On time, reasonable price, professional. I tried different cleaning service and this is my favorite so far. They charge by hour and they do the work efficiently. Usually a crew of two ladies will come. The final price is adjusted by actual hour used. 1. They bring their own equipment. I know this seems standard, but I learnt to appreciate it after using one without and my vacuum ran out of power. 2. Quality cleaning - this varies a bit by which crew you get. But they are all good in general, some better at bathroom, some really clean the study well including the wheels of our computer chairs, some better at kitchen. They respond well to special request or need for that day. 3. Communication and scheduling - easy, efficient, responsive, accommodating. 4. Always came on time. 5. Downside - their pro vacuum is very loud, need to plan around your work schedule if you work from home. If you have special material that need special care, you need to specify the cleaner. This is the WORST cleaning company you can ever hire. We paid over 700 dollars for post construction cleaning. 1. They cut a lot of corners during cleaning. Fan blades were not cleaned, bathroom walls were not cleaned etc. 2. Theyw cleaned the over but left some cleaning residue. 3. They cleaned the microwave but did not clean the top of the microwave which has horrific food stain. 4. The products they use are watered down. They don't even deserve 1 star. Basically TRASH. This is a belated review, but EcoPure is awesome! They are not only professional and great at what they do, they go above and beyond. We live in the VYV building and the ladies who work here are wonderful. We had originally scheduled a cleaning for a Wednesday a week beforehand since we planned on having guests for the weekend but they had to cancel because of the snow storm. We called to see if there was any way to schedule a cleaning before Saturday because of our plans and we also knew they do not work on Saturday and Sundays (which shows they take care of their workers!). They were great and squeezed us in on Friday in the wee morning, but we were thankful. They came right on time and started cleaning right away while we got ready for work. They did an amazing job and even though it was a last minute squeeze in. They took their time and made sure everything was nice. They did everything we asked and more! They re-arrange some of the items on countertops very thoughtfully and I absolutely loved how they arrange our couch with all my stuffed animals. When we came home we were greeted with a little note and also some chocolate. When you first make an appointment you will get a chance to have a in-person consultation if you work in the area, or a phone consultation if you are busy or not in the area. They were great at answer all our questions and addressing our concerns. I plan on hiring them everyone one to two months. I would absolutely recommend this company and their crew at the VYV. After questioning some things not done as per the company's service agreement (not understanding how some things work and why some times and prices were being changed), the company manager/owner Anna decided to cancel our home cleaning -- the day before the cleaning! We were scheduled to have a $300 full-service cleaning done in our home tomorrow 5/13/19. This has been scheduled for about a week. Other than the questions we had about certain things, we made it quite accommodating for EcoPure by even suggesting a housekeeper to come in beforehand to estimate how much work would need to be done so no time would be wasted for them. We even de-cluttered rooms so it would be easier for workers to move around. And we even prepaid and scheduled to have our dog stay at a sitter so it wouldn't be in the way of the workers ($35). It seems though anytime I questioned or expected something -- that the company had offered or promised -- it wasn't that way, like most recently there was a last-minute time window change, which obviously I knew could change per the service agreement, but for them to change the time window the day before service when we've been scheduled for about a week and to change it to a time when no one would be home is really questionable. When I informed Anna that I could just leave work and make it home in time before the service was done was when I got a prompt email back saying "we are not a good fit" and that they are refunding the $300 (that we voluntarily paid to them in advance before any work was done). I guess, as a business, it's easier for EcoPure to walk away from a situation than prove themselves as a reputable company. What I now question after this abrupt cancelation was were they going to be able to provide the services promised? Or was it that they didn't expect me to be able to come home before the service was done? Regardless of whatever the reasons are, it is completely 100% unprofessional to cancel a service the day before it's scheduled to be done - just because you don't like being questioned about things. I would highly reconsider what happened to us here and seek out other cleaning service providers in the area. read more

I have been using EcoPure for a while now (once a month cleaning, occasionally twice a month) and they are always on-time and do a great job. It's really great to come home to a clean apartment. I do wish the same people could come each time because I have noticed that some are definitely better than others. Better than I could have imagined. I have a one bedroom apartment and it took about 2.5 hours to clean the first time. But it was worth every penny (albeit I will admit it's a bit on the expensive side)! Our apartment was immaculate and our towels were folded so nice in our bathroom. It was just like being in a hotel but better. The lavender aromatherapy smelled great and lasted about two days (I have a dog). The best part though, they left a towel swan and organic chocolates on our bed! Scheduling was fast and a breeze with Anna. I would definitely recommend them. Every attention to detail was met. I have two small maltese who get excited when people come to the apartment and they were very good in calming them down LOL.
