I know this because of the patience, support, and love, honesty, and incredible skill they showed. They found cash in the home and reminded me to secure it. They toiled endlessly and diligently. They gave encouragement, support, and wisdom. I could not be more grateful to these two. Thank you so much! You have done more for this one customer than you know.

I had requested a deep clean of our common areas, focusing on baseboards and walls. The rate reviewed was fair for our space and was looking forward to their visit! Suelen arrived on time with her assistant and got right to work! I knew things had slipped a bit, but wow, I didn't realize how much! The ladies tackled our blinds, walls, fridge, and even our air fryer combo that I figured was just forever dirty - boy was I wrong! On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. We're now on Inna's schedule for regular cleanings. I highly recommend her services.

All they did is vacuumed and neaten up a bit Folded a Few things they saw laying around like some clothes that I had on floor or bed and when I mean a few I mean like at most 10-15 items. I asked that my sons bed sheets be changed they did not change mine nor my sons. They took my sons few toys and put them nicely in same place where they were just were not nicely put they put his little cars in a row on the floor and any throws on couch were folded, honestly I have no idea what they actually cleaned, nothing was wiped or Scrubbed or washed, only vacuumed and not that well. Then they leave 1.5 hours and I ask them why the rush. They said they have to go. After all that they keep telling me they want me to pay. A company should not ask to pay for this type of cleaning, how embarrassing that they even asked me to pay what I think it's worth.
