His pricing is also more competitive than most. However, actually getting consistent service from him has been a challenge. Our communication has been rocky from the start, largely because Eric is extremely unorganized. He's often messy with scheduling, and there have been multiple times when we agreed on a visit to a property, and he simply didn't show up--without any notice, and with no response to calls or texts. Another major issue is his temperament. He has a short fuse, and when he believes he's right, he resorts to aggressive language and constant cursing. Even when I prove him wrong and he briefly apologizes, the same behavior returns the next day. I've continued giving Eric business out of patience and understanding for his situation. I've kept him busy and even referred multiple clients to him, which brought him more work. But the last incident was the final straw. He failed to show up at my personal home for four consecutive weeks, despite our agreement for weekly visits every Thursday. As a result, I and my guests couldn't use the pool and hot tub multiple times. He promised to come the following day (Friday), apologized, and then still didn't show up. The final time I followed up, he replied with, "No, we are clearly not coming in the rain. Seriously?" -- without even a proper notice or attempt to reschedule. This level of unreliability and disrespect is unacceptable, especially after all the work and referrals I've given him. I've been patient long enough, but I can no longer tolerate this kind of behavior.

They just keep charging our card for no reason in 2 months middle of July to the middle of September they charge our card over 3000 we contact the company asking for the charges and they were straight rude and didn't explaining why they charge our card. We have to contact our bank and create a claim to stop the charges to our card. They are dishonest and once they have your card number they just keep stealing from you. He said he would contact my warranty company for approval.... THEY DENIED THE CLAIM!!! He was quite confused as to why they would do that after they just approved the same issue with another customer. I was so upset to say the least. I was home alone with my children and granddaughter and started crying. My husband was deployed and I was at my wits end!! He was so kind and told me not to worry. He said he would order parts and get in touch with me. Well, I never heard from him again. This past week with the heatwave we were having, we started spending time by the pool. I went to check the salt level and while I was down there I thought I would look and see what the mice did. SHOCKING TO ME, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! ALL NEW WIRES, NO MICE !!! I was stunned. I guess he came and fixed everything for me at no charge. I have never in my life had someone I never met or had his company do any work for me be that kind. I have not even had a chance to call and thank him yet, I wanted to do this review of this company and of a great human first!!! I highly recommend this company.
