The contract is a joke.. 50% deposit upfront, an additional 45% due at half way completion of the job, final 5% due at finish. Well, Bruce the owner will half ass his way through the job bringing only 1 worker when he promised there will be 3 or 4 when you sign the contract. Then he will demand the additional 45% payment when the job is no where near half way done. Mind you his work is absolutely HORRIBLE. The spackle job was comical! Exposed screws in the wall and none of the base trim was touched. Exposed nails in the base trim that was supposed to be caulked and spackled. He said all the spackle and primer was to be done at around the half way mark of the job. NONE OF IT WAS DONE. On top of all this when I fired him for his lies and terrible work, he had the nerve to leave a fake 5 star review on his own business account showing pictures of MY HOUSE!! Do yourself a favor and steer VERY CLEAR of Bruce and his games because all of his 5 star reviews are written by him.

Be careful!! Stay away from this horrible company. I hired them two years ago to put gutter guards…read moreon my gutters. I loved the technician named Eddie. Very nice and easy to talk to. I was told how the gutter guard would get slid under the shingles and then attach to the gutters (as it should). I sign off on the estimate. And then they come to do the job. From the ground level it looked like everything was going well. I later walk upstairs to a bedroom and look out the window to find that he was installing the gutter guards OVER the shingles and drilling screws INTO my shingles!!! He was creating holes in my shingles which becomes a new source of water breaching which is the exact opposite purpose of having a roof and gutter guards. I immediately run outside to question what he is doing. I was so alarmed. He had already installed almost 1/3 of the gutter guards damaging my roof. He kept insisting that this was a standard way to install the guards. I told him absolutely not. I am very familiar with gutter guards and know very well that they have to be slid under the shingles. How can you drill screws into shingles creating holes all around my roof edge?!?! He kept promising me that it would be fine and that if there were ever a problem I can call and they would come back to remedy it no charge. I emailed the main office telling them what happened and telling them what he said. They wrote back confirming that they would come back anytime in the future for free should a problem ever arise. At that point I felt I had no other recourse because he had already installed 1/3 of the guards around my roof. So he went ahead and finished. I gave them a good review online because I trusted them that this will still be okay and they will stand by any issues that arise in the future. Fast forward 2 years later, now some of the gutter guards have loosened (obviously because they were screwed in and now the screws are getting loose). Multiple gutters have gotten clogged with leaves even though that is exactly what they were supposed to prevent. I got on a ladder and discovered the reason is because he cut the gutter guard edges with gaps from roof edge to roof edge. So there are multiple entry points for the leaves and dirt to go into. All he did was cover SECTIONS of my gutters but left gaping holes in multiple areas so that they no longer serve their purpose. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with Home Ally. I've called and left messages. No response. I've sent Thumbtack messages. No response. I've sent emails. No response. This is beyond disturbing. I had another company come to look and they said they've never seen anything so disastrous with gutter guards. And the amount of damage caused to my roof is irreversible! What was supposed to be a simple job to protect my home has turned into a nightmare now that will cost me thousands and thousands of dollars!! Stay far away from this company. They do not do quality work and clearly could care less to respond to any messages or voicemails.
