The worst cleaning ever. I needed a cleaning on a condo that I just purchased . I wanted thorough cleaning thru out. Floors washed, windows cleaned inside ,kitchen including cabinets and 2 bathrooms. iI was charged $ 400 . One person came with spray bottles and smeared dirt around and basically fake cleaned everything . Really an absolute terrible job for 400.00 read more

This was our SECOND time using Iva's Cleaning and we were impressed both times. The owner responds very quickly and is SUPER NICE. She and her team are the epitome of quality work - by not only cleaning but organizing too. Our entire home was immaculate, including window blinds, stove, floors, etc. Surprisingly, they did more than we expected in a short period of time. My hubby and I were both impressed and will continue using their services. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

It never feels good to give any hard-working person a bad review, however when a company shows such disregard for customer service, especially new ones, that's what this site was created for in the first place, wasn't it? Not only did this cleaning service text us minutes before they were to arrive telling us they would not be coming, without so much as an apology, not only did they not send the correct number of people as per the agreement, they didn't even offer us a discount for referring our neighbor who used them just days after we did. Below is my girlfriend's Text to them after being told we would be charged an additional $40, simply for rescheduling our next appointment. "Hello. I'm sorry. But I'm not going to continue using your company, while I feel your girls did a wonderful job of cleaning my house, I am disappointed with a few things. First off when you cancelled on me last minute, I didn't complain and was flexible. Secondly, I recommended you to a neighbor who used your company. Thirdly when promised 2 girls and only one came, i did not complain. I have not received any type of discount or compensation/ benefit for any of these circumstances. Instead | am going to be charged extra for pushing my date 2 weeks later. It doesn't seem like good costumer service policy for me trying to be flexible and recommending you while I get nothing in return for that." Instead of trying to win back our business by offering some kind of compensation, they simply respond with the below, proving they could care less about losing customers. Thank you for using our service. We wish you all the best. I don't care how good they clean. Their bedside manner is for shit. read more

I used this service for my sister as a gift, and she loved it! The price was very affordable, so I added extra 1 hr, but it was still cheaper than basic cleaning service for the other places. I didn't see how it has done, but my sister sent me a video. It looked more like a deep cleaning. Whole kitchen looked so shiny like an open house. Photos may be little blurry since they are snapshots of a video clip. My sister was going through a mild depression as she was raising her baby. I'm so happy to see her feeling much better. Thank you for your great service! read more

I have been using Iva and her team for 4 years consistently. They always accommodate my family and our cleaning needs. They have done everything for us from move-in and move out services to helping us get ready for the birth of our children. They are thorough and always ask if there's something they can do better. I have never had to give negative feedback. At this point they know what I care about and what I do not in terms of cleaning. I cannot imagine how the last few cleaning years would have been without them! You will not be disappointed and if you are, just talk to Iva, she will fix it. read more

We had to have our wooden floors redone bc our next door neighbor flooded his apartment and the water came in under our floors and there went my floors. I was so stressed as I was 27 weeks pregnant and I knew flooring would leave a huge mess from the sanding. But Iva was amazing!! From the start, she was responsive and extremely professional. She and one of her workers came and cleaned our entire apartment which was a huge mess. They were so detailed. Dust was removed from walls, light fixtures, cabinets, closets - they even wiped down our dishes and ran the dishwasher and then some. Plus our shades, curtains and windows were also wiped down as the construction left it so dirty. Iva is passionate of her work and her goal is to satisfy her customers. They even bring their own supplies which is great as all our stuff was stored away for the construction. Her price was also affordable. They do seem to charge a lil more for post construction work but for how clean our home was afterwards, she was very worth it!! Iva is detailed, thorough, friendly and most importantly, a true professional. My husband and I would definitely recommend her. She made our home shining and clean so we were able to return home that evening! read more

DO NOT USE THEM! They texted me 10 minutes before they were supposed to come, only to cancel on me!!! How irresponsible!

We tried Iva and her team for the first time and were very happy! They went above and beyond and did the job as if it was their home. We interviewed a few others before deciding to go with Iva. One of the reasons for going with Iva was the way she treated us and how she took care of everything. read more

I have used 5 different cleaning services before Iva's and Iva's is by far the best! The ladies are thorough, efficient, friendly, and professional. I am very satisfied with the cleaning and I highly recommend them to my friends. read more

They are the best cleaning girls I ever had. I have been using them for one year now. They clean my house every two weeks and do a very good job. They're very professional, detailed and gets the job done quickly. I'm happy with them. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. read more

I can't speak for their cleaning because Iva has such horrible communication. She said she'd get back to me with a quote, that was over 4 weeks ago, during which time I have called her numerous times with no response. Unfortunate because I contacted them after reading such high reviews, but professionalism should also be part of it, which she lacks. read more

Iva and Hannah were super professional and pleasant, and they left my home even cleaner than I thought possible! They even cleaned windows and screens better than anyone has before. I was so impressed. Plus they worked fast! I highly recommend them. read more

We recently opened a medical practice and weren't sure where to turn. We found Iva on Yelp. Her reviews speak for themselves. Her service is nothing short of amazing! She always has a team readily available and they do an amazing job. Best of all, they are extremely trustworthy. I have no problem with them coming in when we are not there. I can always call them in a pinch and they are extremely reliable. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with Iva's services for our office! read more

