Since the rugs are large, I paid an extra charge to have them come to the house, move the furniture and take the rugs. We discovered that the rugs pads were crumbling, so I also purchased new pads that they cut to the exact dimensions. Ten days later, Peter and Dave returned with the clean rugs and new pads.
