I politely asked them to give me one minute to get out of the pool, cover myself, and grab the homeowner (my 75-year-old aunt). Instead of waiting even 60 seconds, they grabbed their gear and stormed off without a word. The real nightmare started when we called the service number. The woman answering the phone -- who I later found out is the wife of one of the guys -- is the most unprofessional, aggressive person I've ever dealt with in any service industry. She started yelling, swearing, and flat-out contradicting the info we were told earlier. At one point, she said she didn't need to deal with us and hung up. This is not a professional business -- it's an unorganized, disrespectful, and borderline abusive operation. No repairs, no communication, and no accountability. I'm now stuck with a broken heater and less money in my pocket. This is not a real business -- it's a joke. Zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero work done. They took our money and left us with a broken heater and a screaming match. Steer far, far away. They're completely unhinged - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!! They should receive less than zero stars!

He arrived on time, did what needed to be done with minimal disruption, and left the job site neat and orderly. This is the experience I had with Premier Refinishing. I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day. As it turns out, the fix was relatively simple. I highly recommend using Premier Finishing based on the professionalism with which they executed the job.

Now the finish is chipping after only a few months and the touch-up paint Sal gave me does not match the color of the finish they applied. Using them was a huge mistake. Very strongly consider what you are getting yourself into before engaging with this company. Their work and customer service are both terrible.

Your quote was $10,000 over my next highest quote, and I got four quotes. I've done four bathrooms and know the process. With materials, your total would have been over $32,000. Again, for a 5x8 basic bathroom, keeping the fixtures in the same place, the cost was exorbitant.

My pool filter was also located inside my garage and I needed to quickly relocate it. An overall weird situation that other companies didn't want to deal with. Tom and his crew came in, evaluated the situation and fixed all of my issues. I told him I needed a new filter, he did a thorough inspection and said my equipment was fine, I didn't need to spend an extra grand and that "this baby had plenty of years left on him". They completed the work in a half day. During that time Tom answered all of my questions (I had many!!!). Gave me chemical tips, backwashing tips, the 6lb D.E. rule etc. Summary of Legacy's work is that my pool hasn't been cleaner in years - it's been crystal clear all season. Family really enjoying now. I found my pool guy!

Sylwia and Justin came over to my condo within a couple of days and looked at my bathroom, they asked what I wanted for my bathroom. As the project started from Demo to completion Avishay communicated everything that was being done on each day.
