They were fast and did a very good job. When they did the power washing they did loosen some of the siding which is bound to happen when using hi powered equipment . I gave them five stars because problems always come up with any service but it's how they handle it that separates them from all the others. They were quick to fix the issue free of charge and were very courteous to my elderly parents. In a time where many companies pray on senior citizens these guys were just the opposite. I rarely write reviews this good and base many of my purchases on reviews as many people do.These guys are getting this review cause others need to know when you are making your choice for a power washing company they can be trusted not only to do a good job but they will go out of their way to insure true customer satisfaction. Thanks and if it's not clear in my review I whole heartily recommend this company . read more

I called up to schedule an appointment for power wash and window cleaning. He said they could come that day! I said I didn't want it that day~ I wanted it closer to a special event I was having but he said he could power wash now and then come back and do the windows. Which I agreed to. Well they power washed and left soap scum and water stains? All over the windows ......AND my vinyl siding actually has mold on it. (which wasn't there before!) I guess they didn't really use that much soap or bleach? Needless to say they never showed up three weeks later for their appointment to clean the windows. I guess they forgot, which I didn't bother reminding them about after witnessing their shotty work.I used this company for many years, but it looks like there's a different owner now. I am now getting Blue ocean window cleaning a month later to power wash AGAIN and do my windows. They have way better reviews. (The window picture isn't great. I had to put a shirt behind it to try and show the marks.) read more

Excellent service from this company. I have used them on numerous occasions to clean the house, roof, and gutters. Yesterday I called them to come power wash my deck and they sent a team out today to prep my deck for staining at a fair price. They always seem to be available and do a really nice job, quickly and efficiently. read more

This company is awful! My elderly parents scheduled an appointment with them to have their windows washed. They did not arrive for the appointment and when we called, they made excuses that the crew was behind due to rain (it did not rain). They never showed up, never called, were horribly rude, consistently lied and expected us to re-schedule. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY for anything! ZERO stars! read more

Do not use A1 Best Cleaning service, originally we had an appointment for Saturday he had called and asked if he can come today which is Wednesday I told him yes so I went outside to clean up around the house before he got here. Did not realized it was way too much to clean for one person so I had canceled the appointment and left it on his answering machine. He blames me that I had made him lose money when I told him you had a opening that is why you called me to fit me in. Read reviews and now I understand why some people have a problem with this company and he does not know how to work with the customer, bad attitude. Then he tells me that the worker s would move the items around the house. Which the workers never told me. read more

This is a mixed review. I have called them 4 times in the last 5 years. The first two years I was ecstatic, deck in the first year and in the second year, Best power washed my stucco house. The last two times were duds. They power washed my deck two years ago and the sealant was spritzed on. I asked if they could do the sidewalk. Rude and indifferent attitude. They left ,they had a busy day. I was in shock. Three weeks ago, May 2017, I tried again, remembering the initial experience. First they were 4 hours behind schedule, second they didn't call, I contacted the company, third it was raining? (is this really a good day to power wash?) fourth they could not include steps that go with the deck which is 140 square feet or a small bedroom. Let me clarify, they could PW for an extra $50. He came within an hour of my call, like magic, and knocked hard on the door and said $150. I refused and he ran to his next appointment. End of the story. read more

Two months ago, Maurice power washed my house. One of his workers knocked off a piece of siding. I called; Maurice said, "I promise I will come and hang it." Nothing. I called three weeks later. He said he'd come back. Nothing. I called again; he told me he'd be here "today or tomorrow" (he wouldn't commit to a date or time). Needless to say, he never showed up. read more

I used the services of this company earlier this year to power wash my white PVC fence upon the recommendation of the neighbor in Upper Saddle River. He removed all the green mold and made the fence look like new and there is a lot of fence with one acre of property. The fence looks like new and the price was very reasonable !!! I was truly impressed !!! I called them recently to power wash my entire house and wash the exterior of my windows. I came home from work today, walked around the premises, and I am overwhelmingly satisfied and again the cost was very reasonable. They even power washed my front sidewalk pavers for free !!! I couldn't be more pleased !!! Try them yourself, you and your checkbook will be smiling for sure !!!!!! Thanks Maurice !!! You are in my iphone directory to stay !!!! read more

