Let me walk you through my past experience... we have tried using cleaners 4 others times. Every single one, we were so disappointed. The first finished in like an hour (what a joke). The second didn't even lift objects to wipe the whole surface underneath (uuuum?) the third was really really nice, but there were streak marks everywhere. The fourth was just okay... (he didn't even use proper bathroom cleaning supplies to get the soap grime). Now I am not joking. I have never seen our place this clean. I've literally spent the last 20 minutes walking around, wiping my finger across odd surfaces (like they do in the movies), and can't find any dirt or dust. I'm not exaggerating. And it's the stuff the other cleaners always missed: the inner ridge of the door molding, the tops of the baseboards, way behind the toilet, under my desk on the floor (yes I got on my hands and knees). Deep clean baby!!! She sent two cleaners, it took them 5 hours, and it was worth every penny. I've already recommended them to my friend, who just moved to Brooklyn, into an improperly cleaned apartment. With TopClean, everything runs on rails / is automatically coordinated using their online scheduling portal, and I love that I can have things booked at the same time every month without manually going to do it myself every time. Even though we don't always have the same staff members come clean, every person they've had visit our home has done a great job and always respects our request to wear a mask (they're usually already masked upon arrival so I don't even need to ask).
