but Always Green Carpet Cleaner was exponentially better. Giovanni gave me the quote after examining my rug and couch. His colleague (did not get his name) spent well over an hour cleaning my couch and it now looks brand new. He was professional, meticulous and very friendly. I highly recommend this company! read more

Giovanni was amazing! Very friendly and efficient. We definitely recommend this company!

This company did a great job. We've been meaning to do a deep clean of our upholstered furniture for a while, but kept putting it off. After our dog angry peed on our couch, we had no choice and were desperate to get a cleaner in ASAP. Always Green was able to come the very next day. The stain and smell are thankfully gone and their prices were totally reasonable. Customer service was great all around, the cleaners were super punctual, considerate, and friendly. I also appreciate that they don't use harsh chemicals. I'll definitely use them again for our furniture and rugs. read more

Very professional, polite, and honest. They wore masks the entire time, as well as shoe covers. They were honest and upfront about the couch cleaning. The products used were clean and don't have a chemical smell. It took less than an hour to clean our 2-piece sectional. We look forward to recommending this company to those we know. read more

My almost 20 year old rug came back super clean and vibrant! Now I remember the day I saw this carpet in the show room and fell in love with its vivid yellow and dancing flowers. They are always great of scheduling pick up and delivery over the phone and text messages. Everyone there is professional and friendly. Thanks for Giovanni and Anna for the professional and friendly service. You guys are the best! read more

Always Green Carpet Cleaner of Brooklyn - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

I renovated my apartment and the dust that resulted necessitated that both of my large area rugs & my sectional sofa receive some major TLC. I requested a few quotes and Always Green was not only the first to respond but also had the most competitive price. Anna was great at communicating the logistics; and Giovanni came at the appointed time a did a beautiful job cleaning my sofa & made a badly stained rug I contemplated tossing look like new. The all-natural soaps used to clean both also made my apartment smell amazing! A bonus! The other rug, a shaggy vintage Moroccan, needed to be taken to their site for special hand washing. It came out so beautiful & soft, my cat can't stop rolling around on it. Would highly recommend! read more

These guys were wonderful! I needed a couch cleaned ASAP and requested a number of quotes through Yelp yesterday afternoon. Always Green got back to me within 15 minutes and we arranged to have their technicians come look at the couch between 8am and 10am today, Wednesday. At 7:50am today they called to confirm they'd be at my apartment at 8am--right on time. Both of the guys were very friendly and the price was reasonable, and they went ahead and deep cleaned the couch. By 9am they were done and I have a clean couch, less than 24 hours after I made the appointment. I will definitely use them again! read more

I can't say more then enough, Giavanni did a amazing job to my couch. It smelled so bad he came and did a deep cleaning and It smells amazing!!! Walter and Giovanni came to my apartment to clean more than six, large, dog urine stains that spanned the entire length of my full-sized futon. Oh my goodness, I am so, so, so happy. What an incredible job! Here's the story! It's a dog urine, one. I offered to pet sit a wonderful, 30 lb. puppy. My roommates and I didn't notice it was sneaking away to pee on our expensive futon. We noticed on night 4. The urine had soaked all the way through the bottom of the mattress. The mattress is barely a year old and very expensive. So, I spent 3-4 hours immediately attacking the stains using Nature's Miracle, paper towels, and baking soda. We left the baking soda on the mattress for 48 hours, but some stains remained and the smell was still very strong. Days passed as we tried to find a confident cleaning company that could work with out budget. We were told to throw it away and one company said they'd charge more than $200 and they couldn't guarantee it. (I've cleaned worse dog pee out of old rugs, so I knew it was possible.) Then, I called Always Green Carpet Cleaner. Giovanni was at my apt within two hours. He said they couldn't guarantee it, but that he could get the smell out and completely shampoo and deodorize it (both sides) all within our budget. So, we booked him to return with his co-worker... and I'm so relieved. Giovanni and Walter used a Ninja machine to attack the entire mattress (Top, bottom, and sides.) The stains were already over a week old, but the mattress looks new and the smell is gone. They cleaned it in less than 30 minutes and also wipes down the floor as some water had dropped onto the wood. Thank you, guys!!! A++ for professionalism, promptness, communication, kindness, and quality. read more

Do not use these guys. At all. You won't have your stain removed, and they will DAMAGE YOUR RUG. I had two pet stains that they came in to clean - The tech (Javani I believe is his name) came to our house and was pushy. We decided that we only wanted one of the stains treated but he kept pushing us to get the second stain treated (more money right???). well he came - he was here for I would say 25 minutes and our rugs honestly look worse. the texture of the rug was also compromised and ruined, this was caused by the nozzle that he kept using on the area to pull out the stain - but in doing that now the rug is all pulled out. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY - not worth it. Oh and then when I called to complain - the lady who picked up the phone (who mind you sounds half asleep) decided to argue with me saying well if you didn't move your appointment we could reduced the stain. I'll be calling for a refund and will let you know how that goes. Don't go to these guys it's nothing special - you arebetter off going somewhere else. read more

Anna was quick to respond to my enquiry and questions. We had 3 rugs and a sectional cleaned. The rugs look amazing! The sectional is cleaner than before but not nearly as noticeable as the rugs. Great service and pricing. We will use them in the future. read more

The job was done very professionally. My rug and couches looks perfect. Mailo and Giovanni are the best. Thank you guys read more

The technician arrived late, walked in and started listing all the problems, things he couldn't do, wouldn't do, and then quoted me a price 3 times above the company's estimated base price, even with a 'cash discount'. I was prepared to pay double because that's part of the deal, but not triple. From the minute he walked through the door, you could tell he just didn't want the hassle of doing the job. He said it was impossible to lift a rug under the piano. When I did it, he moved onto the next 'problem'. The second I said I couldn't get the cash to cover the price, he handed me the estimate, which was simply the price written down next to the word 'Estimate', and was out the door and on to the next. This was definitely not a positive experience. read more

Walter and his associate were amazing, they were able to come out and give me an estimate within a day of inquiring & gave me advice on the best approach. They were able to start cleaning as soon as I gave the go ahead and were in & out in a little over an hour. Wish I had a before picture because the difference is night & day, they did an amazing job. Huge bonus that they use a green method so the apartment didn't have a terrible chemical smell when they were done read more

Had my first ever carpet cleaning today by Giovanni. We were long overdue for one if I may add. Giovanni was our extremely polite and professional technician. He helped me move around my furniture and did a great job with our area rugs. The visit was extremely quick to much of my surprise. I didn't know what to expect so I was impressed that he was in and out with a consultation and cleaning in 60 minutes. Between a husband always in and out in work boots and a toddler spilling foods and liquids everywhere my carpets were pretty soiled. They are like new now! I will be using this service again and highly recommend both the Always Green Carpet Cleaner and Giovanni. read more
