Yelp removed my previous negative review due to violation of content guidelines/TOS. I am reposting after reviewing the guidelines. I hope that this review complies with your guidelines. I personally saw how this company left my family's house and my property. I personally saw pictures and videos. (As an aside, I also have receipts and bank statements showing that I have hired this company.) My review was not based merely on hearsay but on my own observations and interactions. I personally contacted the company after they did a job at my family's home due to their and my concerns about how the company left the home and to ask about items that we couldn't find. (Again, this was my property.) I asked the company to please help me find the items. They were very difficult and refused to answer questions at first. I posted another review on 8-1 because the company was harassing us over the negative review. I stand by my reviews. The evidence is on my side. I have my own testimony, witness testimony, phone records, recorded calls, pictures, emails, texts, bank statements, and receipts. I have a legal right to post unflattering reviews in good faith. This is not "threatening" and not grounds for a lawsuit. The company should not be retaliating by threatening to sue me and sending me nasty messages. I am asking the company to never contact me again and not to address me on any reviews or post false information. Phone records do not lie. I can easily prove who contacted whom. (If you search the business on Google, you will see another review by someone who says the company also accused her of threatening them and threatened to contact her employer. So I am not the only person reporting this.) Before Christina called me, she called my ELDERLY, ILL MOTHER and threatened and berated her! How disgusting is that?? People need to know that if they leave this business an unflattering review, they will retaliate, to the point of essential threatening to file a false police report! This cleaning service was probably the best I've used in the area and were extremely affordable as well. The cleaning ladies arrived promptly and were very professional. The cleaning took about 2 hours total and was extremely thorough. I left my apartment during the cleaning and felt very safe doing so. The customer service was also fast and reliable and made the transaction very easy. I highly recommend this service. read more
