The ease of setting up a reoccurring cleaning and the convenience of the service is what I really love. VepoClean will contact you through the process and it makes it really nice to not have to worry. The day of the clean was also simple, I only told them which room not to clean and then they got to work. Sandra and Tomasu was quick and efficient. They cleaned things that I couldn't be bothered with. After, my place smells clean and I don't see dust or my hair all over the floors. Great job! read more

I used VepoClean for the first time this week to clean my apartment in Jersey City. Judith and Adriana did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend trying them. I left my keys at the front desk when I left for work and returned after work to a very clean apartment that smelled amazing (lemongrass scent). I wouldn't even consider using any other company! Thanks Judith and Adriana! read more

I've used so many cleaning companies, I've lost count. This is by far the best company I have ever had clean my apartment. I'm extremely picky and a neat freak. Vepo clean surpassed my expectations!! My place was spotless and smelled AMAZING!! They are a little higher priced than most places, but so far, worth every penny!! read more

VepoClean very thoroughly cleaned my couch and rug with vacuuming, soap, wash, and dry. Communication was quick and detailed with the price, availability, and service. The price was higher than a couple other vendors quoted, but the value seems good for high quality service. read more

Just had my apartment cleaned by VepoClean and very impressed with the result. Jessica and Marina did a great job. The team arrived on time and were very professional. read more

On time, reasonable price, professional. I tried different cleaning service and this is my favorite so far. They charge by hour and they do the work efficiently. Usually a crew of two ladies will come. The final price is adjusted by actual hour used. 1. They bring their own equipment. I know this seems standard, but I learnt to appreciate it after using one without and my vacuum ran out of power. 2. Quality cleaning - this varies a bit by which crew you get. But they are all good in general, some better at bathroom, some really clean the study well including the wheels of our computer chairs, some better at kitchen. They respond well to special request or need for that day. 3. Communication and scheduling - easy, efficient, responsive, accommodating. 4. Always came on time. 5. Downside - their pro vacuum is very loud, need to plan around your work schedule if you work from home. If you have special material that need special care, you need to specify the cleaner. They have referral bonus -$15. So ask around your friends, or me. read more

VepoClean has become my go-to for deep cleans and maintenance cleans! Each employee has been extremely quick and detail oriented, and I've never had a less than stellar experience. I've gotten to know Sandra who my husband and I really enjoy seeing (though our cat may be her biggest fan), and this time Marisela was a delight as well! Thank you for always making our home feel so wonderful! read more

VepoClean - Hoboken - Home Cleaning Near Me - Hoboken, New Jersey

This is the WORST cleaning company you can ever hire. We paid over 700 dollars for post construction cleaning. 1. They cut a lot of corners during cleaning. Fan blades were not cleaned, bathroom walls were not cleaned etc. 2. Theyw cleaned the over but left some cleaning residue. 3. They cleaned the microwave but did not clean the top of the microwave which has horrific food stain. 4. The products they use are watered down. They don't even deserve 1 star. Basically TRASH. Find yourself another cleaner and shame on you guys Vepoclean. read more

Maricela and Fernanda from Vepo Cleaning exceeded all my expectations. They went above and beyond which was worth every penny. Highly recommended as they did a fantastic job cleaning and they were so pleasant. I will be using Vepo cleaning again! read more

This is a belated review, but EcoPure is awesome! They are not only professional and great at what they do, they go above and beyond. We live in the VYV building and the ladies who work here are wonderful. We had originally scheduled a cleaning for a Wednesday a week beforehand since we planned on having guests for the weekend but they had to cancel because of the snow storm. We called to see if there was any way to schedule a cleaning before Saturday because of our plans and we also knew they do not work on Saturday and Sundays (which shows they take care of their workers!). They were great and squeezed us in on Friday in the wee morning, but we were thankful. They came right on time and started cleaning right away while we got ready for work. They did an amazing job and even though it was a last minute squeeze in. They took their time and made sure everything was nice. They did everything we asked and more! They re-arrange some of the items on countertops very thoughtfully and I absolutely loved how they arrange our couch with all my stuffed animals. When we came home we were greeted with a little note and also some chocolate. When you first make an appointment you will get a chance to have a in-person consultation if you work in the area, or a phone consultation if you are busy or not in the area. They were great at answer all our questions and addressing our concerns. I plan on hiring them everyone one to two months. I would absolutely recommend this company and their crew at the VYV. They are professional and a pleasure to work with. I will upload pictures after my next cleaning :)! read more

