I have recommended them to all my friends and relatives and the 250 people that live in my condo development. They do an impeccable job and I give them a five star rating They first cleaned my house and it was beautiful and then next they cleaned my mom's house for a Broom cleaning before the actual closing on the home was to take place . My mom has passed away and had it had been a very emotional time for me . They were also very empathetic and gave me support.. I had to choose a cleaning company that I could rely on. I felt at ease once my mom's house was cleaned. They didn't even do a Broom clean job , The crew went away above the broom cleaning and it was I shining and beautiful as always This was an excellent , and impeccable job. I Highly recommend anybody who needs a residential cleaning to contact them ..and : "I shine will outshine " all the others now and in the future Happy Cleaning!! A happy Westchester resident

My parents' home hadn't had a…read moreproper deep clean in a few years due to some medical issues, and this team went above and beyond to make the house feel fresh and spotless again. They came fully prepared with all their own supplies, which made everything so convenient. Every corner of the house was given attention, and it was clear they took pride in their work. From scrubbing hard-to-reach areas to leaving the floors shining, they exceeded all expectations. The photos attached are the most dramatic areas of improvement, but even in the kitchen counters and cabinets that looked decently clean to me before, are now absolutely spotless and look brand new! The pricing was very fair for the exceptional quality of service provided. The cleaning turned out to be more work than expected (I likely hadn't fully conveyed the condition of some harder-to-reach areas in the "before" pictures). But the owner, Patricia, promptly texted me to let me know it would take longer and therefore cost closer to the higher end of the quoted range. She even offered to skip a few rooms in the basement if I preferred to stay more within budget. Her flexibility, professionalism, and understanding really impressed me! My parents were so happy with how everything turned out, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care and effort this team put into making their home feel like new again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a thorough and professional cleaning service!

Her team was on time, cleaned the house from top to bottom, making appliances that the previous owners had left in a filthy state look like new. Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. I explained it was an older…read moredisabled persons home and that it needed some very specific things - floors bathrooms etc. They started out strong it seemed, turning over the couch and cleaning behind it but when I went back to the living room I saw areas of dust that hadn't been touched. I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor.
