The team did an excellent job doing a thorough deep clean of a house after painting. No corner was left unturned and they had a flat pricing structure. read more

Thank you Homey...we are so happy with your service, and you always take such notice of feedback from us. Your cleaners take time to understand what our home requires and provide the best service we have ever had from a cleaning company. Over the past couple of years, although this is our home, when we've been away we have had friends and family staying and your team have made sure to provide an excellent service when we are around as well as when we are away. Our friends love you as much as we do. We are always here to give recommendations if you need any. Thank you once again Karen and Ray read more

We've been Homey customers for awhile, mostly for ad hoc cleanings when things got out of hand, or we are having guests, etc. Each time we've been exceptionally pleased, both with the sparkling results and meticulous attention to detail, as well as with the great communication and follow up from the Homey team. Today we were extremely happy with the cleaning at our daughter's place. She really needed the help, having a large dog who sheds and a plumber who left her bathroom a mess. The cleaner spent a good 4 hours on her small place making sure to address everything - the area rugs never looked better, furniture was spotless, and every inch of her bathroom truly shined! Even the dog bed and water bowls were cleaned! The Homey crew are really masterful cleaners, and we can always count on them for a job well done. read more

Mariana and Ana were terrific! Efficient, quick, kind, and the place looks great. Glad to have found Homey.

I've used Homey twice: once for a deep clean and more recently a routine apartment cleaning. Both times they delivered! The apartment was put in tip-top shape, and the attention to detail was spectacular. I recently had a cleaning done by Leidy, who arrived on time and did a very thorough job to make sure my apartment was left spotless and sparkling clean. I would happily book again with Homey. read more

Amazing service and value. The three women who cleaned my apartment did a wonderful job.

No English. None. ZERO. Completely impossible to communicate with the cleaners who arrive. Nightmare, never again.

I used Homey for about a year. I requested bi-weekly and move-out services. I was so happy with the service, more specifically with the service Virginia and Yaleny provided. They always left my home immaculate!! In addition to the excellent cleaning services, they have to be the nicest ladies in town. I moved to Texas, but will miss the services Homey provide. I will really miss the smiling faces of Virginia and Yaleny! read more

Homey service was great! I came back finding my home super clean. Homey provides trustworthy cleaners who certainly do a wonderful job.

The absolute best! So easy to book and modify. We have worked with Leidy who is an absolute gem. So kind, thorough and makes our home feel brand new. We love homey! read more

Homey is amazing. I've hired them for deep cleaning and monthly maintenance cleans. Most recently they did a basement clean up. See the before and after photos. Prices are fair, customer service excellent and scheduling easy. read more

Our first cleaning service and they did a very good job. They were on time and very thorough. We work from home and they were respectful of that in that they were quiet and efficient. Overall very pleased and will continue to use them. read more

Rosanna and Sarahi were wonderful! Thank you Vanessa for being able to handle this cleaning job for our 2 bed/2 bath apartment WITH organizing and laundry services. We have a photoshoot coming up for our apartment and needed to declutter and clean the entire apartment (1000+ sq ft) which meant we needed help! Luckily, Homey has a FLAT rate and they charge for extras (organizing, cleaning closets, oven, fridge, etc) so we were surprised when they were so speedy and helped us out with everything-- even placing our clothes (laundry) in the closets when needed. We really appreciated their help and will definitely book them again! Thank you, Vanessa for your service! read more

My long time cleaning lady recently relocated to FL to retire with her son, so i had to try a new service. Unfortunately these cleaners speak 0 English. As a non spanish speaker who lives in a small 450sq ft 1 bedroom apartment this service was unnecessarily complicated. The only person who speaks english is the lady in the office so when the cleaners are in the apt if you want to communicate with them you have to call the office for her to translate. Unfortunately some cannot read either making translation apps useless. Upon arrival they photographed every room of my home which made me slightly uncomfortable and sent the pics to the lady at the office who informed me my dining room counted as a second bedroom because of the open archway (it does not have a door). After they left I got an additional invoice for about $20 for "doing dishes". In my sink were 2 mugs, 1 teaspoon, and 1 cereal bowl. During the clean one of the ladies pointed to the sink and gave a thumbs up sign. I said ok and gave thumbs up back not realizing those 4 items cost 20 bucks to wash. Even crazier because I have a very obvious dishwasher. Why didn't she just put them in the dishwasher? The rest of the cleanings were fine, just 2 standard cleaning jobs which is what I requested though at the end of the first cleaning one of the ladies did learn how to ask for a tip in english and asked me twice. I always tip but being asked directly was off putting. Tried two time total as a bi weekly client with this company but the language barrier with all 4 cleaners and charging extra for my never used dining room as a 2nd bedroom upcharge were a deal breaker for me and I moved on. read more

My old cleaner had to stop work for health reasons so I tried a corporate cleaning service for the first time today and found Homey (on Yelp) as Wizards of Homes were not taking on new clients). I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward. read more

Honey's staff did a phenomenal job, extremely thorough. Reasonably priced and reliable, I will definitely book again.