I am happy and satisfied with EcoPure. My apartment was pretty clean already but I needed professional helpers, after I watched a smelly dog for a few days. They came on time and left the apartment shiny and clean. It looks like a fancy hotel room. Gloria and Paola are nice and friendly. I would choose them again to clean my apartment! read more

After questioning some things not done as per the company's service agreement (not understanding how some things work and why some times and prices were being changed), the company manager/owner Anna decided to cancel our home cleaning -- the day before the cleaning! We were scheduled to have a $300 full-service cleaning done in our home tomorrow 5/13/19. This has been scheduled for about a week. Other than the questions we had about certain things, we made it quite accommodating for EcoPure by even suggesting a housekeeper to come in beforehand to estimate how much work would need to be done so no time would be wasted for them. We even de-cluttered rooms so it would be easier for workers to move around. And we even prepaid and scheduled to have our dog stay at a sitter so it wouldn't be in the way of the workers ($35). It seems though anytime I questioned or expected something -- that the company had offered or promised -- it wasn't that way, like most recently there was a last-minute time window change, which obviously I knew could change per the service agreement, but for them to change the time window the day before service when we've been scheduled for about a week and to change it to a time when no one would be home is really questionable. When I informed Anna that I could just leave work and make it home in time before the service was done was when I got a prompt email back saying "we are not a good fit" and that they are refunding the $300 (that we voluntarily paid to them in advance before any work was done). I guess, as a business, it's easier for EcoPure to walk away from a situation than prove themselves as a reputable company. What I now question after this abrupt cancelation was were they going to be able to provide the services promised? Or was it that they didn't expect me to be able to come home before the service was done? Regardless of whatever the reasons are, it is completely 100% unprofessional to cancel a service the day before it's scheduled to be done - just because you don't like being questioned about things. I would highly reconsider what happened to us here and seek out other cleaning service providers in the area. read more

I just had my first experience with VepoClean to clean my apartment and I was beyond impressed. Sandra R and Dianey did an amazing job, from the aromatherapy to the towel animals, every detail was covered. I'm already looking forward to my next cleaning! read more

I have been using EcoPure for a while now (once a month cleaning, occasionally twice a month) and they are always on-time and do a great job. It's really great to come home to a clean apartment. I do wish the same people could come each time because I have noticed that some are definitely better than others. Someone else mentioned the aromatherapy, not sure if they still do that, but I did really like that as well. They do a great job on the floors, which I really appreciate. If you need a reliable team to come clean, they are great. read more

I just recently resigned my Hoboken lease and figured it was finally time to get a deep clean done in the apartment. I keep my apartment very clean so I was skeptical how good this service could be for an apartment that is kept up as well as mine. However, I was blown away. Things I didn't think could sparkle, were sparkling. Dirt I thought was impossible to remove, was removed. All thanks to Jessenia and Sandra!! Not only did they go above and beyond to come to my apartment on their day off, they didn't rush the service and made sure everything was cleaned properly. I'm really impressed by the level of communication VepoClean keeps up as well as their professional employees who wore a mask the entire time. Thank you, VepoClean! You have a very nice business that you should be very proud of. read more

This was our first time using VepoClean's services. Yesenia & Marisela were punctual, friendly, receptive and left our place spotless. Better than I could have imagined. I have a one bedroom apartment and it took about 2.5 hours to clean the first time. But it was worth every penny (albeit I will admit it's a bit on the expensive side)! Our apartment was immaculate and our towels were folded so nice in our bathroom. It was just like being in a hotel but better. The lavender aromatherapy smelled great and lasted about two days (I have a dog). The best part though, they left a towel swan and organic chocolates on our bed! Scheduling was fast and a breeze with Anna. I would definitely recommend them. Full disclosure they did offer me $15 off my next service for this review but I was planning on leaving them this review anyway so win win! read more

Today was the first time using VepoClean and I am over the moon happy with the job they did. Yudy and Sandra arrived early (which I completely support ANYtime). I am so thrilled with the job they did. Thank you so much!!! read more

I was a week away from moving into a new apt when I discovered that not only had the previous tenants left the place a mess but that my landlord was refusing to clean up after them. VepoClean to the rescue! I was literally holding back tears when I saw what a good job they did. The kitchen appliances were sparkling, the once grimy surfaces felt smooth to the touch, window handles and light switches that I thought had to be replaced were white and spotless and the musty odor of a two month vacant apt was washed away with a welcoming lemongrass scent. I am so pleased that I am planning to hire them again after I fully move in to clean up after the movers. I don't know how they did it, but I am very pleased with the result. read more

