As a condo board member in Emerson, we became aware that our former gutter cleaning company wasn't getting the job done. After some research, we gave Moe a call. (Every call i made to him was answered personally & promptly - big thumbs up for that alone.) We arranged for an estimate, he came on time, surveyed the entire property, and came up with a fair and reasonable price. When he arrived to do the job, besides doing the gutter cleaning he reconnected out of line downspouts & reattached a couple of pieces of loose building trim without any attempt at up selling. Watched most of the job being done, kudos to his assistant Mike, what i observed was attention to detail. When he came down from the roof, I was presented with roofing nails that were left rusting in the gutter by the last contractor - 5X over! It's a little frightening choosing a company based solely on Internet reviews as compared to first hand knowledge, but in my case I don't think it could have worked out any better. Contacted Moe early Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon he had fit into coming by the house and walking the property to give us an estimate. We asked him for a few other things besides fixing the gutters that were hanging by a string and said "Let me get back to you tonight after making some calls." That night we exchanged a few texts, he said he could fix our other things and presented my wife & I with a very reasonable estimate. Moe & his crew came out the following Monday, rain be damned, and was wrapping up the work as my wife and I pulled up to the house. Fabulous company!!!!! Came when they said they would, clean & organized, and gave me a much better price than other contractors I called. They came and immediately corrected the run off problem near the base of my home. They put up new gutters & lead off away from my foundation, & put my own leaf guard protectors back on!! Other contractors came & gave me a much higher price & wanted to sell me NEW leaf guard protectors. I truly felt comfortable having this company alleviate my runoff problem.
