So everything is literally covered by layers of dust, cigarette tar, saw dust. I probably did not stress the level of messiness clearly, and they were surprised by the amount of work needed. But even so, they managed to bring in more people and held up their guarantee to complete the work same day. The house is 10 times better after the cleaning. The clean was so detailed everything is sparkling and even old unfinished wood is much cleaner (which I didn't think you can effectively clean). Price is reasonable and communication is easy and fast. Downright the best cleaning team I've used.

From then on it only got worse, they show up randomly instead of the time they scheduled, they don't put things back in the same place after they clean, and don't expect them to care about your stuff, they will throw it wherever is convenient. For some people this service ticks the box as just a cleaning service and based on that they do a good job with cleaning surfaces kitchen bathrooms etc. But for others, myself included, I didn't feel I was receiving the type of care that I feel a personal home cleaning service should be.

Yes, they did a great job the filthy refrigerator and stove but as they were about done they started to work on the cabinets. It was only at the end that they showed me what was done. They removed grim but missed a few silverware drawers. The dispatcher had allotted 2 to 3 hours for the job even after I told him my tenants had trashed the place. The next day I call the rep and he sent me pictures of their work. He told me remember them for any additional work. 271 dollars later it was done. I might not use them again..... I explained it was an older…read moredisabled persons home and that it needed some very specific things - floors bathrooms etc. They started out strong it seemed, turning over the couch and cleaning behind it but when I went back to the living room I saw areas of dust that hadn't been touched. I requested they return to finish that section. In the dining room, after they left I noticed that the chandelier hadn't been touched. There was a plumber in that morning that went over time, so I don't fault them at having a delay but they asked for another half hour to finish the kitchen. Many things were cleaned but the floors where they dipped under the cabinets for a few inches looked untouched. The lead said she sprayed degreaser but didn't have time to clean the area - they left 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for. I would prefer they finished the job. The bathroom windows weren't cleaned even though that was a request. I feel like the job should have been quoted instead of an hourly. The team seemed to want to get out of there in lieu of finishing the job properly. When I complained they told me they sent a team of 3 instead of two that was quoted and that had I gotten 2 or would have taken a longer time so I should be happy. The 3 rd person was clearly a trainee or newer as she didn't have initiative and had to keep asking what to do and just standing around waiting for an order. Lastly, I speak some Spanish but there was no English and there was a lot of photo taking and laughter that felt like they were judging the state of my parents home. I had cleaned and organized for a month before hiring them so felt it was in better shape but needed a DEEP cleaning - that to me means getting under the cabinets in the kitchen floor.

They don't show all the detail pricing of their services & end up charging more for work. For example , they don't include floor or bedroom's closet room with bedroom cleaning, they don't have the right measurements to charge you for windows & they are really overpriced for bathroom deep cleaning. They charge $47.5 for each bathroom I have been getting my apartment cleaned at Manhattan for many years, & even they don't charge this much! I had an emergency for which I had to use their service, otherwise I would have never used their service. I can get much better service in the same area for the same or less price.

On their first day, she and her team arrived *exactly* on time, which was a was a good sign but it was only the beginning. They got to work immediately, vacuuming and scrubbing the house from top to bottom. I was impressed with just how thorough and efficient they were. I don't know how they did it so well, but the areas around the burners on our stove haven't sparkled this much in years! Every floor was spotless, bathrooms were immaculate, and the house just feels good to be in. Also, they cleaned surfaces but left the papers on our tables alone. This is a HUGE deal for us. Some cleaning services will stack and combine papers, leaving a big headache to sort out after they leave. Inna's team kept things organized just as they had found them. That was really appreciated. John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

We were honestly very shocked, bc when he came over and gave us the quote, he was very nice and said he was eager to do the job. Based on our experience, I'm just not sure the service is reliable if you're in a rush to get your windows done. In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. We were quite bummed about it but are now looking for other window washing services in our area.