If you go to use your coupon this guy will not even show up just keeps calling saying they're delayed and behind schedule

I had hired Best Cleaning to powerwash my PVC fencing at my house. Throughout the process of setting up the work (water source), having the crew get setup, and pricing the folks at Best Cleaning were very professional and caring. At the end of the project and before I pay, I walk the job to make sure I am satisfied. While the work seemed to be very good, I had noticed that one of the wooden shingles was dislodged and it was the area right next to the fence that they had powerwashed. I had question that crew leader Patria and her and her crew folks completed denied it saying it was like this beforehand. If that was the case, it would have been pointed out to me. But it wasn't so the crew leader made a call to Maurice and then he starts blaming me but he did not even show up at the job site like his crew leader said he would. I would not pay them one penny until it was fixed. I am very offended that a company such as this would not only accuse the owner of this but then to also provide no means of addressing. My recommendation is not use this company unless you like to get your house damaged. It is not right and frankly so ridiculous that Maurice does not even know the facts and tries to cover it up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and leave you to deal with the mess that they created! read more

Ugh, why didn't I look at Yelp reviews first?? These guys came to clean my gutters and alerted me to the fact that I had moss on my roof. They said they could "sanitize" my roof and get rid of the moss. It was an upcharge of course. They told me it would get rid of the moss. I agreed to the service. THREE months later, the moss is back. I called the company and spoke to a person who claimed to be the owner. He kept saying that this needs maintenance but would not tell me how long it should last (another reputable company said longer than 3 months!). He told me this has to be done once a year. I said I had just done it 3 months ago. I guess because it was November, now that it's March, it's a new year? That's what this guy kept saying. It's a new year so it's time for the maintenance again. This makes no sense to me and he wouldn't even discuss the fact that this procedure didn't last 3 months. no one told me up front that this would need further treatment. No one discussed with me future treatments. I was very much led to believe that it was a one and done type of thing. If that wasn't the case, all they had to do was tell me so I could make an informed decision. The man I spoke with on the phone was not nice didn't listen and didn't want to help me solve the problem. I would absolutely not recommend this company unless you have extra money to burn. Shame on them, customer service should be a priority. read more

Wish I could give them 0 stars we are so dissapointed in their work! They were the cheapest estimate that we got and unfortunately you get what you pay for. They put a hole in our screen door and when I showed them, the owner said "well I don't know what condition it was in before I got here". OK well you should know because you should have looked and I DO know-obviously there was no hole before you got here. When that didn't work he said "your screens are old". Now I don't know the life span of screen doors but the place was only built 7 years ago. If that is old for a screen, then don't touch it and tell me it's too old for you to go near. No problem. He told me that I'd have to patch it. I said no way am I fixing his mistake. He then said he'd come back and patch it. When we asked when, he gave us a very vague answer. I've since found out that patches look horrible! When we told him that he said we'd have to buy everything ourselves and he'd rescreen it. This man is so unprofessional. Making excuses and trying to get out of fixing what he broke. As for the job he did, there were lots of spots he missed but conveniently he went through the trouble of packing all of his equipment up before he showed us the finished product so it was obvious he didn't care about making it perfect. There were parts of the storm door that didn't get touch and he told me that wasn't included in the price. Certain parts of a door aren't included? Craziness. Seriously, there are many many power washers out there and you should take your business elsewhere. Also, make sure you verify with the county that he has insurance. He says he does but I don't see it anywhere in writing. read more

Broke my drain when power washing, and left without letting anyone know the drain broke off. When asked if they could come back and fix it they said maybe tomorrow. My house floods when it drains, claimed they wouldn't be responsible for any damage that happened when they broke the drain. Terrible terrible company. read more
