The team of ladies were early and stayed the entire allotted time. My home is spotless and so organized that I couldn't believe it was my home when I walked it. In the past I've test cleaning companies by checking behind the super tight area behind my toilet after they said they were finished cleaning and 99% of the time it was not cleaned. After my first clean I checked that area and I was AMAZED it's cleaner than when I do it myself I'm so pleased. She was done in 1.25 hours and I came back to basically the same apartment...my bathroom was dirty when I left and she did a great job cleaning the tub but otherwise the worst service I have ever experienced. The vacuum was not used...nothing was dusted. Everything on the counters and ledges (which was not a lot) were not moved (or wiped down), the cabinets were not open or touched and nothing was vacuumed. This was the worst cleaning I've ever gotten and most expensive. See pics. I texted Alexandra the pictures that clearly delivered and she said she couldn't see them. She gave me $50 back of the $150. The cleaning wasn't even worth $50. Very disappointed as I only treat myself to a "deep" cleaning once every 3 months and I myself could have done more.

Would recommend and if my budget allows it would use them when I have events and need additional cleaning help. Overall took about 3.5 hours of cleaning because I don't own a vacuum so everything had to be manual. I have a small space - and only needed to focus on bathroom (toilet, sink, tub, floor) kitchen and living space (floor cleaning, outdoor closet wipe down, kitchen area and quick fridge wipe down).

She did more in 3 hours than other services have done in 4 or 6, and it was the most thorough clean we've ever gotten: She moved furniture to clear debris and mop/vacuum, every crevice of the inside of the microwave was spotless, the grout in our bathroom is sparkling white again, and she took out the trash and recycling when she was done. These are things you might expect from a cleaning service, but let me tell you, it's rare to find someone who does it ALL thoroughly. The price is also better than you'll get with a service like Handy, for example (and someone from Handy stole all our silverware, so we never used Handy again.)

So if you are thinking of hiring them, think about this first; we were a fairly large corporate account, but they couldn't be bothered to even give us the courtesy of a phone call. "The nerds do good"…read more I had two nerds come to my place last week to clean -- a few cleaning: Actually they weren't nerds but attractive Eastern European women. They did a very fine job cleaning -- super efficient, went pretty detailed into everything, especially the kitchen, hard working and then finished in about 3 hours. Well worth what I paid. I liked they gave a first time customer discount. I will be using them again!

I paid for a package and did not receive the services that I paid for -- they knew that they couldn't handle the job and said nothing. I purchased the Move-Out package (empty apartment) and added inside oven cleaning (additional fee) the job was done poorly without a follow up that they couldn't fulfill most of the work. The cleaner left all my lights and doors unlocked after cleaning which clearly shows a lack of care of my home. When I asked them to rectify the issues that I raised, I was told that my cabinets were unreachable which is why they were not cleaned (see attached photo of my cabinets located in a BASEMENT where the height is beyond reachable). Also, why not tell your client ahead of time or ask for a step stool? They said that the photos of my bathroom was not the bathroom that their professional cleaned (WOW)... so now they are experiencing loss of memory. Also, you are now accusing your customer of lying (photos don't lie especially when it's time stamped). Basic toilet cleaning was not done. Overall, this company is a waist of time and money. I would of respected honesty instead they deflected with poor excuses.
