My vacuum is cordless and has a digital screen that tells me how much time is left on the charge, so I could also tell that she used the vacuum for only about 10 minutes. But the most bizarre thing is that she ate food from my fridge. Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again.