I would like to HIGHLY recommended this cleaning service ! The rate is fare, and my client manager Anna js very nice and professional. She recommended me a suitable service type and hence helped me saved about 150 dollars. The cleaning result is very pleasant, and the 1B1B was cleaned in 2 hrs. Will definitely use this service again ! read more

After seeing EcoPure service the residents at the property where I work I decided to give them a try. I can honestly say, it has changed my life. I wouldn't say that previous cleaning services didn't do the job right, it is that EcoPure pays attention to details you wouldn't even think of yourself. My apartment shined and it smelled amazing. But where I noticed the most difference was in how they carefully moved my things to clean all the nooks and crannies in my apartment. AND it lasts longer. A week after the cleaning my house still looked and smelled amazing. I just can't go back to a different company. I will use them for life! read more

I'm really glad I enrolled in this service. It really makes me appreciate my apartment and helps me to feel relaxed. Today was the first day I used EcoPure Home Cleaning. My building Soho Lofts recommended them. Well, let me say that this was the best cleaning service I have ever had. Every attention to detail was met. I have two small maltese who get excited when people come to the apartment and they were very good in calming them down LOL. I highly recommend this cleaning service. They use all Eco Products and they infuse essential oils into the air via a diffuser. Such a nice touch. They even clean the upholstery and fold your towels into little flowers. I'm very picky and they cleaned everything that most cleaners don't. I was very happy. I signed up for the bi-weekly program. Can't wait until they come back. Also, Anna with the client happiness team was very responsive and worked with me in finding times that will work for me. Thank you so much Anna. I'm a fan!!! read more

We love EcoPure! As a couple with busy schedules including planning for a wedding, business travel, and full-time jobs, cleaning is not on the top of our priority list, but is of course very important. I'm so glad we came across EcoPure. EcoPure customer service is extremely responsive, trustworthy and thoughtful. We have had 2 cleanings thus far and it has made a huge difference in the cleanliness and tidiness of our home. It is so wonderful to walk into a EcoPure cleaned house once a month. For us, the 1x month is perfect, but I can see for people who spend more time at home, why a bi-weekly plan would be ideal. Thank you EcoPure, for your hard work and the joy you bring to our lives! read more

EcoPure is the best! They come on time and work efficiently. The team is extremely courteous and helpful. They are careful with belongings and clean very thoroughly. Best of all, they go above and beyond adding nice touches wherever possible, like leaving behind little chocolates or aromatherapy with your requested scent. They will not only make your home clean, they'll make it feel like a luxury hotel and spa. Thank you! read more

I have been using EcoPure for several months now and they are incredible! My apartment looks so clean and refreshed after each cleaning. I've used other cleaning services, some of which are also good, but the main differentiator for me is convenience. The company has a relationship with the building I live in, so they can pick up and drop off the key with our doorman, have a reserved parking spot, and complete the appointment at really any time that I book online. The team is also so friendly in person and super responsive on email! read more

So I I read the reviews here on yelp. I was hesitant but hey the website looks great. And the overall idea sounds pretty healthy. I called up. EcoPure cleaning also offers Dry Cleaning. When I signed up, the Director, Boris Ostrovsky, did not tell me that they only do pick up and delivery for a third party. He only told me that when I called him to let him know my formal tie had been ruined. I had a wedding this past weekend and sent a tie off to be dry cleaned before it. I was the groom. It was ruined. I called the number on the Dry Cleaners bag and it turned out to be: 725 River Rd Edgewater, NJ 07020 Phone number (201) 941-4150 Business website organiccarecleaners.com I was given the run around and told I would be called back in 5 minutes. 4 hours later I called them - no answer. I left a message then another then called until they answered - they directed me to Boris. I called Boris and was called back by his GF who said they would have the tie picked up and looked at the next day. It was picked up then dry cleaned again and returned. It looked the same. A line down the middle and damage to the lower front - it had an imprint of some sort. When Boris started ignoring me. I did get very cordial calls from a woman who pretended to care about my experience offering me a 30 dollar credit for more dry cleaning. They ruined a $120 tie and tried to claim it was a defect in the tie - which was super high quality and had been successfully dry cleaned before. I do not know if this type of arrogance and ineptitude surfaces in their home cleaning service but their misrepresentation of the fact that they just deliver and pick up the dry cleaning then passing the buck and handling the issue with feigned concern is really bad. When I told them I would have to report them to the Better Business Bureau unless this was made right, they essentially told me they would just claim that there must have been a manufacturers defect and that "This has never happened before." LOL Please be very careful using this company for Dry Cleaning or House Cleaning. If something goes wrong, they probably will not do the right thing. Up to you to chance it. read more
