They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised that D & D Prestige Cleaning made sure they cleaned until the job was done and stood by their quote. They cleaned 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, a large family room, and more. They cleaned all the baseboards, the windows, and the blinds. They vacuumed, broom-swept, and mopped all the floors. The oven still had oil residue, the fridge and cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dusty, windows had cobwebs, and even the dishwasher and microwave exterior were dirty. Kitchen counters still had brown residue that came off when wiped. Bathrooms were not deep-scrubbed at all, there was still visible grime and rust inside the cabinets. There was no communication from the company when the cleaner arrived or left, no photos of the work, and no follow-up... just a charge for a service that clearly wasn't delivered. We reached out multiple times requesting a refund. This experience left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful move. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