Homey really blew me away with their service and respect of my home. Can't wait to have them back.

Reliable, excellent service. Very professional. Easy to book. Responsive. Thanks Homey!

Fantastic service! The owner Vanessa is incredibly prompt and responsive, we had everything figured out in a few hours and the team arrived 2 days later. The cleaners Johanna and Virginia did an amazing job. My bathroom tiles have never been cleaner and they even cleaned and reorganized my bar cart for me. Will definitely be using Homey again! read more

Great communication with the scheduler. The team showed up on time and did a fantastic job. We tried two other companies prior and discontinued their service rather quickly. Homey's team was friendly and thorough - who could ask for more? read more

Where do I even start? We've been getting a cleaning from Homey for a few months now and I wanted to wait to write this review to ensure that the excellent service was consistent. So happy to report that things have been wonderful thus far. We come home to such a clean and peaceful environment-and for such a fair price. The cleaners are so friendly and accommodating. They've done a really wonderful job here and we are so happy with them. Highly recommend! read more

Did a great job cleaning an apartment that was going up for sale. Place looked brand new!

I had been a customer for 5 years and now I will never use this cleaning service again. At first I had a great relationship with the first person they sent. In the last year they sent three different people to clean my apartment. The last person didn't even know which rooms to clean, no one told her. None of the 4 people seemed familiar with a dishwasher and my dishes were always dirty after the cleaning. The first 2 people told me they had never used a dishwasher so I showed them how to use it. I don't mind doing that and I don't mind speaking only Spanish since I study Spanish and enjoy languages. But when I suggest they train their people on using a dishwasher the owners insult me in a nasty way. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years! All four people they sent didn't use the dishwasher unless I explained it to them. I never had my sheets changed even once even though that is a service they provide. They just want to come do the cleaning quickly and leave. If I want to have something deep cleaned, I have to do it myself. Would not recommend. Owners are rude and not a good value for the money. read more

I have used Homey twice now, once for a move in cleaning and now for a deep clean of my apartment. The staff were timely and thorough, and very sweet to my cats! This company is legit!!! I picked them because of their good ratings, and after my first cleaning session today, I honestly understand why they have 5 stars. The whole team is professional. Vanessa was responsive with scheduling. The ladies, Lady and Maria, are super professional and dedicated. They showed up with all the equipment they mentioned, and literally cleaned for 6 hours straight. The ladies don't speak English but are very good with google translate. They are thorough, patient, and friendly. They were nice to my cats and respectful of my things. I have not met a better cleaning company and will absolutely hire them again. 100% recommend!! read more

We needed a "move-out" deep clean for our apartment; 15 years is a long time to accumulate dust bunnies, and grease! And, OMG, Vasily and Angelica from Homey are miracle workers! They cleaned every inch of our rental, and more! We truly cannot say enough great things about Homey. Our apartment smelt amazing and looked brand new; our landlord was so impressed, he gave us our deposit back immediately! We cannot recommend them enough! read more

TLDR; super strong customer service, amazing job cleaning. fantastic experience start to finish. I had a hard time finding short notice service and they were able to accommodate & be flexible. it was easy to book, and a real human (!!) texts with you to coordinate details about the service, like if they should bring vacuum, nuances of timing etc. they also messaged after to make sure I was happy, and coordinate payment. the woman they sent, Yadi, did such a stunning job - truly 10/10. I'm so so happy with how my house feels. no matter how hard I've cleaned in the past, I haven't been able to eliminate all the dust like she did; very worth the investment to hire a professional. thank you Yadi!! read more

I wanted to support a local business and found Homey on Yelp! Very highly recommend- very easy to communicate and schedule and the ladies that came over were so sweet, efficient, and covid conscious. I scheduled a deep cleaning move-in/out service. Afterward, I could see my reflection on the bathroom sliding glass doors and the kitchen sinks and floor were so pristine- I could eat off them. I also have a dog and even if I vacuum every day there is always some stray fur- all the spare dog hairs were also gone. I am honestly really really happy! They also bring their own vacuum if you don't have one which is awesome and their own cleaning supplies. read more

SO GOOD and surpassed all my expectations!!! We hired homey to deep clean my grandma's apartment which has not been well maintained for a number of years due to her medical issues. There was TONS of dust and grime that had built up over the years. On top of that, there was also a LOT of clutter as well as a roach issue. However, the homey team was able to take on this challenge for us and were extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and professional. They scrubbed and scoured down the kitchen, which was extremely dirty, and even got all the tiny cracks (such as between the wall and the oven). The kitchen sink was literally a different color after the cleaning and the entire kitchen is the best I have EVER seen it. The bathroom had been absolutely FILTHY and the walls were disgusting but we added on the service for cleaning walls and WOW they delivered. I have NEVER seen the bathroom walls look white before but the homey team did it!! Also they were able to work around the extreme clutter too! The team spent almost 8 hours cleaning the apartment (which is on the larger side) and was very kind and professional the whole time. I knew they were tired but they did SUCH a great job nonetheless. Will definitely book homey in the future and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more
