I cannot recommend Daniel / USA Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning enough!…read more Daniel came and quoted to clean our couch and rug hours after I first messaged and was great to deal with from that point right up to today when he came to do the job. The pandemic, our pup, and a few new pairs of black jeans had left our couch looking tired and dirty. Being only 6 month old we were so disappointed we'd ruined our favourite piece but mere seconds after Daniel and his team started we could se our couch be revived (just look at the pic) TLDR: Our rug and couch are like brand new, we will use Daniel and his team again, can't recommend enough.

Well was moving and needed my 9x12 bedroom rug cleaned. Saw this cleaner had a good rating. So I…read morecalled and made appointment to pick up rug for cleaning. So workers come on a Sunday to pick up rug. As worker was leaving he said " He needed deposit of $200. I looked at him " I don't have $200 dollars cash laying around. Gave him my email to send me payment. They picked up rug April 12. I got no email for deposit payment. So I called 8 days later saying what happened to deposit payment? And why does the customer have to call and ask where is the deposit being paid too. Fine I sent $200 deposit. Now it's May 12th and no word on my rug. So again I have to call and ask where is my rug? Communication is not a strong attribute of this cleaning service. So now rug is ready to deliver in my new apartment. Timing was essential because right after rug the bedroom set was being delivered. So workers dropped off rug on Sunday morning. And now same guy that says he needed deposit when he picked up rug. He wants to charge me for deposit again. I said no way! And literally had to show him email receipt of deposit paid. Now I did not pay attention to look at rug until right before delivery of bedroom set. And what do I see? THE RUG IS NOT 100% CLEAN. I was like wtf? I paid $550 for a partially cleaned rug. My rug is a Super Kashan model Ivory. (See pic) you can see difference between top and middle. Top is ivory and looking towards middle it's still dirty. Unreal! Secondly I was not going to waste my time with these idiots. Literally would have no place to keep new queen size bedroom set in one bedroom apartment. And imagine having to move bedroom set breaking my back because a cleaning company can't clean a rug. What are they blind? I trusted their work based on reviews but boy was that a mistake. Wish there was zero stars. Because they deserve zero for this failure. I would NEVER recommend this company. My advice would be go to Home Depot and rent a machine. YouTube also shows you how to clean it your self.

Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

I have tried to sort this out directly with them for the past two months but they have sent me on an endless loop of customer service representatives and have been so rude. They tried to blame me for it turning gray by saying that my couch was very old (it is only three years old) and that it's stained both because I had never cleaned it before but then also because I had cleaned it before. As you can see from the grid stains it's clearly from the vacuum or cleaner that they used. I simply requested a refund for the service, which I felt was more than reasonable, given the expense that I will have to further pay to reupholster the couch or replace it. Unfortunately, I had to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. He was also willing to add a few extra items for cleaning at a very reasonable adjustment to the original quote. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. Brian was very apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and did not charge us for that item. We would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for carpet, drapery, or upholstery cleaning services.
