I liked how easy it was to use their website and left a brief note explaining the situation. I got a call back first thing the next morning saying not to worry and that they could even come and clean that afternoon. Same day service! The technician who came was very friendly and professional and seemed to take real pride in his work. He assessed the damage and laid out a few options. I really appreciated that there was no pressure to use a particular service or any attempt at upselling. Twenty minutes later and my couch was good as new. He even made me take a deep whiff just to make sure I was happy with the job he did. He showed me the products he used and explained why he used them as opposed to other products on the market. Local Organic Rug Care did a nice job with my cream colored couch and shag rug. They managed to return the colors, which had begun to gray and darken with dirt, to their natural state. They used the special "pool" to clean my shag carpet which was much more effective than the typical on-site machines. I was also very impressed with their timely arrival and delivery. I had heard from reviews that they stuck to delivery windows and were easy to arrange pick up/delivery and found that to be true, which was awesome. I went with reasonable and got more than expected. The communication and customer service is on point. My rugs were rolled up, but David insisted on giving a full evaluation in front of me.
