We paid a babysitter, drive 45 minutes each way, and sent him our survey... during our visit he verbally gave us pricing and options reluctantly. He didn't want to give pricing- I had to ask and he was almost taken back that I asked! He committed to sending in writing and also to sending details for financing - never sent! I followed up by email twice telling him we want to MOVE FORWARD- no response. I never received financing options. I never received next steps. I never received the connection to the permit person or the appointment for someone to look at my house. We hired and paid a babysitter to drive 90 minutes and to beg a sales person to help us. It has now been 10 days and no response!

After we ordered a pool on a Sunday afternoon I knew something was wrong when the charge, which was originally showing as a pending on my Amex, all of a sudden wasn't there. But the charge for the skimmer was. I called Leslies in Nanuet where we bought the pool and spoke to Frank. He assured me that there were no problems and it was an IT problem. I specifically said please tell us now if we can't get a pool because pools are selling out all over the place. Again he assured us that we were getting the pool. Well the skimmer showed up but still didn't hear about a delivery date for the pool. Well after lots of back and forth only with me reaching out and Frank promising he'd check on the status for me which he never did. My husband had to go back to the store since Frank still wasn't returning my phone calls. Still no answers. I finally called another Leslies and told them the story. Then the GM called me back Ryan or Brian. No apologies from anyone after two weeks I heard I wasn't getting a pool and there was a glitch in the system and that it happens sometimes. Disgusting customer service all around. If they had just apologized in the first place I wouldn't have been so upset. Just returned the skimmer to the store and Frank tried to give us some halfhearted apology/reason why things happened this way. Unacceptable!!!

We contact them after purchasing our home in July 2019 we started a contract with this company and that was the biggest mistake of our life. We have to contact our bank and create a claim to stop the charges to our card. They are dishonest and once they have your card number they just keep stealing from you. If you want to be robbed and charged for services that you didn't receive then this is your company. If you want honest good service look somewhere else.

From day one they were organized and thoroughly planned out, and they executed flawlessly. They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. Things started well when he was asked to help us secure a new hot tub last November. We paid…read moreupfront for the hot tub. Then he asked us to pay the annual contract around Christmas 2025. We were reluctant but did it in light of the holiday season. We were told the hot tub would come multiple times. Sometimes it was valid (e.g., winter weather), others it wasn't. We were upfront about the location challenges, timing, coordination contacts. Long story short, after taking $11K from us, we never heard from him again around June. The hot tub never materialized. This is clearly a lesson in "if it's too good to be true then it's not". At first, we were concerned about him as a person and hoped everything was ok with him. Then after multiple outreaches from us and the person who referred him to us receiving no responses, we concluded that he was likely lying to us the whole time. The person who referred him to us also stopped receiving services as I was told Erik stopped answering him as well. I guess Erik lost multiple customers. To be fair, when we got a hold of him (infrequently between Nov '25 - Jun '26), he's a nice man and quite knowledgeable about hot tubs. However, there's no integrity in business dealing as he just stopped answering phone calls and texts. He asked for chances to make things right, and we provided chances. If he can't do something, just be upfront and honest! We filed a chargeback with our bank in hopes to recover the funds. We will be filing a police report for criminal fraud as it's over $10K and I will share it here so everyone can see all the texts, the invoices paid, and you can judge for yourself whether this is a trustworthy business or not.

First and foremost I would like to thank you for your patience on the matter of our proposal. The time you have spent is valuable to Cool Pool and I would like to emphasize that. However, given this seasons work schedule it has been determined that we cannot provide the work/services necessary for updating your liner pool including the patio work. This includes the time for design/estimation/scheduling. I know in our previous conversations we have touched on this - but I would like to reiterate how thankful we are of your time. But again, our construction schedule is booked until this time next year - tentatively. If you have any further questions/concerns please feel free to respond, creating a chain of conversation you and I can both reference. I will always be more than happy to assist you in any way that I may. With utmost sincerity, Noel Cool Pool, Inc.
