I left and paid till 9 pm and asked her to just close the door behind her when she leaves, because there is not enough room for me to be here while they clean. I came home at 10:39 to all my makeup , receipts and perfumes thrown together in a garbage bag sitting on my dresser and my new clothes still in the bags having been shoved into a laundry bag. She said she mopped the floors but the floor in the living area and bathroom were still very dirty . Neither the stove nor refrigerator were clean, so not sure what they did all that time . To top it off she tried saying I owed her two more hours. I paid her for four hours and then she tried saying my husband only paid her for three . I also made a mistake of paying cash to be nice after she took the train here for over three hours which lets you know she is not located in Chelsea. I live in Seagate- it is an hour train ride away. My house did smell like cheap fabuloso so maybe that's why the floors weren't clean . She was supposed to bring her own supplies but came with no vacuum. I see now there are no reviews and this is not a legit company. Also they put the candy that was on my dresser in the garbage bag which opened and all my expensive makeup pallets are now full of sugar!!

I purchased the Move-Out package (empty apartment) and added inside oven cleaning (additional fee) the job was done poorly without a follow up that they couldn't fulfill most of the work. The cleaner left all my lights and doors unlocked after cleaning which clearly shows a lack of care of my home. When I asked them to rectify the issues that I raised, I was told that my cabinets were unreachable which is why they were not cleaned (see attached photo of my cabinets located in a BASEMENT where the height is beyond reachable). Also, why not tell your client ahead of time or ask for a step stool? They said that the photos of my bathroom was not the bathroom that their professional cleaned (WOW)... so now they are experiencing loss of memory.
