What I absolutely loved about this company was the honesty. We recently got a new puppy and because he is still in the training phase, "the rules of the house" are new to him. He had a thing for our area rug and despite our efforts to clean it, we need it professional help. When I reached Always Green through the phone and I explained the situation, they told me that over the phone they could only provide me with a quote for the basic cleaning and that was not ideal for my situation. I went with the free consultation they offered and on the day of the appointment the technician explained to us that shampoo deep cleaning was the option we needed to proceed with and despite that some stains might not go away, he would try his best. He completed the job quickly and effectively. I am beyond AMAZED! I wish I would've taken a before photo to show the mess that my mattresses and couches were in prior to this service. Walter has restored everything to look like when it did when I first purchased it.