I want to start by saying when I returned from work to my apartment after their service I was absolutely amazed! My place was cleaned with such care and attention to detail, my appliances look like they did when I first moved in and my shelves were carefully organized and wiped down. The smell upon entering just reaffirmed that they disinfected every nook and cranny. This was my first cleaning service ever, and judging by their work it will not be my last. I'm so grateful I found Iva on my first try. Reasonably priced and an excellent service. I couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommend!! read more

We hired Iva and her team to clean our bathrooms and kitchen before moving into our new home, and to do a move-out clean after we moved out of a rental. The cleaning jobs were thorough and reasonably priced. I knocked off one star for scheduling issues, but I would still use them again! read more

The service is exceptional. The cleaner took her time, cleaned and organized every crack and crevice in my house. She was tireless and left no stone unturned. I just completed a whole house renovation and Iva and her crew did the most amazing post construction cleanup! I am a fussy cleaner and was extremely nervous about ever getting rid of the fine dust that was everywhere on every wall in every crevice and every cabinet. I couldn't be happier with the result. The crew was very professional and efficient. I plan to have them return when I am ready to move in and thereafter. I'm so grateful. Don't hesitate to use this amazing team, women like myself who understand what a good cleanup really is about. Iva was very sweet to deal with. I am the kind of person who finds it difficult to delegate but time and my age limit necessitated help. I'm so glad I chose Iva's. I based my decision on other reviews and they were right! Now I am adding my own. I was pleased and impressed. read more

Very efficient and effective. We used Iva's Cleaning after being referred by our friends to have our house cleaned after it was painted. There was dust and our moving boxes everywhere. Place looked great afterwards. Iva came at the beginning and end of the cleaning session to make sure we got our house clean the way we wanted; even suggested dusting stuff like the vents (which I didn't think of) to get everything cleaned well. They ask you to do a walk through before they leave so you can confirm it's cleaned to your standards, and bring all supplies needed. We immediately recommended to other friends and will be using them again in the future. read more

I hired Iva's cleaning service the day before we moved into our new home that had just underwent a 4 month renovation. There was a layer of construction dust everywhere and it was not a small job, and they did a fantastic job! It helped so much not having to worry about this and being able to move our family into a freshly cleaned space. I will definitely be hiring them in the future! read more

Iva and her team cleaned our home before we moved in and did an amazing job. The oven was a mess and I could not believe how clean it was after they were done. I have been using Iva's Cleaning over the past several months and I am pleased with the quality of the service. They do a great job and pay attention to details. I have taken one star off because I think the scheduling needs to improve. I never know until the day before what time they are coming and occasionally there have been very last-minute changes to the time. Other than that, I am a happy customer. Thank you for making my life easier! read more

The day I found Iva was the best day of my life. We hd just moved in to a condo and I slipped and broke my ankle. Weeks of neglect went by and unpacked boxes all over the place. Iva came in an worked true magic. She is super-professional wth texts before and after her work. She never judges but in fact seems to enjoy a good challenge. We have a major problem with our elderly dog and his hair that is all over the place. Iva never complains - instead, she even took him out for a nice walk on one visit! Her work is flawless - wood floors are sparkling and new. Clutter is removed and I can't wait to get home on Wednesdays after Iva has been. Iva is THE BEST housecleaning service!! read more

They did a great job on my house. We went back a forth a little bit with the scheduling, but once we finally found a date, they were punctual and really did a super job. I really appreciate all the effort that was put into making my house sparkling clean and looking beautiful. I am totally satisfied and will have them back soon. read more

Iva always does a great job. Follows up on her work to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction.

Recently just had my house cleaned by iva cleaning services. So it started out great with the cleaning but had a few issues with the service . Found that they dont really put to much into the cleaning . They move things to get under it when im not making them move like hard furniture like tv stand , table or couch . Would wanted them to get under like play mat for my daughter or under the dishes , sliverware holder and my daughter bottles organizer. So they only cleaned around it . Next they didnt make the bed like my wife does and i understand everyone is different but they didnt really care how they left it . So it was half done . Third is when she was close to being done someone came at end to help her finished so the last step was fo vacuum. She finished a whole apart in seconds so thats a another strike. So after this review my answer to many questions is i would not use this service again and wouldn't suggest to anyone i know read more

Iva is a true professional and so are the people who work for her. She cleaned my parents home for the first time today and my mother cannot stop raving about how incredibly clean everything is. As a 75th birthday present, my sister and I hired Iva to clean my parents house on a monthly basis. Iva has been courteous, professional, prompt, thorough, and provided a great cleaning service! My mom said her ceramic tile kitchen floor "looks like new" and every room in the house is spotless! read more

First of all, I must say that the cleaning lady, Kinga is a hardworking person and she's trying her best. However, owner does not appreciate your business nor she cares about your satisfaction. First time she came for an estimate she asks my nationality and tells me she won't make me happy!!! This was a very bad first impression but I ignored it. Last time they showed up they were late. She said one employee felt sick. That's totally understandable. However, just because they do not want to be late for the next home, she rushed and did a very slacking job. Because the owner calls Kinga to see if she's done so she can pick her up. She did not dust a big bookcase, a dresser upstairs, did not mop the entire floors (See pictures) and a few other things I'm not mentioning. I contacted the owner first but she did not seem to care when I expected just a " don't worry, we will make it up next time". I worked with a few other "professional" cleaning companies in the past and will go back to them. read more
