Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I'm being sarcastic.

On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. We're now on Inna's schedule for regular cleanings. I highly recommend her services.

The people were over three hours late to my home and claimed they were at the correct house. The…read morefour workers did not speak English and it took time to communicate with them. The agency bills from the minute they arrive at your house till the minute they leave your door. This is an unethical practice and takes advantage of the homeowner. It takes time to explain what to do, and even more time when there is a communication barrier. They charge an excessive amount of money hourly, and go back on their word when they say that they would charge a flat rate if it was less. I would not recommend them unless you're willing to overpay and be frustrated.
