Not only do they dust, vacuum, AND mop the floors, but they also change sheets on the beds if you provide them with clean ones, AND they even clean the inside of the microwave. I made the booking online on Sunday night for a Tuesday cleaning appointment, and I had 3 Venezuelan women (they only speak Spanish) come punctually today. Luckily my dog walker popped by and was able to help translate, but tbh we would have been ok even without a translator. The 3 ladies were an excellent well oiled team who went straight to work after a very brief orientation. I have 2 dogs that shed (a lot) and the ladies made my apartment sparkling clean. They were efficient and it took 4 hours (x 3 ladies) to clean a 3 bed/ 3 bath/ 2000SF - this included mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and making 2 beds and cleaning out my vacuum cleaners at the end. Cost was $240. This included a 20% discount for signing up to having a weekly service. Tips are optional and can be paid in person or through the Homey online platform. Mariella was also very helpful on the phone and by text, and any extra instructions can be texted to her (eg if you wanted laundry folded, this could be added for an additional cost). After today's experience, I'm 100% going to use them regularly going forward.

I was very disappointed with the recent services at my home. I was initially told one person would…read morecome for 3 hrs then was switched to 2 workers for 1.5 hrs. I needed my basement flooring and bathroom cleaned and wipe down of kitchen counter. Then I asked for whatever else could be done for the first floor in the alloted time. I asked them to access the basement to see if two ppl would be needed. They decided to split the work. After an hr of working, I get a text that they won't be able to finish the work and that they need more time. So I tell the second maid to head downstairs to finish the work. A few kins later, they told me the basement was done and proceeded to work upstairs on the 1st level. I gave them both $15 tip before inspecting the work. After the floors dried, i was able to see that the floors were still dirty, they used one of my rags to wipe down either the bathroom or floor down and there was damage to the base of the kitchen cabinents. The response from the company was that they needed more time to clean but didn't take any accountability. They offer to come back at an additional charge but I refused. I would not recommend this company. I've read reviews on yelp with similar experiences of them sending two ppl and requesting more time to clean to charge the customer more. Terrible business practice!

We have used Millie's for many, many years (at least 3 - maybe 5?) and are very happy with the…read moreservices Millie and her team provide. The team does a great job quickly cleaning our 3 story house: floors are vacuumed & mopped, furniture dusted, every surface of the bathrooms and the kitchen floors are cleaned. Millie also works around my schedule. We prefer that I be home when cleaning is done, luckily I usually work from home but do travel work work. I try to give Millie at least a weeks notice that I can't make our usual date & time so that we can work out another time that works for both of us. The team uses cleaning products which I provide, including our vacuum cleaner and I like that. The integrity of Millie and her team is important to me. Over the years one item was accidentally broken while cleaning, a small crystal piece. The team immediately informed me of the breakage and Millie unexpectedly replaced the item. The item was no longer available, so she must have found it through replacements website. Trustworthy, work done with excellence , friendly, and professional I highly recommend Millie's Cleaning Service to you. I have referred her services to several friends.

To provide some context, we have a 100 year old, 1700sq ft. house with hardwood floors and area rugs and a newborn. We've been working with the Next Level for a few months now on an every other week basis and are extremely happy with their work. First, they do a fantastic and thorough job cleaning. The team is proactively looking for feedback, so if you don't feel something was done thoroughly, they'll definitely revisit it the next time around. Second, they are friendly and caring. My wife is typically home with our baby when the team comes and the women are respectful and they love interacting with the baby. They understand it's important to have clean floors and a house free of dust for our child. And it's generally been the same few ladies returning each week. Lastly, they are reasonably priced. This was one of my biggest concerns. I did speak to a few other companies at slightly lower prices, but did not feel as comfortable working with them. Of course, price will depend on the level of cleaning needed and the amount space. They were upfront about the initial cleaning price and then how much each week would work out to. That price has stabilized. One final note, the team has let me know if and when they were ever going to be running late to our typically scheduled day and time. It's refreshing to know that we have a professional cleaning team we can trust.
