We used Chelsea Window Cleaning for our 1200ft2 office and they are professional, efficient and discret during working hours. We are 100% satisfied. For any question ask Maria and Robin they are very helpful and can help you if you have any question. read more

They cleaned my windows, broke my window screen, took it and said they would replace it. It's been weeks. They kept giving management a date to come and replace the screen but never showed up. They finally dropped off the screen without having staff notify me. So more delays because now they have to "come back" to put the screen back into my window. Meanwhile, the weather is nice and I can't open my window for fear of mosquito bites. Definitely not professional at all. Communication is horrible. read more

My windows were a nightmare after not washing through the pandemic. They are licensed and bonded and my apartment managers approved them to come into our building. They came in, and started on the job once I approved the estimate. They did a FABULOUS job. Quickly. Efficiently. Politely. Masked. And slippered to keep my rugs clean. Highly recommend this team! read more

Stay away from these people ! They are the worst ! I was the web developer for many many years ! Last week, they killed my $ 50 k web site and replaced it by a cheap $ 50 web site. Looks like amateur's work ! I was betrayed, they did this behind my back only to tell me they no longer need my services. My web site was the best looking one, great blog, testimonials, many many photo and video galleries ! Now they have a lousy 1 page site done for free ! I can only imagine how windows are done by this crew ! La poudre Blanche !!!!! read more

Recently I hired Chelsea Window Cleaning for two jobs, one business and one residential. They are friendly, punctual, fast, and do great work at fair rates. It was very easy to schedule the appointments and coordinate payment. Will work with them again! read more

If the words "dependable, friendly, on time and professional" don't stop you from searching for other window cleaning services, perhaps the words "great pricing and impeccable work" just might. Thank you CWC. I've already referred you to a friend today. (Seriously folks, I didn't know the outside world could look so crystal clear.) read more

100% satisfied. Honestly, they do an amazing job of cleaning windows. Spotless. Embarrassing to admit how happy it makes me to having clear windows. Always on-time, fast, thorough in person. Organized on the phone. Can't think of a bad thing to say about these folks. read more

Outstanding. Workers showed up within the designated one hour time slot and were courteous, careful, efficient and did a great job cleaning my windows in my 1BR apartment. And I have CityProof windows which made the job trickier. The cost was a little more than I expected but I have to admit I did not shop around and compare pricing. Bottom line: very professional, highly recommended. read more

Great service! Since I travel a ton for my job it was very difficult to set up an appointment that worked for both myself and Chelsea Window Cleaning, but they were always prompt and courteous in our email exchanges, and always trying to make it work. Finally got them in today and they did a great job. I moved into this apartment about 2 months ago and the person that lived here before me lived here for 3 and a half years. He never once cleaned the windows and they were absolutely filthy. Chelsea made a world of a difference and I can't believe how different my apartment looks just from a window cleaning. Would definitely recommend. read more

I found them online researching for a reputable window cleaneing company. Best decision I made. The workers were professional, friendly, and attentive to detail. They gave100% and educated me a bit on some of their cleaning techniques. It made me feel comfortable and at ease that the job was going to be well done. I will continue to use their services and see a long standing business relationship. I highly recommend them. WG read more

Terrible service, unreliable and highly unprofessional. I scheduled my window cleaning in early June for end of the month delivery. Everything was confirmed and ready except for the the day before they were supposed to arrived, I received a phone call them saying the appointment was cancelled and there is no availability to reschedule. While I understand private properties is something they don't specialize in, they should not have confirmed reservation in the first place or not cancelled it in the last moment. Terrible service. read more

I was repeatedly assured by Maria and Robin that Chelsea Window Cleaning caters to "white glove buildings." Frank, the owner, was very nice, and I had a good impression of the company. The "cleaners" show up: and the nightmare begins. I offered to provide my own drop cloths. No, no--they had theirs! Drop cloths so filthy that I cut my foot from the crap that fell out of them the following day. I have five rooms of floor to ceiling windows: they were in and out in 40 minutes. The water was not changed once. They slopped filthy water all over my walls and floors. I had to watch the three of them, running from room to room every second. I had been assured that they would also clean the window sills, which are metal. A mediocre job on the windows; the window sills weren't touched; black spots of water all over my walls and floors. I spent two hours preparing for them, in order to make their job easy. It took four hours to clean up after them--and to the tune of $545. Amazing, that I chose this place on the basis of their five-star reviews. Never, never, never use this place. A huge disappointment, and a tremendous amount of work and money for me. read more

I researched several NYC window cleaning companies and gathered quotes before choosing a service, and Chelsea's was the cheapest I found by 3 whole dollars per window. Since we had never worked with them before, they sent out John, one of the managers, to walk through our space, verifying our window type and structural details pertinent to cleaning, as well as answering my questions about pricing and scheduling. Robin and Maria at their office were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond as we figured out a day and time that worked for my office's busy and unpredictable schedule. The day of our cleaning, the window cleaners (Joseph and Emerson) arrived on time and ready to begin - however, I quickly realized I had grossly underestimated the number of windows in my office - there were nearly 20 more than we had scheduled time for. Even though this was MY mistake, the folks at Chelsea were incredibly accomodating, changing their schedule to allot more time for Joseph and Emerson to clean the extra windows at the same low price per window. And even though my mistake nearly doubled the scope and time of the job, they remained polite, hard working and efficient, even pointing out damaged windows (prior to cleaning) so that we could notify our landlord. They also went over their work with me before leaving, so that we'd know exactly what to expect on our invoice. I would recommend Chelsea cleaning to anyone - especially office spaces and studios with lots of windows. :) read more

I recently called Chelsea Window Cleaning based on a rec from a property manager who has had good experiences with them. They showed up on time, were nice, and cleaned the windows in my two bedroom apartment in record time. The price was very reasonable, too. I also had no problem getting an appointment within a few days of calling, which was perfect as we needed time for insurance certificates anyway (no problems there). I would absolutely use them again, especially since the rates make it affordable. read more

I found the entire transaction very pleasant. Nice folks to deal with. The workers did a good job. They came a little later then expected but Hey It's Manhattan traffic and parking. read more

Didn't provide estimates as promised. Showed up to do the job straight away, so that I had to reschedule my work that day. Ended up paying a bit more than expected. More focus on speed than precision. Had to ask them to re-do some of the windows. But end-result satisfactory. Courteous guys. Happy that my windows are finally clean. read more

In time. Polite. Professional . Windows sparkling. No headaches . Excellent price. Five stars!

The best. Quick. Careful. Thorough. Reasonable rates. And they were especially mindful of our rooftop garden!

We recently hired Chelsea Window Cleaning for our office windows that hadn't been taken care of in years. The workers arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. They cleaned and scraped all of our windows in no time, we barely noticed they were even there. After they cleaned all 26 of our windows, they double checked and made sure not to leave a mess behind them. We would highly recommend them to anyone as they did an amazing job! read more
