I call Yeah We Clean and I'm picked up immediately by the rep. I explain to him I need them to focus on the cabinets because I'm going to paint them shortly. Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I'm being sarcastic. read more

Ordered for a deep clean of my parents house. I wasn't satisfied. I explained it was an older disabled persons home and that it needed some very specific things - floors bathrooms etc. They started out strong it seemed, turning over the couch and cleaning behind it but when I went back to the living room I saw areas of dust that hadn't been touched. I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor. read more

They did a great job. Arrived on time and were very thorough. I would certainly recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I've used them and boy are they Awesome!!! Once before I was having a whole house full of guests at Thanksgiving and today because we are downsizing and selling our home. In both scenarios they cleaned everything- places I wouldn't have thought of and both times left it spotless!!! I highly recommend this business. The owner is super communicative and his workers were pleasant and accommodating. Michelle and Giovanna were so friendly and professional it was a pleasure to have them in my home. They also arrived right on time ready to tackle the job! Price was fair. I originally booked this place because of other good reviews and now just want to pass on my feedback to the Yelp community- read more

The cleaning service is not what we expected for the price paid long ago. Next time going to look at more places

I am a very picky clean freak (ask my husband), and I've hired different cleaning companies in the past which I have felt disappointed about. I researched a few cleaning companies in my area, and came across "Yeah we clean", they estimated higher than all other cleaning companies which was honestly the reason I chose to first work with someone else. But then the owner Jonathan reached out for feedback as they are a newer company and after giving my feedback I felt they were the better qualitative choice, the follow up was great and I appreciated the extra effort in customer service. I wanted a good quality deep clean, and they fit me in on a day that worked for me although they were already booked through August 27. They were honest about pricing, and sent me reminders of my appointment multiple times and even confirmed the night before. The cleaning crew arrived on time and a job that was quoted for 6 hours due to the size of my home was completed with impecable detail in 4 hours, I was very impressed. They got right to work after asking what my expectations were and even scrubbed down the walls (if you ever see a house with a clean wall and edges, you have a good cleaning system) The admin manager Roger text me to let me know that the job would be completed in less than 6 hours and that he would send over the new quote. He also told me to walk through the house prior to the cleaning crew leaving to ensure quality of work. The follow up and attention to detail I have never experienced with cleaning companies, I would recommend to my family and friends!! For a newer family owned company, they exceeded my expectations and are way better at business and customer service than the well established 100 of reviews company that you see on this platform. I am happy and satisfied with the cleaning, my home smells amazing and feel great!! Thank you :) read more

I thought the reviews were too good to be true but this is it. If you're searching for someone who fast, reliable and has great customer service. This is the one! Jonathan helped me book, I work long hours and he was available outside the 9-5pm response hours. Not only was he clear and specific, he helped me choose what was best for my needs. His team definitely surprised and exceeded expectations. I selected the deep clean and they cleaned every nook and cranny! My mom has been away from her apartment for a few weeks and wanted her to come home to a clean apartment. The fridge is very clean and disinfected. They even got a paint stain off the floor. Definitely recommended! Thank you!! read more

I recently hired Yeah We Clean from Yelp for a move out deep clean. I coordinated everything with Roger and he was fantastic. He kept me posted along the way with before and after pictures. The ladies that did the cleaning did an incredible job! They literally got on their hands and knees and cleaned in spots I never even thought of. I was so impressed! The landlord was even impressed with how clean the place was. Also you can't beat the price. I highly recommend this company! read more

I was looking for a while to find a cleaning crew to come and clean every corner of our home and "yeah we clean" were stellar! I spoke with Jonathan (the owner) and asked him several questions to make sure I was selecting the right company to clean ... he was so patient and completely understanding (this was the first time I used a cleaning service). Marit (Jonathan's wife and also owner) came with two ladies and while they were scheduled to come between 9-9:30am on a Saturday, they came at 8:58am (I loved when people are punctual)! I also received email and text reminders leading up to my scheduled clean which was super helpful. They were extremely thorough and I'm incredibly pleased. I will definitely have them come back but it's not so easy to get in their calendar/rotation for Saturdays at the moment. From baseboards to ceiling fans and even moving furniture to the middle of the room, they really did an excellent job! This is a family owned business that started during the pandemic and I wish them continued success as they hire more workers to join their team. They're really fantastic, very trustworthy and thorough. read more

Yeah We Clean is a fantastic house cleaning service - we have used them several times now. It is easy to set up service appointments with them, the cleaners are friendly and efficient, and they do a really great job cleaning. Their prices are also quite reasonable. I needed my house thoroughly cleaned before the carpet cleaners and grout cleaners arrived. I had only a two day window! I live in LA and the house is in Bergen County New Jersey, one that we inherited when a very elderly family passed. It was definitely in need of love, including dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming, general bathroom cleaning, etc. and it was a big job. I used my Yelp app and hit the jackpot. The owner contacted me immediately, and despite being on a vacation in another country, set it up perfectly for me including the coordinating of entry for her crew, as I wasn't there. It went perfectly, and I will definitely use them every single time! I highly recommend this company. Professional, priced very fairly, great attitude, and super thorough. (They even sent photos as they were working on certain rooms.!) read more

I recently purchased a condo that was in much need of some deep cleaning. I did some research and Yeah We Clean had great reviews - they did not disappoint! The crew came in and cleaned the entire condo. They revived the dull looking wood floors that hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the entire place smelled clean and fresh. They finished the work in less than four hours and even cleaned the ceiling fan which was loaded w/dust. So grateful for Yeah We Clean. I would highly recommend their services and I look forward to using them again. read more

