Since the day my family and i built our pool ten years ago Crystal clear has been the only company to open, care for and close it up. The guys come every week and I have always known that any time day or night, I can jump into the cleanest clearest pool I could ever wish for. Their service has always been superior and so many of my friends have made the switch simply based on what they see when they're at my home! Just a few weeks ago we were hosting a party for 30 people and the computer board in my heater broke.....Within two hours not only did Crystal Clear servicemen arrive, they installed a brand new board AND waited until they were satisfied it was working perfectly...By the way, this was on a Saturday morning! Additionally, the employees are friendly, hardworking and I have never once been concerned if my family was home and they were on my property while I was not home! Trust is most important to me and I trust Craig and his people 100%. Our pool is always clean and clear, their service is fantastic and our level of satisfaction with them could not be higher. We began using Crystal Clear Pool in 2015 when we purchased our home. The previous homeowners told us Crystal Clear knew our pool and we should continue to use their services. As new pool owners, it has been such a pleasure working with this company. They get our pool up and running in April and we truly enjoy using our pool into late fall. The weekly maintenance crew are thorough and leave detailed service notes. We are alerted if there are any problems and if so, they are corrected quickly and efficiently. We upgraded our system to use an app to control the pool remotely and the tech at Crystal Clear instructed us with ease. When we have parties, we notify Crystal Clear and a crew is sent the day of the event to make sure our pool is crystal clear! I was initially attracted to Crystal Clear Pools because of their low starting price of $89 for a service fee. However, I soon realized that this was just a bait-and-switch tactic. After I signed the contract, they told me that I would also need to pay for chemicals. I agreed to this, but then they came back and charged me an additional $714 for phosphate treatment without my knowledge. When I asked for a detailed receipt, they refused to provide one. They also refused to tell me the pricing for the chemicals. In addition to the phosphate treatment, they also charged me $940 for vacuuming and $207 for a service that they did not touch anything. I believe that Crystal Clear Pools is a shady company that is taking advantage of people. They lure you in with a low price, but then they hit you with hidden fees and charges. I have used Crystal Clear Pools for over 10 years and I have only had positive experiences with them. Their office and on-site staff are incredible. They are professional, responsive, reliable, and take care of you pool with class. We recently had a new heater installed and the staff were quick to complete the job. It was completed thoroughly and now I have been able to enjoy my pool the entire summer. Use and trust them with the utmost confidence! EACH time the job is completed and we are not home, the staff leaves a note to explain EXACTLY the work that was completed, who completed the job, and contact information for the staff. I have been dealing with Crystal Clear Pool and Spa since 2011 when they purchased the pool Store in New City that I had been using since the early 90's. I have found their staff, both service department and office team to be more than courteous and professional at all times. I recently used Crystal Clear to fix a rust spot in my above ground pool and replace the liner. Kelly, in the construction department, was extremely helpful with answering my questions and getting someone out to my house to look at the rust spot and determine if they could fix it. They came promptly as promised, fixed the spot to my satisfaction and put in the new liner. Their team did excellent work and didn't cut corners, even though it was a very hot, humid day. I would absolutely recommend them over WestRock pools, which did a bad job on my pool last year. read more

I have been using their services for over 5 years. After Hurricane Sandy they had to completely rebuild my 25 by 50 pool and spa. After 25 years the pool, spa and equipment look brand new. They service the pool weekly as I am very particular about taking care of this investment. Their work and care is superior, professional, courteous and prompt.
