It makes such a difference in our lives that we changed the schedule from bi-weekly to weekly. Now, Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week because that is the day Cleaning Angels is here. Having such a clean home really adds a sense of calm to our hectic lives. We trust Esther and her team so much that they even do special projects while we are on vacation - cleaning out and organizing closets, taking care of our plants, deep cleaning the kitchen...etc. We truly feel like we have a cleaning angel. :) I recommend them highly!

The previous owners left the place a mess and there was a lot of dust from some light construction and painting I had done. They also cleaned the exterior windows for an additional charge. Esther was quick to reply and give me an estimate. She is a great communicator, a very nice person, and is passionate about her business and customers. Her employees were equally just as wonderful. They cleaned every surface, inside every closet, and every appliance etc. I will definitely be hiring her again for my future clients and my own home!

Lesson learned, and will not be tricked again! Team Clean leaves my apartment spotless, they take a ton of pride in their work. To quote my building's move out inspector: "Your cleaner did not do a good job." Two of us who were…read morethere also agreed. Team Clean NYC's lackluster work included basically the entire kitchen remaining dirty, the floors having debris, and the cleaner breaking a panel off of the cabinets. While that stuff itself is disappointing, the real cherry on top is the company not interested in doing anything but defending the work. EDIT DUE TO RESPONSE: 1. We came back at the time that he told us, if he wasn't done then, that is not on us, and we were glad to wait however long needed. It simply wasn't communicated. For example, if he didn't want us there while he was cleaning, he could have given us a time to come back when he was done, finished on time, or simply asked for more time before we came back. We're sorry if stopping by, tipping him, and saying good work caused an uncomfortable environment. 2. We knew about the cabinet and could have explicitly mentioned it in the email, however not only is it clearly not a cabinet that we managed to not break in 2 years, but the details mentioned in our emails were loosely paid attention to so I'm not sure it would have done any good. 3. "Set up to fail" is an odd way of defending this kind of cleaning work. At the end of the day, your company left the apartment in that state and the photos show the work that the company somehow is proud of.

The team of ladies were early and stayed the entire allotted time. My home is spotless and so organized that I couldn't believe it was my home when I walked it. The backsplash in the kitchen was still dirty and mirrors weren't clean. Even found a piece of hair in the freezer compartment.