A 5-star rating is barely enough. This company is worthy of a much higher rating!! The ladies that cleaned my home today (literally, from top to bottom) were meticulous, professional, thorough, focused, trustworthy, and paid incredible attention to detail. I've used Yeah We Clean five times since May, and each experience has been excellent. Three times, different teams came out, and they were all outstanding--friendly, polite, and meticulous in their work. On two occasions, Marcos handled the job and did a fantastic job fixing a toilet and an old kitchen pipe. I'm very satisfied with Yeah We Clean and will definitely use their services again. They even adjusted the charges on two occasions because they completed the work in less time than originally estimated. Additionally, they went above and beyond to accommodate our availability and understood the time constraints we were under. Jonathan and Roger, in particular, excelled in communication before, during, and after the service. read more

Amazing work, on time, high quality service. Would recommend and will use again. House was left clean and smelling fresh

I was in contact with Johnathan regarding the scheduling, and everything went smoothly. Our house definitely needed some TLC as we have not been maintaining the cleanings due to injuries and vacation. Two cleaners were sent for a deep cleaning and I am so impressed with how spotless our house looked afterwards! Not only was everything super clean, but they left things very organized as well. I am so happy with this service and will definitely be requesting Yeah we clean again for our next cleaning. read more

I hired Yeah We Clean to do a one-time move-in, deep clean for my mom's new apartment. They were very friendly, detail-oriented, and quick to respond. They readily accommodated my somewhat unusual request to keep the costs a secret from my mom since it was supposed to be a housewarming gift. Luckily they're local so the owners, Marit and Jonathan, were able to swing by a few hours after I contacted them to discuss the work and give me an estimate. They took note of my requests and gave a practical and honest assessment of the work, time and limitations that would be involved. They also reworked their schedule to get the appointment time we wanted. The cleaners arrived on time and worked really hard to deliver. The toilet was absolutely filthy and they kept at it for almost an hour with a steel brush until the area under the rim was spotless. Look, my mom is a "Mommie Dearest" OCD clean-freak and cleaning expert with impossible standards. And an immigrant from a working-class background. So when she says they worked hard, they worked HARD. When they finished, Marit sent me pics, which I appreciated. But after they left, we noticed a few spots that'd been overlooked, likely due to running out of time and the sheer amount of work that needed to be done. We mentioned this and the owners themselves promptly came the next day to rectify the issues, saying they appreciated the chance to improve. Excellent customer service and complete satisfaction. I was a bit anxious hiring cleaners for the first time for my super picky mom (because I'd never hear the end of it if something went south) but it couldn't have gone more smoothly. They were even nice enough to install a toilet seat we had lying around. I really like that they were honest, didn't overpromise, and were on top of communication, all for a fair price. I'd easily recommend them to others. read more

I came across this cleaning company because my previous company couldn't come on their regular scheduled appointment. I am a very loyal customer but I really needed my home cleaned. "Yeah We Clean" is local to me and was able to get in the very next day. I was very impressed as they paid attention to detail and made sure to clean the areas I usually get done plus areas that I don't clean or even look at. Amazing service. couldn't ask for more. I hadnt been able to thoroughly clean the way that I normally would. I started searching for a cleaning service, but I had never hired one before and didn't know where to look. I created a project on yelp and one of the replies was from "Yeah We Clean". Roger reached out, gave me a quote, and answered all of my questions promptly. Once I booked the clean, i was given text reminders a few days before, again the day before, and on the day of I received an approximate time of arrival text. IMO that's excellent service. The ladies who performed the cleaning were on time, very kind, and REALLY cleaned every nook and cranny. I mean they got everything from the dust and cobwebs in corners, to the shelves that I barely touch, to the floors, wiped my ACs clean, the windows, all of it. I am extremely impressed. If you're thinking about getting a cleaning service, definitely choose Yeah We Clean. You won't be disappointed. It's one of the best decisions I ever made. Also, I chose the deep clean. read more

Funny story: I was in need of a deep cleaning of my house but had no one that knew a good and reliable cleaning company in Northern NJ. So, I did a hashtag search on Tiktok and "voilà" I found Yeah We Clean. Went to their Instagram page and clicked the link in their bio. Booked an appt via the form online which gives you a quote right there and then which caught my attention. I'm very big on upfront quotes. Marie got back to me within an hour of me booking an appointment and accommodated me right away. What an amazing experience! They arrived on time and immediately asked for a tour and went right into cleaning mode. I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and I even got some tips on how to clean certain things myself and protect my stove when cooking. My stove and my baseboards are looking brand new. I highly recommend them for any and all of your cleaning services. read more

Responsive, confirmed booking, showed up on time and they were thorough! Booked them for another cleaning appt.

I contracted with them for a "move out" clean of my mother-in-law's house in preparation for sale of the home. I was satisfied with the cleaning that was done, and the communication with the office by text as the ladies did not speak much English. When the got to the lower level of the home, the laundry room was flooded. This was not their fault. I communicated with the office to have them clean the remainder of the lower level. Here is where my 2 star review comes from. Although we had communicated via text, due to the flood issue, I got a call from the office. They advised that they would have a crew return to the home to clean the laundry room after the plumbing issue was resolved - at no further cost. When I contacted them to have this done, I was advised that it would be an additional $150. First, I was told that was part of the original cost, and second $150 is outrageous to clean a laundry room. Needless to say, I will not have them do the laundry room. I don't do business with people who say one thing and then change it to something else. read more
